We came on a trip to the lake with our kids and our best friends! This house was very clean and the perfect space for everyone to spread out. Everything we would need to cook was in stock and it was easy to access. The garage was a huge plus! Would highly recommend.

AMAZING for our family!! We loved it! It was clean, big and beautiful. There was only 1 tv downstairs and that was perfect. The only issue we had with that was there wasn’t enough seating for all the kids to relax comfortably watching tv. However, that also meant that the kids weren’t watching much tv!! We had an amazing time spending time with just our family and almost completely electronic free. (Except at bedtime) The house was lovely and they even had a little welcoming basket for us to enjoy. The communication was really well too. They responded quickly to any questions or inquiries we had. Overall, the best vacation home we could’ve rented!

Beautiful bay windows give you an amazing morning and evening view of the lake. Quiet neighborhood and plenty of space. A great place to disconnect (no wifi, so if you need 4g or 5g cell....). Several restrooms, so no waiting.

I typically look for views and unusual spots when deciding upon VRBO place for vacay. This one was in the wheelhouse and didnt disappoint. Fantastic deck and view and great lower room with pool table and master room and bath. Double-master house; masterful. And good spot perched on hill but still close to several points of lake access and eateries. One alcove few minutes right across main highway. Owners very accommodating.

The Delpha Family Home is beautiful on the outside and inside. Great view of Tenkiller Lake from both the first level patio and the second level balcony. Lots of room in this spacious home. Comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked with all the cookware and utensils one needs. Large refrigerator with freezer and ice maker that was full the first morning. Yard area is spacious as well, though on a step incline was able to set up the bounce house for the little ones and the boys had room to play football and throw around the baseball. also plenty of space to park vehicles plus the garage was available. Charcoal Grill was large enough to cook 12 burgers at once. Only negative was the water pressure is low in the showers so it took the women longer to rinse the shampoo out before getting ready for the wedding we were attending. Overall experience was great and the entire family enjoyed.

We truly enjoyed a perfect weekend at this spotlessly clean home with spectacular views of the lake. This home exceeded our expectations with the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms which gave our family space to be comfortable. We loved sitting on the deck at night watching the stunning sunset. Would definitely recommend this home to others and would rent here again.

Second time we’ve stayed here. While not right on the water, it’s about a 5-10 minute drive to Sic Shooter Marina where we rented a boat for the day. Beautiful views of the lake from the deck! Clean, well appointed home. Another great getaway!

Four couples stayed for a much needed getaway! House was spacious and had everything we needed! Spectacular views! If bringing a boat, rent a slip! Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Would visit again!

This is a lovely home with a fantastic view of the lake. Plenty of room for a family to spread out. The owner was absolutely wonderful to work with and was flexible. My kids enjoyed the pool table and tv downstairs. We will definitely come back.

All the comforts of home and a well stocked pantry/kitchen. No internet and sketchy cell service could have been one of the best surprises. We had a great time together and no one was distracted by technology. I would highly recommend this home for a lake stay

This was the nicest place I have stayed in yet to date. The whole house was spotless and really gave off that homey feel immediately upon entering. I would recommend this place 100/100 times and will definitely be squiring this location have I ever return to TenKiller or other Oklahoma lakes nearby. Parking with boats are kinda tricky but doable. Only two negatives to the whole place. One, there is only one tv in the whole house and it’s on the bottom story. I would have loved to watch my team play football while I was cooking and doing other stuff upstairs with the rest of the family. Two, there isn’t any WiFi. Which makes it hard to stream to other devices that would justify not having a tv upstairs. Other than that, this place was absolutely perfect.

We loved staying in this gorgeous tri-level home. There was enough space for two families with children. The view of the lake was incredible. The only downside was the lake was still very high from recent flooding in early 2019 but we were able to rent a boat and still enjoy the water. All the swim areas/beaches were still flooded out, though. The house itself has all the basic essentials you will need for a large group. The 2-acre yard is a large, sloping hill. This was a surprise for us not knowing the area. Our toddler enjoyed going up and down stairs by herself but if you have a smaller child I would recommend bringing baby gates because of the sets of stairs in the middle of the home. Overall, we highly recommend this home for your stay. It most definitely outshines the photos listed on vrbo!

This beautiful home is located high above Lake Tenkiller and the views are spectacular!! House is spacious and very comfortable -- excellent appliances and very well stocked. Bunk bed rooms are somewhat difficult for seniors or tall people to navigate -- but young children will love them!! Highly recommended!

We stayed at this cabin for a fishing trip. There was plenty of room and the cabin was beautiful. It is sitting up on a hill with a fantastic view of the lake. There is a marina that is 2 mins away making it easy to put our kayaks in the water and fish the weekend away. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice relaxing weekend at the lake. Great setup for a family trip too.

Owners were so easy to work with and replied to questions quickly. Documentation in the house was helpful. Kitchen was well stocked and capable of cooking any meal. Great weekend of relaxation and reflection as we wrapped up 2018.

We love your home! We had plenty of room. Everything we needed was here. The beds are very comfortable. The view is amazing!! The home is a quick drive away to the lake. We will definitely stay here again.
