We loved our time in Pagosa and the location of this property was absolutely perfect! Big, clean, everything we needed and more! This will be where we stay each time we visit!

Loved it and close to Hot springs

We had a very comfortable stay at the loft. We have two very tall teenagers that slept comfortably on the futons and air mattress lots of bedding for them. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for meals and morning coffee. The washing machine and dryer were extremely helpful with all the snow the town and mountains got during our stay. Close to everything you need in town.

We love PS. And this place is right in the middle of it all! Jacque was great and responded immediately with a solution with a small issue we encountered while there. It does get a bit warm in the afternoon and evening as no AC is installed. But not enough to make it uncomfortable for long.

Great location but probably best for adult couples with no children tagging along.

The communication with Jacque was exceptional! b The location is truly in the center of town and a short walk to everything. We will be going back.

Nice property. The bed sheets, kitchen towels, and rugs were still wet and not dried all the way. The little fan would have been nice since we need white noise to sleep but it sounded like it was dying. Overall nice place and great location.

I've been to Pagosa several times and live only a couple hours away. I often don't spend the night, but I will if I have family with me like I did for this trip. This is the best location at the best price that I've ever stayed at. There are places with more amenities, and bigger or better floor layouts, but if you really want to be in the heart of Pagosa with the shopping and the Springs and restaurants, this is the place. I was able to park my car right in front of the apartment without difficulty my entire stay, and the amenities inside are everything you'd expect for an enjoyable stay. We loved staying here!

Great downtown location to many of the amenities that Pagosa has to offer. Clean and well equipped basement apartment. We enjoyed it greatly.

This property was perfect. I often walked by the stairs going down to the apartments, but never knew what was down there. The apartment was very big and we had plenty of room for the three of us. The accommodations and decor were very cool. I only wished for sat or cable TV, so I could have watched the rest of the Broncos game when we arrived. Not a big deal since the internet was available. Very thoughtful and centrally located apartment. Highly recommend.

This property was in a perfect location for our needs. However, the wi-fi and hot water took a bit of patience. The wi-fi never really worked well, the streaming service paused every couple of minutes, a bit maddening if you were trying to watch a program. The hot water took a good 5+ minutes to reach any spigot but was ample once it got there. Overall the accomodations were excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the space was very roomy. The kitchen was well equipped but the bathroom was a little small for a big man like me. All-in-all, the stay was very pleasant as long as you have a little patience.

It was clean.It had about everything you would want,except maybe 1 roll of extra toilet paper. We had never,ever used Netflix before so we had a really hard time getting anything on it an we weren't aware that there wouldn't be a TV with cable or something we could operate.We are not very tec savvy, haha.

Everything was great and was exactly what we expected, with one exception. The Air Conditioner was struggling. It was very hot. That is literally the only issue we had with our stay. It was a cool loft, in a great location.

This was a very convenient place to base camp our week-long vacation. The well-stocked kitchen and open space was ideal for a couple doing an extended stay.

Awesome location, everything we needed (convenient, comfortable, and clean), smelled a little moldy but understandable because it was a basement. Very clean and welcoming Loves it.

The property manager was excellent t to talk to and helped us with parking, recommendations, and addition assistance. Location is amazing if.ypu want to walk to everything. 2 bathouse close by. Breakfast, lunch, dinner all within walking distance. . Great stay.

The property was in a good location but we couldn't get the main light on, the TV turned on but no channels were available. Not even Netflix worked, which was the only option available. The bed was not very comfortable and the air-conditioning unit, in the kitchen, didn't cool the whole "loft" down . The decor was pretty oudated and mismatched.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Loft Down Under. It was the perfect space, and the perfect location. I wish we could have this type of location at every place we stop at on this trip!

Easy access to everything in Pagosa Springs. Spacious living for a fun weekend.

The space was so perfect for what we needed it for as I came to Pagosa to visit my thru hiker. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pagosa.

Enjoyed the proximity to the hot springs and downtown shopping. Space was as advertised. More functional than aesthetic but the old theatre seats were a nice touch and I liked the old metal cabinets and sink in the kitchen.

So I hadn't actually realized this place was in the basement of the old movie theater! "Loft Down Under" and the pic of the movie theater were my rather obvious clues, and I missed it. While I was initially a bit thrown, I must say it was very clean and comfortable. It was also a short walk to all of the locations to access the springs. All of the pics are what it looks like. Opening the front door, the reality of it is a bit more industrial/utilitarian than I expected. A bit more color on the walls between the living room and bedroom and better lighting would help make it more welcoming. That said, all in all it was clean, comfortable, had a well stocked kitchen, and a great location. Easy check in and out.

The check in and out process was very easy! Property was just as it was described in the description. Nice place to stay, and within walking distance to the Springs and other destinations we went. I would stay there again.

If you want to experience Pagosa Springs, this is the place to stay.

The pictures does not give this property justice. It was spacious, and perfect! Amazing Location! Amazing Views! Easy access to anywhere! (Shopping, Hot Springs, River, Sledding Hills, Food and Skiing). I would stay again!

Great location! Shopping. Eating and mineral baths all within walking distance.
