The apt. Is beautiful with gorgeous views from all rooms. However, the sofa and dining chairs are dirty. Also, I believe one can use better sheets and towels .

Started with finding hair all over the king headboard. Contacted management and never heard back. Went to front desk to ask for some supplies to clean it ourselves and they said they had nothing and would send someone up, never did. There were no pans that could be used in the oven. No cookie sheet, no kitchen dish towels, no dish soap, no can opener, very few dishes, no bath mat, hairdryer did not work in doubles room. The glass on the doors to the balcony were filthy. Looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The carpets needed a deep cleaning as they were covered in stains. The walls needed a fresh coat of paint. The elevator took 30-45 mins each time. We were on the 23rd floor and took the steps multiple times because it was taking too long...made us miss many ubers and reservations. The views were amazing but the cleanliness made it hard to enjoy. The pool and restaurant were great!

We have stayed at the Hyde before and loved it so much decided to rent a couple of nights while visiting from NC with my grandkids. We paid a hefty price per night but that was nit a problem as you get what you pay foe and that is what we were expecting but did not get! The unit we stayed at was worst than that you would expect a some motel. Unpainted walls, scratches and holes everywhere, little roaches crawling all over the kitchen, broken cabinet panels that would fall on your foot every time you opened the freezer door, stained couches I was appalled to have my grandkids sit on, ripped outside chairs, clogged toilet and the list goes on. We couldn’t find anything else last minute as it was spring break and tried to make the most of one bad experience by enjoying the beach as much as possible. Never again! The elevator wait was a nightmare taking from 10 to 20 minutes every you needed to go up or down, in general the Hyde is not what it used to be. We will not be going back, be careful renting unit 3405.

The condo has a good layout, split floorplan. Beds were comfortable. The views were amazing from the balcony, could sit out there for hours! The condo could use a paint job, new carpet and a few needed repairs to the master glass door handle and dryer handle. We bought a pan to cook eggs in as the one there was falling apart, could use a few more items like that. Other than that it was very nice and we enjoyed our stay!

The place was very close to what the photos how, with a few minor issues, 1) a tool that appeared in the online marketing photos was not there. 2) A remote control for the TV in the family room was not there. both of these items where corrected by owner upon reporting them.
Also, the carpets and couches need the be cleaned as they were not appealing to see for the 7 days we were there. If you don't plan on doing much cooking, then the few pots and other cooking items supplied will work for you.
Also there was a crushed beer can on the balcony when we checked into the unit.
Now please know that the location is very nice and the amenities are classy.
