Having never visited the Big Island of Hawaii we had no idea what to expect!! The location was perfect for us to navigate around the island seeing the sights that most interested us. The property was great and having a ground floor unit was perfect due to some disabilities. Loved the garage parking!! We will look forward to visiting again!

We had a nice stay in this ground floor condo. It was perfect for our family of four and had everything we needed for our Hawaii vacation. The gated community is safe and well kept-it was nice to park our rental car in the garage. There were several beach items available for use which was perfect-chairs, boogie boards, and more. It’s nice not to have to buy these things on arrival. The washer/dryer is essential too-although the washer might need a good cleaning (I’m sure it’s hard to maintain in a sandy humid environment). Loved our stay here and would book it again in the future.

Our rental was all we hoped for, and everyone at Kohala Coast Properties just added to our enjoyment. I had a couple of requests over our week, and each time someone was there to answer the phone, take our request make sure it was taken care of quickly.
The way a kitchen is equipped is a key indicator for me, and this kitchen not only had all the tools we needed, but also had a wide variety of plastic storage for our on-the-go food. Very comfortable living, for the time we spent there!

Our family had a fantastic stay in Waikoloa at this condo! We have stayed at Waikoloa Beach Villas before, these condos are in a great location close to A Bay, shopping, golf, enjoyable area for walking. The condo pool and grounds are immaculate. The unit was clean, comfortable, the kitchen was well appointed. Would highly recommend!

Stayed 8 nights. Everything was nice and centrally located for walking and bike riding. Only issue was the rear door was very hard to lock and (out of control), a person smoking next to us outside. couldn't use lani for a day. Called management and didn't have any issues afterwards.

Good stay. Very minor things wrong with unit- patio door hard to close, BBQ needs some loving, and fridge was loud. Fire alarm went off at 2:30am, false alarm, apparently the fourth time this has happened in this building. Otherwise a well equipped, clean, comfortable unit. Internet and cable were great.

Great property and location close to shops and beaches. Outdoor kitchen with bbq was amazing and allowed us to cook many of our meals right from our condo. Two pools were great if you want a break from the beach. Visited late March and my wife and I would get up and watch the sunrise from the Kings Shops elevated platform. Sunsets are great from anywhere but we enjoyed from A-Bay and Hapuna Beach.

Rented in December 2022, just after Mauna Loa stopped its activity. Unit location was close to pool and hot tub, across street from shopping, convenient for our trips to Hilo, City of Refuge, Kona Coffee Farms. Well stocked kitchen, garage with chairs, bikes, etc., make this unit a winner. Even a visitor cat on the patio so we would not miss our own Popoki (cat in Hawaiian) at home. Stayed in this development in 2015, different unit. Would stay here again.

This is our third time staying at Waikoloa Villas and it was fantastic as always! Super well stocked kitchen enabled us to cook our entire thanksgiving dinner. There are plenty of beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and other beach items which made our stay in Hawaii more fun and convenient.

Overall excellent stay. The unit was better in person than the listing. Sleeping arrangements, dining, BBQ, all worked to perfection! My group (4 golfers) was very pleased with the overall unit. Absolutely awesome. The lanai borders the golf course; perfect for early morning and late evening meals and relaxation. The surrounding landscaping is manicured daily, fragrant, and very inviting. The condo was a very, very nice place to return to after a long day of exploring and playing in the ocean. They supply two corrugated Igloos which came in very handy when we made or bought iced tea and snacks for the road. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this vacation property to family and friends.

This property holds lots of sun for people that want to be active with beach time, Golf and shopping all close by.
The house is set up comfortably for guest.
Good room separation for family or couples that need space.
Kitchen was in good working order for cooking .
The Viking BBQ was very hot!
And did a great job when using it.
There are two good markets close to choose your food and other needs.
The pool closest to the property is being renovated and is closed…. But we enjoyed the beach often instead so it wasn’t a miss for us:)

We had an amazing time here. It was clean, and had everything we needed. The kids woke up to sit under the palm trees, and checked out the golf course at sunrise. They caught geckos and swam for hours in the pool. We walked across the street for meals at the food court, and used the kitchen for breakfast. We played Hawaiian music over our speaker using the WIFI/bluetooth. We used the beach gear and ice chest for daily trips to different beaches. It was amazing. Memories we won't forget.
