the property was really lovely. beautiful terrace outside the house itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and really comfortable. excellent location close to harbour, beaches and the old town.

the property was perfect. Michalis the owner was really helpful and very responsive to any questions that we had.

It’s a cute house close to the Golden Beach and the host is friendly.

The beds were quite hard and some interior pieces were a bit old.

I never write long reviews but here I make an exception. 1) the house: it’s so beautiful, big kitchen+living room, two bedrooms. There is basically EVERYTHING you need, great reception with lots of fresh fruits, wine, a filled fridge, coffee, tea, in the bathrooms there’s a washing machine, shampoo etc, you could come with nothing and still feel at home immediately. Beautiful terrace for breakfast, always got company by 3 cats. 2) the location: just a short walk down the street to a nice city beach of Chania and also just a few minutes to the old town. It’s in the middle of local living area, so no (obvious) tourists around, the house itself is like a peaceful oasis, own parking space. For us the perfect location as the old town is too busy und overloaded with tourists. 3) the owner: THE nicest host, always easy to contact, welcomed us warmly and there if you need to know anything or need help. All the things he provides in the house are so sweet. Once the area happened to have no water for a few hours, he immediately contacted the water company, informed us and got us some bottled water even though it was just a short disruption. I would recommend it to anybody coming to Crete, it’s the perfect place.

Everything was great. The location is perfect - close to the beach and nice restaurants, but also not so far away from the old town. The house is really well equipped, it was a pleasure to spent time there. The owner was very nice and it was easy to contact with him. In general - one of the best accommodations I have ever had.

This place was amazing! We were greeted by the host in the house who gave us some info on the city. The place was very nicely decorated, everything was very clean and it was extremely comfortable living since it was so well equipped with kitchenware, bathing supplies, spices and even liquor! The location was excellent: Just a few min walk from the old town, the beach and the bus station. What made this place extra special was the hospitality of the host: The fridge was filled with basic food and wine, there were delicacies on the table, and when we left we received a goodbye present. Thank you for this beautiful stay and for your warm hospitality, we hope to stay again at your place during our next visit!
