We had an amazing stay. The space and location were great. Linda and Bill were incredibly gracious hosts - they went above and beyond. One small example - we had a dead car battery and they jumped it for us and gave us the jumper cables in case we had issues during the rest of our weekend. I would 10/10 recommend. Only regret is we didn’t get to stay for longer!

Comfortable studio above garage, separate from main residence. Everything was clean and accommodative, except Wi-Fi never worked due to valley location- maybe a deal breaker for some. Gracious hosts Linda and Bill.

The pictures simply don't do justice to the breathtaking views of the property. From our front door (a beautiful guest room adjacent to the main house) you can watch the sunrise over a neighboring vineyard. The accommodations are cozy, charming, and perfect for a couple looking to explore Sonoma/Dry Creek/Russian River yet still be within 5 minutes of Healdsburg (numerous restaurants and tasting rooms). Hosts went above and beyond to make sure our stay was spectacular. Will easily stay again, this was a treasure.

This is such a charming little place, very quiet, cozy and clean. The hosts Linda & Bill are welcoming and helpful. It's a convenient location for wine tasting and has a really nice view. Thanks for the great stay!

We had a great weekend stay. Property was as advertised. Linda and Bob were great hosts. Friendly and accommodating. Peaceful location in Healdsburg only a mile or so away from the center. Plenty of wineries to choose from.

Hidden away in a little valley a few minutes from downtown Healdsburg this beautiful loft was the perfect location for exploring the wine country of Sonoma. It was peaceful and clean and had everything we needed. Our hosts were very friendly and considerate. This was the perfect place for us.

We had a wonderful stay in the studio, the entire property is gorgeous and studio is attractively decorated and very comfortable. The studio feels remote but it's a short drive to downtown Healdsburg with it's wonderful restaurants and shopping, not to mention some of our favorite wineries nearby on Westside Road. We had a lot of fun chatting with Linda and Bill, they are warm and inviting hosts. We'll definitely be back.

Lovely property and home in gorgeous Healdsburg. Linda and her husband couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind. The guest suite or “in-law” was perfect. Very comfy. Nicely furnished. Plenty of space. Nice views of the property as well.

The hosts were gracious, friendly and not overbearing. The property is beautiful.secluded and quiet. The loft had everything, was comfortable, clean and well decorated. The internet did not work, but Starbucks is not far away. We would definitely stay there again. Charley and Karen Osborne

We stayed here for 5 nights. Beautiful property, 5 minute drive to lots of restaurants, wineries and downtown Healdsburg. Linda and Bill are friendly hosts who make you feel like a houseguest.

Our family has been many vacation rentals over the years but this one tops them all. It was just my daughter and I for a little mother daughter getaway and we just had the best time. The property is gorgeous and well appointed. So comfortable! Great proximity to the Town of Healdsburg. Will definately be back.

The cottage was lovely, exactly as pictured and set in beautiful countryside just outside of Healdsburg. Linda and Bill were gracious hosts , even turning on the heat for us one afternoon as they realized we were coming back after a very cold day of bike riding. Charming rural spot very near Healdsburg. Sweet home base for Wine Country exploration

This property deserves its 5 star rating! The apartment is located above in a separate building from the house and reached by stairs. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. It is perfect for one or two people. The location is a hilly, green, and largely secluded setting just outside of Healdsburg, but very convenient to the town and its restaurants and surrounding wineries. Our host was great to communicate with and readily available for any concern. We had a perfect wine and food weekend in a relaxed setting. Our only concern would be the wifi, which was spotty. It didn't bother us as we were there for only two nights and our focus was on wine and restaurants, but if we were staying longer or needed to work, then it may have become more of an issue.

Beautiful place and ideal location. Linda and Bill are a treasure. So helpful, warm and friendly. Linda helped set up wine tastings and had great recommendations on local restaurants. The property is beautiful. One morning we just walked the property and the local road.

What a wonderful stay in the Russian River area of Healdsburg! The studio is very spacious with a large sitting area, queen bed, and kitchen equipped perfectly for breakfast and small lunches, if you're not already getting your fill from all the superb local cuisine. Views of vineyards and the hills are beautiful, and it feels secluded. But don't let that fool you. In a mere 5 minutes you will be in Healdsburg. it was so convenient we could drive back for a bread and charcuterie lunch and a glass of wine, before dropping back in town. Central to Russian River and greater Sonoma valley. Our hosts were so accommodating, helpful, and we enjoyed great conversation. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

This is a great place to be close to everything! Just minutes to the square in Healdsburg and dozens of renown wineries. Comfortable, bright and clean, just the right lodging for a long weekend wine tasting and dining. Linda and Bill are the perfect hosts, greeting us and checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. This was our second year to stay on this property, a real gem all the wss as y around.

We stayed at Linda & Bill's cottage over a long weekend celebrating our anniversary. The weather wasn't as pleasant as we'd like, but they could definitely use the rain. Now, that withstanding it did not take away anything from a very enjoyable wine tasting trip. Both Linda & Bill are exceptional hosts and their cottage, as well as property are both relaxing and peaceful. Communication throughout was great! Linda even assisted in obtaining a couple of wine tastings as I was having trouble due to the COVID-19 reservation requirements now in place for tastings. We also took advantage of some of their restaurant recommendations and you couldn't go wrong with any of them. The downtown area is quite close and we enjoyed the cozy and comfy feeling of the area. The only thing that I might recommend is a better working WiFi connection, but then again you go on vacation, etc. to enjoy some peaceful relaxation and a quiet getaway. Linda did let us know in advance that was sketchy at best. We both thoroughly enjoyed our time and wholeheartedly would recommend. We have Linda's cottage now on our go to list for our trips to wine country. Thank you both for your hospitality and allowing us to enjoy your cottage and property.

Beautiful property close to Healdsburg square. Bill and Linda were great hosts. Would absolutely stay here again. Loved waking up to the sounds of roosters in the morning.

My wife and I stayed here for our 10-year anniversary, and it was exactly what we needed as a home base to adventure from. The cottage is above the garage and across a small courtyard from the main house, with a bubbling fountain that made the hot days more pleasant. It feels very separate and private. Linda did everything we needed to make us feel welcome and the communication was super smooth and helpful during the check in and throughout our stay as needed. Bed was great, kitchenette had what we needed for coffee and making a light breakfast. The property is charming and country rustic, well cared for, super quiet. We'd definitely stay here again - great hosts and beautiful place. Recommended!

We were celebrating our anniversary with dinners in some of the fancy restaurants in Healdsburg while staying in this delightful country cottage only minutes from downtown. It represented the best of Sonoma. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

This property is 5 minutes from downtown Healdsburg but a world away. So peaceful and scenic. Lovely view - we enjoyed sitting on our little patio reading, drinking coffee or wine and just relaxing. Linda and Bill were the most warm and welcoming hosts ever. We loved getting to know them. This is a perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable get away! Thanks again Linda and Bill!

We really enjoyed staying at Linda and Bill's place. The studio was great and it took less than 5 minutes to get into town. Linda was available to answer our questions and we got to chat with Bill about the house and property. We hope to come back and stay again soon.

This lovely property is just a few minutes from downtown Healdsburg, and yet you are in a very rural area that is very beautiful and peaceful. The owners live next door and we’re very helpful...even picked up takeout dinner for us when we announced we were arriving late. The VRBO was very clean, new and beautifully decorated . We will visit again!

I love Healdsburg and have been visiting for many years. My husband and I booked this property because we were wanting a romantic getaway! It is a lovely and charming place to stay. The grounds were beautiful and it did not disappoint! Close to town too! Bill and Linda were very accommodating and helpful. We would love to go back!
