it’s close to the beaches. it’s safe. the rooms were a good size.

it’s advertised as having AC, but that part is inefficient because there is no window glass to help with the cooling and the common are stuffy and hot. I know pretty much nothing about PR building codes or why there are no glazed windows but it’s a pretty inefficient setup. the AC was the only real issue.

The beds were uncomfortable. They need to change the mattress and in the main room the the whole bed, mattress and furniture

I liked the location on Isabela and the beaches

The Condo I rented #733 had no a/c in the living room and kitchen area and it was always hot, we couldn't cook because of the heat. Very uncomfortable! Also the owner didn't provide anything, no paper towels, no soap to take a shower, not enough towels for 6 people for 5 days, no cooler or any beach supplies and no washer and dryer, she had the washer and dryer locked up in a closet, most of the closets had pad locks on them. It was a bad experience with this particular unit #733. I had rented Beach condos before and they provided a lot of these things that someone traveling from another country needs, we had extra expenses buying a cooler, hand towels, toiletry and other things that should have been provided.

I loved mostly all , definitely the location and our host all though in the distance was very welcoming and lovely.

I honestly don’t have any complaints.

It was clean, convenient and comfortable. Speaking with the owner was a delight. She was very helpful and readily available for any questions I had. I had 6 people in my group and we had plenty of room for everyone.
