The room was nice and clean including the bathroom. The staff organized and helpful online, self check-in and check-out very useful.

Not good if you have much luggage as stairs are steep and narrow. Otherwise all was very nice.

Abbiamo fatto colazione in centro,, raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Posizione comoda e non distante dal parcheggio consigliato dalla struttura. Le due camere sono ben arredate e pulite, confortevoli

Le scale sono l'unico neo, strette e ripide.

It was a clean, peaceful and comfortable enough place, Very handy as it is also quite close to the train station and the centre of Pistoia itself which is a much quiter but a beautiful centre. Communication with Ilaria, the host was effective and any assistance needed was answered quickly. I would recommend the place to anyone.

With the extreme heat in this time of the year a slightly bigger and functioning fridge would be handy, atleast to keep fresh water.

fridge was not much use. too small & didnt keep things cold A lot of stairs & we had very heavy cases !!!

Well placed to visit the city. The bed was very confortable, of good quality. The possibility to make a coffee / tea in the room.

From the photos, I was expecting a larger room.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy check in. Fast reply on questions.

The walls are thin. You can hear the people from other rooms.
