The staff to help with the luggage, especially in the 3rd floor! The curtains of the main room was bad and didn’t work well, which negatively affected our sleep!

Noisy neighbours I'm sure there are people living in the other apartments. The whole place needed a lick of paint and a good clean. It's evident that the cleaners only do the bare minimum. The sofa also needed a good clean. If the cleaning was to standard and the whole apartment painted it would have been the most perfect place to stay. Also 1 toilet roll for a family of 3 for a whole weekend is not sufficient. We left without sleeping the second night as my allergies were effected by the level of dust.

The location was fine, near the city centre and parking

The apartment hasn't been cleaned. There were all kind of stains on the sofa and crumbles from previous stay. Traces of delivery food was on the floor. We booked for 3 people for 3 nights and they provide us just toiletries for 1. 1 toilet rolls for 3 nights for 3 people, ridiculous.

I liked location and set up of apartmenr.

It was a poor standard for cleaniness, sofa was dirty , pillows on sofa need to be thrown away really dirty, and the apartment is due a paint fresh up.

Well equipped kitchen and shower was good

Blinds in both bedrooms broken so no privacy, bathroom sink took ages to drain away, 1 loo roll for 3 nights for 2 people, and noisy neighbours. Also no parking spaces on first night.

Good location, within walking distance to shops and city centre. Parking option available if travelling with large cases as we did.

Back up support by staff was not good and somewhat inefficient, felt more like dealing with machines than humans. Arrived the UK with 3 teenagers earlier than planned, there was scarcely any flexibility with the staff, form emails were shared as response to options to pay for early and late check out options. Promises to crosscheck and call back were never returned. Cleaners were in the property on our arrival. Customer care was quite detached and distant. Paid to extend our stay and no cleaning nor change of towels was offered at any time, overflowing refuse bins in view at the car pack Good location and value for money relative to others for the dates nonetheless.

The bedroom was the only room that did not have something wrong.

The settee was badly stained, there were dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, the oven was full of grease with stale chips on the bottom. The toilet seat was loose. We had to pay £30 cleaning fee when we booked. This means the people before us must have done the. We did not see the cleaners all week. Sorry would not recommend this place.

the property wasn’t very clean. the toaster had mould. there was dust everywhere. there was pen marks all over the walls. it was so hot in there and some windows didn’t even open. the fan didn’t work very well. It was so stuffy and made us feel very weak. the window that did open was onto the Main Street and when open everyone can see you and what you’re doing and could even walk in, so we had to make sure we were there the whole time. was not worth the money.
