The staffs were friendly.

We didn't know that it was You have to clean and remove your bedsheets yourself when you are leaving.The coffee machine was disgusting, didn't use it.

Very good location with off the street parking. Plenty of room we where 6 adults. kitchen was well equipped. especially liked the fact there are 2 bathrooms and 2 separate WCs. The apartment was very clean on arrival.

The only thing that let it down was the pillows they where very uncomfortable as they where lumpy. in fact 2 of our group whent out and brought new ones.

first thing is the sofa bed in the living room, yes .. me and my wife had to sleep in the sofa bed , second thing, there’s no AC (by the beach and no AC ) so we didn’t sleep well .out side of the apartment wasn’t clean,

we knew the office was only open 17.00-19.00 so we scheduled our arrival for that. secure underground parking was great for 10 euro extra per night. town, promenade restaurants etc all immediately adjacent. definitely do not miss the Municipal market. also found an amazing Basque wine bar...delightful. very clean, kitchen had every utensil you could want. we were only staying one night but would wished we were staying longer.

it would have been good to have a small starter/arrival pack in the kitchen...sachets of coffee, tea bags, sugar, salt and pepper. just a small amount so we could make a cup of tea or coffee on arrival.
