Unser schönes und geräumiges Stadthaus befindet sich gegenüber vom Siesta Key Beach. Wie nahe ist der Strand? Die Wohnung / Townhouses Komplex befindet sich auf der Beach Road. Sie müssen nur über Beach Rd gehen und über den offenen öffentlichen Parkplatz gehen, und Sie werden am Strand sein. Siesta Key Beach ist der beste Strand der Welt und ist bekannt für seinen weißen, feinen, pulvrigen Quarzsand und seine atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergänge. Der berühmte Siesta Key Trommelkreis findet jeden Sonntag 1 bis 2 Stunden vor Sonnenuntergang statt.
Alle nagelneuen Fußböden im Gerät wurden im Herbst 2017 verlegt. Die Küche wurde 2018 mit allen neuen Geräten aktualisiert. Frisch gestrichen im Jahr 2019. Unsere geräumige zweite Etage ist ca. 1400 m² groß. Es hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit hohen Decken, so dass es sich gemütlich anfühlt. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine Glasschiebetür vom Boden bis zur Decke, die sich zu einem großen Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien hin öffnet, von wo aus man auf den smaragdgrünen See blicken kann, Heimat einiger lokaler Schildkröten.
Der gehobene formale Speisesaal bietet Platz für 6 Personen und verfügt über einen brandneuen Holzboden aus Porzellan.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über hohe Decken und raumhohe Glasschiebetüren zum Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, neue Teppiche und einen großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das Master-Bad wurde kürzlich mit Steinfliesen, begehbarer Dusche, Granit-Waschtisch, Granit-Pulver-Waschtisch renoviert.
Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Einzelbetten, die zu einem Kingsize-Bett kombiniert werden können. Das zweite Bad befindet sich neben dem zweiten Schlafzimmer wurde renoviert und aktualisiert mit Steinfliesen & Granit Waschtisch.
Die komplett ausgestattete Wohnküche hat einen brandneuen Holzboden und ist komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie benötigen. Die Unterkunft bietet auch einen Wäscheschrank mit einer stapelbaren Waschmaschine / Trockner.
Das Stadthaus umfasst eine private Garage für ein Auto (mit Garagentoröffner), die direkt unter dem Gerät befindet. Wir stellen Ihnen in der Garage einige Strandkörbe und Strandspielzeug zur Verfügung.
Unser Haus am Strand bietet einen großen beheizten Pool, zwei Tennisplätze, einen großen offenen Pavillon mit Tischen / Stühlen und einem Grill.

The condo wasn't cleaned proir to our stay. We checked in at 4:30. Only to be told that the cleaners couldn't be there until tomorrow or even Monday. So we decide to clean it.
The owner did refund some money for us cleaning the condo. We did not want to stay at a place unless it was clean, and we did not want to go to a hotel.
There is a outlet plug that has the cover off it, the spare bathroom light switch is real loose.
The pocket doors on master bedroom area, do not work, there is a curtain for the shower- toilet area instead.
The dishwasher does not work right, does not drain correctly.
When we cleaned the condo, the shower turned on and would not turn off, the valve in the diverter was bad. So we went to lowes and bought a new valve, then fixed it. Water had to be turned off while doing this, this delayed our cleaning of condo for at least 2 hours.
Except for our first day, we enjoyed our stay, it is a good location to the beach. This was our 2nd stay at the condo, just wish they would fix the little things wrong at the condo. (Outlets where bad last year, and switch, and there is a step tile loose.)

The property itself was absolutely perfect for a young family. We couldn’t fit our SUV in the garage but I didn’t care because we learned our sandy beach car in there everyday instead and it worked out great. A couple of things,
1) Make sure you have a big wheel beach car because the sand is deep and the water is FAR away.
2) Forget the public across from you unless you want an episode of Jerry Springer and people all over you. Instead go about .5 miles down to public beach access 11 and head in there. It’s a little further walk and the water is still a long way away but believe me it is worth it.
Overall great place and awesome space for a young family to give everyone a little privacy.

Didn’t get code to get in from owner until we got there. Place was clean. None of the sliding doors were opening, my husband tried to put the one back on track so we could open it. To go out on deck. It was hot in there all week. We asked if we could put the air higher and she only said by one digit.. And the item in the garage were full of sand and thrown there. And the TV in the bedroom did not work. Notified the owner of all of these. She said she will get them fixed but not fixed when we left. Otherwise The Place was nice

The location and condo were great and comfortable. Walking distance from the beach. No complaints what so ever! Owner was prompt in responding when an issue arose. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo was much more spacious than we expected. We were all very comfortable! Directly across the street from the public beach is a huge plus! And, it is only a 20 minute walk from the village. We enjoyed using the bike to get around too! Lots of stuff included in the garage (beach chairs, umbrella, mats, toys, etc.). The property manager was amazing! Super quick to respond, and flexible with our check-in and check-out as it revolved around our flights. I really appreciated that and would definitely come back again!

When we arrived there was no toilet paper, paper towels, or clean towels. We went out and purchased the things we really needed so that was ok. On the third day of our vacation, these necessities were provided to us. The most serious issue is in the guest bedroom and the main balcony door in the living room. The door does not lock. The bed was so uncomfortable that my husband got 2 nights sleep. The springs are coming through the mattress. We added the topper from the master bedroom with little help. We absolutely love Siesta Key and we would definitely recommend your property. Just a few issues to be dealt with, but a beautiful home.

We stayed at this property the month of February 2023. The condo is in an excellent location with close proximity to the beach. We liked the fact that we could park our vehicle and use the trolley to go to the village. The pictures of the furnishings did not do it justice. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. The only negative comment would be that the master bathroom was a little small, and they could use a few extra beach towels, as there were only two or three there. Overall, it is a wonderful place to stay, and we would have rented it again next year if it had not already been rented when we got there.

This place is in the perfect location, right across the street from the beach! Only about a 5-10 minute walk to get out to the beach area. I was amazed how there was literally not a single grain of sand on the floor upon our arrival. That sand literally gets everywhere but whoever the housekeeper is must have super powers!! Lots of gear for the beach was available: cooler, umbrellas, plenty of chairs, sand toys, wagon, etc. the pool was very clean. My kids loved watching the turtles swim around the pond. The host was very responsive anytime I had questions. Overall a great stay!

Condo was clean and as described. Check in was a little confusing, but figured that out. We were also told to pick up a parking pass in the office for our extra vehicle, but had a difficult time catching someone in the office which made parking confusing as well. Overall we did enjoy our stay.

Great place! The condo had everything. Enjoyed the turtles in the lake. The other residents were very friendly. The pool was heated (after the first week) and of course the beach was beautiful. I would definitely rent from Annie anytime.

Wanted to rent for next year. While discussing plans ect with owner someone snatched the reservation. At this location I is customers for tenants have right of first refusal for the same time. I guess it is one drawback for dealing with VRBO. The owner was great and unfortunately I was ready to commit.
