We planned our trip so that our spouses could have a day at Boyne Mountain skiing and we could all hangout as friends. This house was perfect for our getaway!

Loved this rental! We enjoyed it so much we booked it again for two months from now! We have a rental property and it’s the little things that matter! Towels, soap, kitchen items, fans! In the rooms! Cleanliness is what most of the reviews for this property had and it did not disappoint, so clean, clear directions for check in and check out! It felt so home like, the owners did a great job making a small house so open and welcoming! Love the keypad lock! Felt very safe, the location was near town but not to close, center ally located to so many fun towns around the area! It was a great stay! Thank you!

This house was relatively small, but it was perfect! The floor plan was perfect for us, and the location was EVERYTHING! We could drive 5 minutes and we were able to go to the beach, a park or grab a bite to eat! And the food around us was amazing. I have no complaints about this house!

This is a very new 3 bedroom house in Boyne City. It is in perfect condition and spotless. The location is about 10-15 minutes walk to the heart of downtown, maybe 7 minutes walk to the park at the beach. The neighborhood is super quiet and laid back. It is maybe 15 minutes walk in the other direction to Avalanche Mountain for some nice hiking. The house layout is very efficient. It looks small on the outside, but there is a good amount of living space on the inside for a family of 4-6. The A/C works great! We would not hesitate to stay again and we would recommend to anybody.

Walking distance to downtown and 5 minute drive to Sommerset Marina. We plan to come back next summer! Highly recommended.

Our accommodations were cozy and comfortable. The host provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I can highly recommend this property. In addition, Boyne City is a nice, central location to enjoy short drives to other quaint towns along the shore as well as the wineries and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. There is so much to experience in this area. We will definitely return.

This was our second time staying at the Trent Street property. We previously stayed over New Years and knew we found the perfect spot for a return visit in February. The location is ideal, with only a 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. Close by is the Avalanche hill sledding park which the kids really enjoyed! We loved being close to downtown Boyne City, and enjoyed dinners out at some of a favorite restaurants (Red Messa). For our family of 5, the accommodations were a good fit with 3 separate bedrooms and a large dining and gathering area for family movie night. The neighborhood is a blend of seasonal and full-time residents, and anyone you meet is warm and welcoming. With that said, my only suggestion for the host is to look into getting a bigger hot water tank (not enough hot water for 4 showers after a day on the slopes), and adding a space heater to the master bedroom. Great house in the quiet town of Boyne city. The living room is cozy, you can stream your phone or pc to the tv. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal. There was extra bedding available in the closet. The entire house was very clean.

The description of the property is accurate, everything you need for a short term stay is available, close to downtown, great short walks around the neighborhood, and perfect if you plan to ski or snowboard at Boyne Mtn.

The place was exactly what we needed since our grandson had a soccer tournament!!

The property is so close to downtown and other surrounding towns, Petoskey, Charlevoix, and Mackinac Island. The house was the perfect size for our family of four. The only complaint we had was the house smelled a little musty/damp. Easily fixed by a dehumidifier. It was a very pleasant stay.

We left two days early because we didn’t find this house comfortable. The only place to sit was on the kitchen chairs. The sofa and upholstered chair were so soft, you sunk down into them like sitting on a beanbag. There was a picnic table outside, but this faces a fairly busy street, only partially blocked by some shrubs. The house, overall, was clean, with the exception of dark streaks under the rim of the toilet bowl, clearly visible from the hallway when the toilet lid is up. The appliances were almost new and well-maintained. The kitchen was well stocked, with a few exceptions. While there were three new saucepans from IKEA,the small no-stick skillet was discolored on the outside and no washing could remove the stains. Similarly, there was one large casserole dish, that had probably been Corningware in a previous life. The orange color was almost gone and the interior was so badly scratched that we had to line it with foil. Because of Covid, we tried to eat more meals st the house. I’m sure future renters would appreciate your replacing these two worn items. The linens were all fairly new and in good condition. The washer and dryer were stacked and large capacity. The only problem is that the controls for the dryer were at the top of the machine and could not be seen without standing on a stool. A folding stool was provided but it was not very stable.A step ladder would be a safer alternative.

We enjoyed our stay - the house was perfect for our family of 4 that included our teenage son and daughter each getting their own room. My husband loved having his coffee on the deck each morning, it’s an easy walk to downtown Boyne City, and a good place to launch day trips to Traverse City, Charlevoix, Torch Lake, Petoskey, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Mackinaw City. The house was very clean and well appointed, and it was great to have a washer and dryer. We’d definitely stay again.

This was a great property to rent. It was extremely clean and ready to use. The location was great, close to the water and downtown. We would definitely rent there again! Thanks for the stay!

We had a great stay at this little cottage! It was very clean and comfortable and well-located close to the heart of Boyne City and the waterfront. We really enjoyed the shops, parks and restaurants in Boyne City! Our family was able to spread out in the three bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable so everyone slept great. The washer and dryer looked brand-new. The outdoor picnic table was perfect for little ones to eat their meals & keep their crumbs outdoors :) The cottage was in a quiet, private location with running/hiking trails less than a mile away. The paint and carpet felt fresh and clean throughout the rental. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked with the things you might need on your trip. We appreciated the host’s attention to detail.

The house was perfect for our family. Boyne city is a nice little town. This area had it all, we did hiking at avalanche, biking along the lake, both the public beach in town and then the one at youngs state park. Close and convenient to a lot of things.

We enjoyed staying here for our family getaway. The house was fine for young kids, and everything was clean. The location provided quick access to town and easy drives to popular destinations. Would stay there again!

The stay was very good. I would recommend this property to anyone. The house was as it was mentioned in Vrbo, it had everything we needed and also was comfortable.

Owner was very friendly, and the house was really nice.

The property was wonderful. We had a space for everyone and a community space for everyone as well. Sometimes I wish communications was a little more immediate, such as when we were locked out - it took a little over 20 minutes to get back indoors, which I must say is not a lot of time in normal circumstances, but when the temperature is in the single digits it was a long time to us.

Had a nice stay, the house is accurately represented in the listing. Would stay here again
