PERFECT MULTI-FAMILY GET-A-WAY
Dieses schöne Hacienda-Refugium verfügt über fünf Schlafzimmer und vier Bäder. Dies ist das ideale Haus für zwei Familien, da es zwei Master-Suiten gibt, die jeweils mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem an der Wand montierten Fernseher ausgestattet sind. Eine der beiden Master-Suiten verfügt über eine große ebenerdige Dusche für zwei Personen, während die andere über eine Regendusche und eine separate versenkte Badewanne zum Entspannen verfügt. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad. Die beiden anderen Gästezimmer verfügen über zwei Tagesbetten mit ausziehbaren Einzelbetten. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine ausziehbare Couch für zwei Personen. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für 8 Personen, es gibt eine Frühstücksecke für 6 Personen und zusätzliche Sitzgelegenheiten für 6 Personen an den Küchenbarhockern. Dies ist der Traum eines Entertainers mit einer großen offenen Küche und einem Barbereich und komfortablen Sitzgelegenheiten im riesigen Wohnzimmer auf zwei Sofas.

We enjoyed this property. We had three couples and two teenagers. I loved that all the larger rooms had their own bathrooms. We were all very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.
Having a little one with us on this trip we appreciated the gated pool.

we had 2 families on our vacation, the house was perfect with a huge open living area, 2 master bedrooms with their own bathrooms along with another bedroom with its own bathroom. lots of space for a large group! the pool was very large as well, the listing however did not mention there was an additional charge to heat the hot tub. the kitchen had 2 ovens, the first night the oven we tried to use had something on the bottom of it and it filled the house with smoke. the next morning we used the other oven which the buttons are very hard to read as some are worn off others are cracked. we were cooking our breakfast and after turning the temperature up numerous times our food was not cooking (after 2 hours we gave up). the trendle beds did not have wheels making it very difficult to pull out.

Poor communication
During my stay, I was sitting at the kitchen bar on a stool and fell backwards injuring my back due to missing screws on the stool. This caused me to miss my planned activities for the day due to pain. When contacting the host I was just told to put the stool in garage and ignored regarding my issues, very unprofessional.

Great family home!
We go on an annual family trip to Havasu and are always looking for spacious homes that can accommodate a lot of people—this was perfect! My family, my parents, and two of my brothers’ families were able to comfortably live here for several days. Plenty of seating for everyone, open kitchen so you could socialize while cooking, plenty of silverware, plenty of plates/bowls (and kid friendly—didn’t have to worry about a toddler dropping a plate), gate around the pool gave peace of mind! A couple of the closets were big enough to put a pack and play in as well!
Property manager was very quick to respond each time I reached out to her before our trip! The checkout process was easy and straightforward. Most importantly, everyone had a great time! I would definitely keep this home in our rotation for Havasu homes to rent!

PERFECT HOME FOR TWO FAMILIES
Home was exactly as advertised and had much more. It was very well stocked with Costco size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion) and there was plenty of extras in the kitchen such as paper products, spices, etc. Property manager was very responsive. We will definitely rent this house again the next time we visit Havasu!

Husbands birthday
We have rented many properties in Lake Havasu and this one is as advertised. The property is spacious, clean and well stocked. The only issue was the wifi was not working but things happen. Checking in and the property rules were simple and clearly detailed. Nadine was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay.

The home is kept in great condition and the great room was perfect for all of us. Bedrooms were clean and the beds are comfortable.

Home was nice but lacking essentials for a Vrbo!
The home was clean and had plenty of space, however it was lacking in essentials like toilet paper, and laundry detergent. Had some issues with appliances shutting off in the middle of use. However they did send someone to fix that problem. Outdoor furniture was not that comfortable but at least they had some. They also asked to strip beds, clean counter tops and tables, and empty trash cans. We paid a cleaning fee and those request were off putting.

Great weekend with friends at this property and the lake. Was clean, pool was well taken care of, and had plenty of space for people to relax. Would stay here again.

Great Family House
Property was great in a nice neighborhood with close proximity to everything we were interested in. Stores, Parks, and Lake all in short driving distance. Would stay here again in a heartbeat on our next visit to Lake Hav.

Great Property
Big house with plenty of room for a family gathering that you are not bumping into each other. Nicely stocked with most needs, only two issues, not enough TP, haha for the time we are living in, and the carpet in master needed cleaning. I still give this a 5 star rating as we were very comfortable and felt welcomed.

Great stay, would do it again.
The house was great and much bigger than we thought! There were plenty of rooms and it was so close to the London Bridge. The fenced off pool worked out so well since we had 2 small children with us.

Nadines property was amazing! Perfect location and close to channel. The house is huge and comfortably fit 11 girls. The pool was perfect. The large bathrooms and bedrooms were awesome. There was an issue with one of the acs but Nadine was so responsive and quick and fixed th le problem quickly. Highly recommend this property for a large group !

This was a great house for two families to live in.

Gorgeous Home! Great Location!!
We have rented a number of homes and condos in Lake Havasu and love this home. It is impeccably maintained and clean, spacious and really nicely furnished with rustic modern furniture and decor. It is well stocked and the gourmet kitchen with two sinks is terrific! The pool and covered patio are really nice and the layout of the home is great. The 5 bedrooms (with 2 masters) and 4 bathrooms worked out perfectly. We stayed for our daughter’s 25th birthday with 4 children ranging in age from 10 months to 12 years and 6 adults and had plenty of space! The large family room, multiple dining areas and beautiful kiva fireplace were really comfortable for a big group. The south side location near Bashas (an upscale grocery store) is also ideal! We have already booked our next visit!! Highly recommend!

Great getaway for a long weekend
With four kids of various ages from 5-15, it can be a challenge to keep them entertained. Not in this house or this town. The kids had the pool with lots of toys, games, books, and puzzles in the house, and of course WiFi for the electric fun. The adults appreciated the well stocked kitchen, bathrooms with soaps, shampoos , etc., and the open floor plan that makes it feel relaxing. Close to big grocery store, the lake, and the main part of town. We love this place. We will keep coming.

Family Reunion
Perfectly furnished house to accommodate a family of eleven. Everything well stocked in every room, nothing needed. Towels comfy, floors easy to maintain. The winning feature was the pool; what a delight for every family member! The renting staff are so approachable, so easy to deal with.Wish we could return again soon. Oh, location is ideal! Nearby market and friendly pub around the corner.

Great, roomy, comfortable house.
We had a great time. Plenty of room for us to sleep, eat, play and visit. House had everything we needed for our stay. Including dishes, silverware, toiletries, linens, etc. Lots of kitchen, dining room and living room space and a great outside patio and pool area.

Excellent Family Vacation Home
We had a wonderful stay in Havasu Hacienda. This home is clean, spacious and has all the amenities. We enjoyed the pool, bbq and cooking in the well equipped kitchen. Super close to Basha's grocery store and Cattail launch ramp. We would definitely rent this home again!
