This property was quiet, clean and tidy, fully furnished, and steps from the beach. Outstanding location and beautiful views. We walked the beach daily and saw dophins and collected sand dollars. We hope to return next year. Highly recommended, especially for two seasoned seniors!

Weather wasn't the best, but we were cozy in the very nice condo. The owner surprised us with wine and a fruit and cheese platter . . . we wanted for nothing. Would definitely rent again.

The property was beautiful, quiet. We watched pelicans diving into the gulf from the porch as we took our morning coffee. The spot was amazing— so close to all the tourist areas but really an oasis of calm and quiet for us. We hope to come back time after time!

Absolutely, wonderful place! Everything was as listed and more. Special attention to detail, quiet area, amazing sunsets…couldn’t have found a nicer place or better host. She answered all of our questions and made our stay perfect.

The entire vacation was a dream, from booking to actually getting to enjoy the property! The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and refreshing. The ocean was clear and warm. The beach was empty. On the busiest day there were a total of 8 people included us on the entire beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back❤️

The property here at Bellair Beach was very clean and you can tell that the owners spare no detail in making visitors welcome. There was a nice welcome gift there for us when we arrived and they provided a lot of details about the area and what to do. The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and the view from the balcony is priceless. The neighborhood is also very interesting and I enjoyed walking through the area. Take note that the famous "Ryan Howard" mansion is literally 5 houses away. Grocery and food options are so very close. You may also want to spend an afternoon/evening over in the Clearwater area where there are tons of interesting shops and food options.

We’ve stayed in Belleair area for 16 years. This was a new place for us and we could not have been happier (except having had Mother Nature cooperate more : ) but the condo was cute, clean and comfortable and ample for a one bedroom condo. The grounds are immaculate, the view spectacular, the host friendly and accommodating. We hope to come Again.

This property is perfect. The view is amazing. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. Marty most definitely paid special attention to detail and amenities. From the first day we booked, Marty wanted to make sure we had everything we needed while staying at her condo. Thank you, Marty, for all you did. The wine and app plate was so special, and don’t think we didn’t notice you left a soft drink for hubby, who can’t drink. Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Excellent, well kept property. Marty made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. When we had an issue , Marty and Rich came and solved it either in person or phone.

Starshine is 5+ stars. Fabulous condo, very comfortable and close to all you need! Owner is very responsive and added special touches! We were sad to leave.

This property was exactly as described. Beautiful location and great neighborhood. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. The kitchen had all we needed and the rest of the condo was just perfect. The view from the covered patio was amazing! The beach was steps away as was the pool. Marty the owner was a dream to work with and we are ready to book again for next year. I would highly recommend to any couple! It is truly a little slice of heaven!

Best rental on the beach! The view is amazing on this ground floor condo. Just steps to the pool and beach. The owner is so delightful to work with and makes your stay feel as if you are at your own home. Everything you need is at the condo. Just pack your suitcase and flip flops and enjoy this beautiful place! Truly feels like a home away from home!!

We have stayed at many VRBO properties, but this was our favorite location by far. Marty was awesome and she had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. We will definitely be back.

Property was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Proximity to beach was amazing. Area is very residential so you have to drive to do things. It was a great place to get out of the cold!

This was our 5th consecutive year at this unit & we've had a fantastic vacation there every year. The unit has always been very clean & has had every amenity that we needed. Also, one couldn't ask for a better location as the beach is only yards away? The owners, Marty & Rich, are very friendly & made sure we always felt welcomed. So, without hesitation, we highly recommend staying here.

The property was just as described. Extremely clean in a nice neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. There were plenty of linens. It was a very nice area for walking. I felt very safe. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to return to it someday.

We loved our stay here!! Location on the beach is perfect and the condo was lovely. Very clean, great decor and the owner was incredibly nice and helpful!! I wish we could stay here again :) We stay in a lot of VRBO's and this was one of the best.

Marty is an outstanding host, that obviously takes her duties seriously, and does it well. The pictures are very accurate, the unit is impeccably clean, and it is a pleasure to stay there. Even though it is a "business", communication is like working with an long-time friend and is heartfelt. We have rented literally around the world and have never experienced such attention to all the big, and little, details. We are first time visitors to her (and Rich's) condo and are hoping for so many more. It's obvious why she has a waiting list of returning renters. Thank you so much.

We have found our forever vacation home. I cannot even to begin to say how grateful I am to our host Marty. From communication throughout the process to just making sure we had everything we needed, no stone was left unturned. We already are looking forward to our trio this sumner. This place is a slice of heaven with a beautiful view of the gulf and a pool about 25 steps from the patio. Talk about relaxing. I could float in the pool or walk down to the beach with ease and just enjoy my surroundings. Everything we needed was there from kitchen utensils to a very comfortable bed and a view from the living room that just speaks calm and peace. We have stayed at so many places in this area and hands down this is our new home to visit. I could go on as this place and Marty (host) is a as good as it gets. Ive never had someone work tirelessly and communicate with me to make my vacation all it could be. We are blessed to have crossed paths with an awesome person with a wonderful home. Cant wait for summer to be beck there. Try it out you cant beat the views.

Marty is always a great hostess, welcomes you with cheese and crackers and a bottle of wine. She's very easy to communicate with and will address any accommodations you ask for. Location is perfect, views are exceptional. Very clean and well stocked with anything you may need. Highly recommend! Jim and Mary

Marty and Rich, we had a great time even though it was short, Hurricane Ian had different plans for us! We arrived on Saturday afternoon and then there was a mandatory evacuation on Monday! We were able to come back to Paradise on Thursday but thankfully we had decided to take it for two more weeks! Starshine is our favorite place to vacation and that is why we come back year after year❤️ Thank you for making us feel so much at home and so comfortable! Starshine is simply, Paradise on the beach❤️
