Euphoria ist der perfekte Ort für Ihren Strandurlaub! Es gibt auch eine zweite Küche im Erdgeschoss mit einem großen Kühlschrank, Herd, Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle und bequemen Zugang zum Pool - Snacks und Getränke sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Luxus ist reichlich vorhanden mit 5 großzügigen Schlafzimmern einschließlich einer King-Suite mit eigenem Bad im ersten und dritten Stock. Die Hinterhof-Oase wird der Treffpunkt mit Ihrem eigenen privaten Schwimmen ein Glück erregenden Wasserfall und ein 9 "tief angehoben" Sun Deck ", das ist ein idealer Ort zum Faulenzen oder die Kinder können als Kinderbecken verwenden. Nach dem Tag in der Sonne am Strand werden die Kinder das überdachte Naherholungsgebiet mit Tischtennisplatte und Tischfußball sowie den Pickelballplatz und das Maislochspiel im professionell angelegten Garten lieben. Just as listed this beach home was perfect for location, activities, and comfort. Cathy, the owner, was available if needed, the home was superior in having everything a family would want/need for an enjoyable vacation. Our group ranging in ages from 5 to 77, had plenty of room for meals

The house was exceptionally clean upon arrival. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 10. The main kitchen was well stocked with all the pots, pans, bowls, plates, glasses and utensils we needed. Ten beach chairs and two beach umbrellas and a dresser full of beach towels were available for our use so no need to pack them. The directly across the street beach access was great. Next to being oceanfront this was fantastic. The beach was not crowded at all. Our Host Cathy was fantastic. She answered all of our pre trip questions in a timely manner. The different colored lights in the pool are cool. The first morning the microwave in the main kitchen quit and Cathy replaced it the same day. Grocery shopping is less than 15 minutes away. Restaurants are also about 15 minutes away. We definitely would stay there again!

We expected Euphoria to be amazing from the photos and details online and our stay did not disappoint!! The home is in a phenomenal location, the house has everything and more anyone can want, and it is beautifully decorated leading guests to think of the beach and your seaside stay at every turn. To top things off, Cathy is very responsive, flexible, and friendly! She really made our vacation a phenomenal experience! We will return for sure!

The house was very clean upon arrival. All accommodations were great. Cathy was a very responsive host. Beach access was fantastic. Amenities in kitchen were perfect for the cooking we wanted to do. The kids in our group loved the pickle ball court and the pool. Would definitely stay again!

In short, it was great. Best access to the beach in the neighborhood (not beach front, but still best). Beautiful home with excellent layout for multiple families. Lots of places for meals inside and outside. Pools, pickleball court, ping pong table, outdoor bar with TV and covered space for eating and relaxing. We could not find anything of significance that we did not absolutely love. Will definitely be back.

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect. We were easily able to make it out to the beach every day with two little ones in tow. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for a great vacation with the extended family - grandparents, siblings and spouses, and two toddlers.

This was one of our best vacations! Euphoria is a gorgeous home: very tastefully decorated and incredibly well-equipped. Cathy is a warm and welcoming host- attentive and helpful. It was all just perfect in every way!

From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt immediately relaxed like we had just come home. It is clear that some major TLC went into making this home so comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. Everything we needed was there. It was a perfect fit for our family. The kitchen was amazing, the little drink alcove was cool, the decks lovely, the pool and pickle ball court awesome, and the beds all very comfortable. We had alot of winds during our stay and the sound of the wind in the palm tree outside the house made us feel like we were on a little island in the tropics. And let's not forget the views! Watched the beautiful sunrise every morning. The host was so friendly and accommodating to us the whole time. We are seasoned beach vacationers and we just loved this property. None of us wanted to leave and we all would love to come back again.

Cathy, the owner, is very easy and accommodating to work with, The house could not be more perfect location I’ve, the front door is right across the beach road to the beach access, which makes for stunning views from the main level and upstairs bedrooms. The house is decorated so nicely and is very clean. The outdoor seating area in the front of the house with ocean views is so inviting. The shaded lounge areas in the back of the house are perfect for when you’re done getting sun, plenty of seating options. The beds are comfortable, having two full size fridges are really nice. We love bringing our bikes and riding on the quiet beach road. Your family will sure to have a wonderful time in this beautiful house!

Staying at Euphoria was beyond expectations. The location is perfect, the house is in excellent condition with plenty of outdoor and indoor common areas. The house is very well appointed and stocked. We very much enjoyed Sandbridge Beach and being in a more quiet, less congested beach resort.

Our family of four stayed with two other families and we all loved the house, amenities, and location. The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, with an amazingly stocked kitchen. Literally across the street from the beach! Pool was clean and the perfect size for everyone. Cathy was quick with answers to any questions we had. Hope to visit again soon!

Gorgeous home in the ideal beach location
Our family had a wonderful week at Euphoria! This home could easily be featured in a Coastal Living magazine, but it is also very cozy and comfortable and family friendly. It was the perfect size for our family of 8 adults and 3 small children and everyone had their own comfy sleeping space. Never having been to the Virginia Beach area we weren’t sure what to expect, but Sandbridge Beach is wide and clean and far less busy than the more crowded and touristy vibe at the Virginia Beach boardwalk area. Euphoria’s location directly across from the access to the beach is ideal - and the views of the ocean are amazing! It was also handy to be able to walk down to the Sandbridge market which was a surprisingly well stocked little grocery store only about a half mile from the house. Of course we made good use of the beach but we all particularly enjoyed spending time in the well cared for private pool and using the pickle ball court! It’s also close enough to drive to lots of other family friendly activities like the Aquarium, the boardwalk, putt-putt, the air museum and if you’re wanting some history, Williamsburg is only and hour and a half away. Cathy, the host, was very easy to contact and extraordinarily helpful. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Beautiful Home! Perfect location! Five Stars!
My family was looking to celebrate my parents 50 wedding anniversary and this was the perfect house and location for it. The house is beautifully decorated! Each day we felt like we discovered something new in the house. Clean and well stocked! Great views of the beach from the top two floors. The beach is just steps away and because of the location it was not crowded at all. We felt like we had a private beach! Kids had a blast playing pickleball then jumping in the pool. The owner Cathy was a wonderful host who was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. She made us feel welcomed there from the first text exchange we had. Cathy, Thank you once again for a wonderful time!

Fantastic vacation destination. It's a beautiful home and the location is outstanding, about 50 steps from the beach. The pool, multiple decks, and pickle ball court were great and heavily used by our family! We had a very relaxing time and to be honest, enjoyed our time there at Euphoria probably more than the beach :)

Lovely, lovely, lovely
This property's location, decor, amenities, and overall feel were just lovely! Everyone - from my 7 year-old to my teenager to my mother-in-law - enjoyed the space, the multiple balconies, and the cozy nooks throughout the home. And after enjoying the beach and pool for the first half of our vacation, we were close enough to the aquarium, the zoo, and the children's museum to enjoy some activities away from the water when it turned cloudy and rainy for the second half of the trip! I highly recommend this property and the excellent, responsive hosts!

We had a great time at Euphoria. The house was awesome, well kept, well stocked, and public access to the beach was right in front of the house. Cathy was a great host, good communication and accommodating with any needs. One of the best rental experiences and will look forward to going back again.
