The facilities were amazing and the hosts were very accommodating in managing our requests. We have really enjoyed staying at the villa and the beach was 10 minutes away. One thing to note if you have walking difficulties/cardiovascular issues - the walk to the beach is challenging and might require driving which is a 2 min ride. The views from the balcony were amazing. Would definitely stay there again if I'm back on the island.

Stunning property together with exceptional views overlooking Barbarti! The villa was fully equipped and Vasiliki & Nikos were very helpful and welcoming.

Vasiliki and Nikos were superb hosts. We arrived by rental car and met Nikos and Vasiliki who gave us the keys. Vasiliki was always available by phone and Nikos works in the Nautilus beach bar down from the property and was always happy to help if we had any questions (or needed a drink!). The property itself is really great. On arrival it was extremely clean and we were surprised that all basic items were there (from cooking things like oil / salt / pepper / coffee etc to cleaning products / dishwasher tabs everything you needed to start). The property has everything you need in terms of facilities like cooking / BBQ / washing etc, it is a home away from home. Wifi is good enough for streaming etc. The 3 bedrooms are a good size, the bed I stayed on was perfectly comfy and the air con worked as needed. The property is up the hill and we had a rental car which is recommended as walking down to the beach is fine but walking up would be difficult in the Summer. But to compensate for this you are rewarded with a spectacular view of Corfu. We used the main veranda a lot for family meals etc and this was wonderful. The area you are in - Barbati - has a great beach, it wasn't too busy or touristy when we were there (end of June). There are plenty of bars / restaurants / supermarkets. It is a great location to explore other parts of Corfu as the popular touristy areas / beaches are within an hour drive. Overall highly recommended :)

The views were amazing. Nikos and his wife were so helpful and went beyond the role of caretakers to the villa.

The road up to the villa is very hilly and it doesn't give that impression on the booking.com website. We found a lot of steep steps in the villa that could have caused problems if any mobility issues. Bathroom on ground floor could do with modernising. More sun beds for lying on balcony. Barbati is a very small village with limited facilities and we found everything was very expensive.

Nikos and Vasiliki were very friendly and nice and were there to help us if we needed anything. The house was beautiful with nicely separated rooms. It was also exceptionally clean. Would definitely come here again!

We absolutely loved this villa! It is very cozy and had everything you might need from clothing iron to fully stocked kitchen. And the best feature - the view was absolutely amazing! All rooms have balconies with sea view, but the top terrace just takes your breath away. The owners were very nice and welcoming.
