This was perfect for us. Great proximity to the park entrance. Far enough outside of Estes park to be away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to enjoy the town when we wanted. Straight forward communication. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Just a short drive to Estes or the Rocky Mointains. Beautiful views! Definitely recommend driving something bigger than a car to get up the roads, we had a van and had a little trouble. Overall it was amazing and a perfect home to enjoy with a big family!

We loved the large windows surrounding the gathering spaces. We stayed over Thanksgiving and there was plenty of space at the table for food and good conversation. Just what we were hoping for! With the snowfall, we had the opportunity to make a couple of the jigsaw puzzles, while watching the weather- and that was a hit! It was a LOVELY time!

This was our favorite location we’ve ever stayed at in Estes. It was a beautiful cabin with amazing view. We also loved how it was just outside of town, but not too far we definitely plan on coming again!

Yes, this place has amazing views from all the levels. The dining room, kitchen and deck were exquisite. And best view from a hot tub ever!! I was hoping to give this a 5+ review and say it was the best place we have stayed in Estes Park (and we have rented many) , but if only more attention was made to upkeep and details. The king bed in the Master Suit is an older Memory Foam, and if you like a super soft bed you will love it. I did not. We had a black bear in the garbage who broke the bear proof bin, which was exciting and scary all at the same time. Saw it later that day and the next walking the neighborhood. We had a challenge with the dishwasher but Shawn was very communicative in getting that solved. There were other small details like burnt out bulbs and broken window seals, frayed screens and missed areas of cleaning that were disappointing for us. Four Stars is all I can give. But yes, the location was great!

If anything , we don’t think the photos did this place justice! Coming up the stairs to the amazing view through the large windows was breathtaking! We were all very comfortable with plenty of room and enjoyed the short trip to get to the park. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with quite a view!

This house is so well located for getting into the park and for not having to deal too much with downtown Estes. The floor plan is great and the the view... you think you've had good views of the front range before, but this really is better.

Great house and location to escape the Houston heat for a week. Plenty of room for everyone. Easy access to RMNP, restaurants and shops. Owner very responsive with any questions.

Great place to stay for our family RMNP/Estes visit. (8 adults and one toddler) Toddler friendly with gates. Lots of levels and bathrooms to meet all of our needs. Enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony and the view of the Rocky Mountains was fabulous
Only down side was the bed in master was too soft, and living room furniture is a little worn

We were 6 adults and 3 kids under 3. This house was perfect for us. Very kid-friendly with gates, pack and plays and a highchair. The views were amazing and the hot tub was so nice. The kitchen was really well-stocked with bowls, silverware, utensils, small appliances, etc. Just be aware, you'll probably need to bring your own spices. You can tell the property is well-maintained. Shawn was very easy to communicate with as well. No complaints! We'll definitely be back!

We spent Thanksgiving weekend at this 4-bedroom home. Well maintained and the kitchen was perfect for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. Spacious living and dining room accommodated all of us comfortably (9 total). We would definitely book this property again. Pictures do not portray the awesome view of the mountains - you have to see them yourself!

What a wonderful house for a family reunion. The house accommodated all of whether we’re all together or wanted time alone. The bunk beds in the loft were great for playtime and sleep time. The hot tub was fun for adults and children. Finally, the close proximity of the entrance to the National Park made hiking easy. Would highly recommend Mont Blanc!

This property was beautiful and had the best views! My husband and I stayed here with family and friends the night before and of our wedding. It was a beautiful place to get ready in and for first look pictures. We absolutely loved this property and would definitely stay again!
