Really cozy, VERY good communication with the people from Beach Rentals, perfectly privat, large and clean pool. We definitely recommend this place!

Everything was great! The house and pool were very clean. The pool and outdoor area are very private because of the surrounding palm trees. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time, and everything was as seen online. It was really nice to have the private area for the pool. The only thing I would say is I like a rug in the bedroom, other than that it was a wonderful, restful week. Thank you.

We have friends that live on Anna Maria Island that we had not seen in years, so we looked for a place near them, plus it was our daughter’s 24th birthday and she came along. The property was 100% as described, with all amenities one could want and very close to the gulf beaches. The pool was a shade warm for New Yorkers, but we quickly got used to it and enjoyed it every day. We are bookmarking this one and will be back!!!

This home was perfect for our annual anniversary vacay to Anna Maria. It’s extremely private with everything you need for a beach vacation. Location is perfect and central to everything. Pool is relaxing after a hot day on the beach. If your husband is a clean freak like mine, the washer and dryer being outside will freak him out. For normal people it’s totally fine 😉. Kitchen was well equipped. There was nothing we needed during our 8-day stay that we didn’t have.
This was truly one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever had. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

What a gem!! Beautiful and clean home, great location, extremely private pool. We could not stop talking about how much we love this rental! We rented a golf cart and that made getting to the beach and cruising around the island so much easier. We will absolutely be back.

This home was perfect for our family! Away from the busy spots on the island, quiet and secluded behind a wall of tropical plants! The swimming pool was very large compared to all others on the island we have stayed at! The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay! Beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys and even some bikes! 100% recommend this gem!

We loved our stay here! It had everything you’d want and more. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, beach things,amazing pool and privacy! We had our check in info well in advance and our stay was everything we needed.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. I’ve been coming to Anna Maria/Holmes Beach for years and this property was perfect for myself, my partner and my dog. We stayed for the week and enjoyed the private pool. This property is located on a corner lot so it was very quiet although i don’t believe anyone was staying at the property adjacent which may have helped. When we arrived the property lived up to the pictures and the pool was bigger than i thought! The king size bed in the main room wasn’t too comfortable they need some sort of mattress pad and was a little stiff but the bathroom and shower were very nice. There wasn’t a dresser for shorts/pants in the main room just a closet for hanging clothes to which we had to use the guest rooms dresser. All in all the property had an on-site washer and dryer which was great and had a lot of kitchen equipment with a really nice dishwasher. We will be booking this property for all our future stays.

The pictures online don’t do it justice. Even through the rainy days we were there it was so comfortable and homey. The owners didn’t leave out any thoughtful amenities. I’m so glad we found this gem. We would definitely come again and also recommend to anyone. It’s very private.

Small and cozy beach retreat
Cozy and tidy two bedroom beach house. Very well maintained in a great location. The pool is awesome. The only issue we had was the master bedroom’s bathroom sliding door that was very hard to shut close and kept sliding back open. Other than that, no complaints.

Property was smaller than anticipated but got the job done for a family of four. Washer and dryer being outside wasn't ideal and check in instructions weren't accurate. The pool was great All! All things considered, we enjoyed our time in AMI and will continue to return and check out additional rental properties.

I would suggest renting bikes to explore the island versus trying to find vehicle parking during peak seasons. During our 2 week stay the dishwasher broke at the end of the first week. (Things happen, not a big deal) I reached out to the management company with a picture of the broken part and the mfg model # to make things as easy as possible for the repair person. They stated they would send someone out to fix. No one ever came out to repair it during my stay.
All in all a nice place to stay in Holmes Beach.

The master has a huge memory foam topper so if you sleep hot good luck and of course the sheets won’t stay out because of the topper. After the dead cockroach showed up and I sent a picture to the property manager, they allowed us to check out early which we did. We had a great month in Florida exploring potential retirement areas but this was not one of the properties we could recommend.

Super Cute
We were staying for the month in another home, but we did not wat to leave. We didn’t need a big house, but wanted everything our previous home offered. This had everything plus. Huge pool & patio. Easy walk to the beach. All the beach equipment we needed. Loved it! Claire our host was a big help with everything.

A Private Oasis
Our stay was just lovely! The home was perfect for us and the outdoor areas were private and beautiful. With a pool all to ourselves and options of various nearby secluded beaches, we were able to relax in a safe environment. We easily found grocery store pickup and restaurant carry out. Thank you for a relaxing and much needed respite!
