The place was as nice as all of the pictures portrayed. Beautiful views all around and plenty of space to spread out. Very clean. Perfect for family vacation.

Property was wonderful! Spacious condo with beach views. Beach was just outside the door and was never crowded. Restaurants were not quite walking distance but were within proximity> Highly recommend if looking for 4bdr/4bath.!

Property very nice and well maintained. Had everything we needed except not much light for reading and six readers in this trip! Hope owners do not allow children as it would be death with all of the decorations and Oriental Rugs

Excellent location. Condo had everything we needed and more. Large space for everyone to have fun together and also have their own space. Very neat and clean. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. Condo had all the amenities needed for a large group to stay a week in paradise. Views were amazing although the waves and seaweed were rough the first 4 days. The parking was fine and the beach supply closet in the parking garage made it very easy to store supplies without having to tote everything back to the condo. We called housekeeping on Friday afternoon to let them know we would be leaving at 7:30am the next day. We asked if there was anything other than "normal" check out procedures but never heard back from them. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!!

This is a fantastic property right on the beach. It is clean with a well stocked kitchen, and very nicely decorated. It has everything you could need from beach towels to toys for the kids to play with. I would highly recommend this location. Perfect for a family vacation.

Close to everything and right on the Gulf is this beautiful and well appointed huge ocean front property. Property was clean but could use a thorough dusting. AC and appliances worked well. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Ample space for 7 of us to spread out and still have plenty of room. The beach is right outside and spectacular. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas provided though could use some replacements. Only real thing to keep in mind is parking. You have 2 dedicated spots in a parking garage. Highly recommend small to medium size vehicles bc large vehicle will fit but with difficulty. Not a deal breaker but would have rented a smaller vehicle had I known. The condo had contractors doing repairs during the week and with their vehicles double parked, it was very difficult to navigate. Aside from these minor points, excellent place to stay

Pictures don't do this place justice. It has tons of space. I believe it's the entire 3rd floor of this small complex. We stayed in December '22 and there were still a couple issues from Hurricane Ian, but nothing major. And of course the beach is great. Overall a fantastic condo, will stay here again for certain!

Luxury and the beach. The best

This property was the setting for siblings & their spouses to have time together remembering. The property let us sit around the dining room table to play games, laugh about those special memories and cry when we acknowledged that this may be the last time we are all together. This property felt like home and was hard to leave. We will rent again maybe with a grandchild or two.

My wife and I recently stayed at this property for approximately 2 weeks due to Hurricane damage to our home nearby. Upon arrival we could not get in the unit as the entry door hardware was broken. The property manager resolved the situation by removing the door handle and putting a piece of tape over it. It was repaired 3 days later. The unit is very spacious and has great views as advertised. It was clean upon arrival. I am not sure if it was from the recent Hurricane Ian but it has significant damage to 3 of the bedroom floors. The door to get onto the master bedroom deck (nicest deck in the unit) was not operational so we could not use that deck which was very unfortunate. The other sliders to outside decks did not work very well either but were operational. The biggest issue we had was when it rained water came into the unit thru the Master bedroom Slider and also another slider in the rear of the home so we spent that day trying to keep the floors dry to prevent further damage. Admittedly we had a significant storm one day. Also the ceiling in the living room leaked from the unit up above. Not significant but annoying to have drops of water hitting you while watching TV. While we were there several of the units in the building were having work done to them from damage from Hurricane Ian. I wish the damage to this unit would have been disclosed to us prior to our booking. We would not have booked it had we known. The unit needs to be repaired from I assume damage incurred from Hurricane Ian. With that and a little TLC to the tired furnishings it could be very nice. You can tell it was built in 2004. Overall not a terrible experience but not a good one either. We expected more for the price and were happy to leave a day early.

This was our third time staying at Bamford. It never fails to amaze us! We highly recommend this property!

Condo was nice and clean. But we only got to stay there 3 days. We had to mandatory evacuate do to hurricane Ian. Wish we could have stayed the full 7 days .

This is our second year staying at this property and it’s our favorite place. Very spacious, but still feels comfortable and cozy. Being right on the beach is great, and they provide many beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, etc for guests to use. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Manasota Keys and the condo was a welcoming stay! The water was beautiful and just a short walk to the condo. The condo is spacious and the grands loved playing in all the rooms. Great stay for a large family. We will definitely come back to stay. Thank you!

Property and location were perfect for 2 families traveling together (party of 8). Tons of space for everyone, and the chairs/umbrellas/toys available saved us from purchasing and leaving behind. Great bonus! Unit was clean, great views, and beach was amazing and like having your own private beach. Minimal crowds. Loved our stay and would come back again!

We LOVED this condo and the location. It’s not really busy on the beach so we weren’t forced to get up early to get a spot. Just steps away from the beautiful sand and water. This condo gave us more than enough room for our 2 families to spend time together but have our own spaces and privacy. The kids enjoyed having the second living room/den area to hang out in while the adults were in the main spaces. We are already looking into dates for next year!!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo is very clean and spacious. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs and towels for us to use. We watched the sunset every night from the balcony. We will be renting again in the future!

This property was delightful. The condo was clean, had plenty of room and was in a wonderful location. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We have vacationed in Manasota Key a few times, and this was by far our favorite spot to stay.

Six adults...plenty of room. Didn't need anything that wasn't already there. Debbie was awesome!

Condo was lovely. Right on the beach. So much space, we wandered around! Nice big kitchen so we all fit when trying to make coffee, prepare meals, etc. great beds.

This property was even better than the pictures depicted! Right by the ocean, the water was spectacular, and beach wasn’t overrun with people! Great amenities, beach chairs and umbrella available for use, beach toys and floaties as well! No pool, but you don’t need one here…the hot tub was great for nighttime relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants/bars, free ride golf cart service available as well.

Beautiful spacious condo located on a nice quiet stretch of beach. We had a party of six with two teens and had plenty of room for everyone. Coffee on the veranda and sunset happy hours on the beach were simply amazing. A great place to dine in, carry out or enjoy dinner at one of the great local restaurants. We look forward to visiting Manasota Key in the future!

This rental was everything one could ask for. It is spacious and well equipped. I has gorgeous views of the ocean and is right on the beach. Numerous patios for one to sit on and look at the ocean. It was perfect for our family holiday. It is close to restaurants and the park. Grocery stores are not far as well. We enjoyed it so well we booked for Christmas 2022 and cannot wait!!!!

This beautiful condo was very spacious. It was perfect for a family of 3 and an additional couple. The 2 separate sleeping, living, and kitchen spaces made it easy for us all to have our own space and privacy. The complex is in a nice part of Manasota Key and the grounds were well maintained. Being just steps from the ocean made for such a relaxing experience. I would definitely give this rental a 5/5!

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo! It is quite spacious and has beautiful views of the gulf! This condo offers everything you need for your stay- well stocked kitchen, beach towels and beach chairs and elevator to the front door from parking garage! It is close to restaurants, shops and boat rentals. A great find!

We had a wonderful time on our visit. Great location, condo with everything you need, great view of ocean & sunsets. All they we could have wanted.

This condo is an excellent accommodation for families and small children. It is difficult to find a condo with so much space and having 3 king beds and a queen was a real plus. The elevator right outside the door made trips to the beach very easy when managing kids and supplies. We have stayed in David’s condo previously, but this was our first time with grandchildren. We had a wonderful week and hope to return and create more family memories.
