Beautiful Ocean View Condo w/ Full Balcony (2nd floor)
Condo 206 South at Shore Villas befindet sich auf einem "no drive" Strand. Eine schöne zwei Schlafzimmer / zwei Bad, direkt am Meer Wohnung auf dem Atlantik!
Sie können genießen, den Sonnenaufgang von der Wohnung voll Balkon mit beiden Wohnzimmer und Master-Schlafzimmer Schiebetüren öffnen auf sie.
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und aktualisiert mit Reichweite, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler. Kochutensilien, Geschirr sind inklusive, sowie Bettwäsche.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett, um zum Sonnenaufgang aufzuwachen, oder einfach nur bis zum Mittag zu entspannen. Du hast ein eigenes Bad im Hauptschlafzimmer mit Dusche. Das Zimmer verfügt über 2 Queen-Betten; Und es gibt eine Dusche und Wanne Kombination in diesem Badezimmer.
Condo befindet sich im zweiten Stock des Südgebäudes mit Aufzug oder Treppe direkt vor Ihrer Tür, wenn Sie es vorziehen.
Da wir sind ein kleiner Komplex, nur 33 Einheiten insgesamt, Parkplätze ist einfach. Auch extra Parkplätze stehen für Boote und Anhänger auf der anderen Straßenseite in unserem privaten Grundstück zur Verfügung.
Genießen Sie unser großes Schwimmbad, dann gehen Sie einfach auf den Ozean! Unser Strand ist ein toller Wanderstrand, Radfahren oder einfach nur Sonnenbaden, Spiele spielen usw.
Wir sind 12 Meilen von Daytona Beach und ca. 60 Meilen von Orlando, FL. Viele gute Restaurants gibt es in New Smyrna Beach, sowie Parks und Spielplätze. Auch viel Spaß beim Einkaufen in Fachgeschäften auf der Flagler Avenue!

We enjoyed staying in the condo for the weekend! It was a perfect set up for our family of 4 & we loved being right on the beach & having access to the pool! We also appreciated use of the beach chairs, disposable plates/silverware & complimentary laundry pods. Little details made a difference!
The kids bedroom is rather warm though, despite keeping curtain closed. But there were 2 fans provided which helped a little.
We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Great location right on the beach. Nicely updated condo was very comfortable for our family of four. Very nice to have a big pool to hang out in as well. The property manager was friendly and helpful, would stay here again.

Condo is nicely updated, very clean and has amazing full ocean views from main living space and primary bedroom. Love this smaller sized condo complex with easy access to pool and beach. An added bonus is the always smiling and helpful property manager Sam. Fav place to stay in NSB.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy and when you open that door WHOA what a view. You cannot get any closer to the ocean. We had so many delightful moments watching the sunrise, spotting dolphins, and enjoying the surroundings. It was easy to jump between the pool, ocean and condo. Beach chairs and towels were provided along with everything else we needed. A relaxing, beautiful spot!

What an absolutely gorgeous rental! Just perfect! I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit to New Smyrna Beach. The view is magnificent and everybody’s so warm and welcoming. What a fabulous find!

The condo was updated and decorated well!! The ocean view was beautiful from the balcony! The guest room was a little too warm at night even with 2 fans going. We kept the shade down as instructed. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!!

We all came from a small street in Savannah. All the families get together on this trip each year (40+ years). It has expanded into children, grand children, great grandchildren, in-laws and folks from the old neighborhood. This condo is perfect for my husband and two daughters. We chose this condo for the proximity to the beach and were not disappointed. So convenient, the location just cannot be beat. The king bed in the primary bedroom was very comfortable - complete with ocean view out of your personal access to the balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had one small issue with the a/c, but the owners' were quick to respond and so gracious. I do not hesitate to recommend this property!

This is a perfect property for a stay in New Smyrna. The condo is spotlessly clean and new with easy access to the beach which is centrally located. Right on the ocean the back porch was great for the full moon and tidal surge right before a storm. We definitely will be returning

I visited New Smyrna Beach with my son and daughter-in-law over Labor Day weekend. We have stayed in this beautiful beach town numerous times over the past twenty years, and we always return to Shore Villas. This condo in particular was beautifully updated with a gorgeous ocean front view, and the owner was wonderful at communicating all of the information needed for us to enjoy our stay. I will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed our stay, especially the view of the beach right from the balcony. The second bedroom is more suited to younger people/kids rather than adults, given the layout of the beds, and it was a bit warm in that second bedroom, but there are fans in the room to help with that. The rest of the condo was superb with all the necessities needed for a relaxing, comfortable, extended stay. We'll certainly be back. Thanks Nyrla!

Amazing Condo and View!
The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! The view was great and access to the beach was very convenient! With 3 boys, 17, 19, and 20 the surfboards were an added bonus. Pool and grounds were clean. The large lanai was great so all 5 of us could enjoy it at once. Restaurants, shopping, kayaking, etc all very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Really enjoyed our stay, room was exactly as stated and we really enjoyed it. Couldnt get closer to ocean unless you slept on the sand.. Owner was a delight to deal with, would definitely stay there again.

This was our second stay in Nyrla’s beautiful property. We loved having coffee on the patio with the view of the ocean, and the peaceful location. The Property was clean and had everything we needed. Nyrla and Sam, the property manager, were great to work with and both were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time over Easter 2022! Loved the balcony! Great view of the ocean. Our only issue was with parking. It was difficult to get in and out of the parking spaces. Otherwise, everything was great!
