We enjoyed staying here. The Neighbourhood was quiet, we enjoyed bird and deer watching. Great location into co.springs but quiet to really enjoy the nature. We did some local walks and trail runs and the children loved the quiet stream through the backyard. Thanks for hosting us.

This location was great for hiking to Pikes base, close to Springs, Cascade etc. It was very quiet because there is no street parking. Seemed clean, but very musty everywhere, old sheets and comforters, lots of bugs, downstairs made my kids allergies go insane. Needs dehumidifier, better lighting etc. so much potential but needs overhaul

This property was great and they were not kidding about wildlife being on the property It was so peaceful and relaxing but if you walk up the street there is a hike to a waterfall that was awesome.

Our family had a great time in this space! We loved that we could enjoy all of the great hiking in the area, including in Green Mt Falls by just walking out the door. The space was perfect for our family and we made good use of the full kitchen and outdoor living space. Manitou Springs is a quick - and lovely drive - with plenty to do there too. In addition to hiking, we also visited Garden of the Gods. Loved the space and can't wait to return.

We had a great time staying here. The backyard and creek made our stay. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. The location is perfect for heading to town or the mountains to hike.

This is a nice property that isn’t overly big and can accommodate a family nicely with the 2 levels and multiple bedrooms. Quite spot away from Colorado Springs but close enough for all the attractions. Loved sitting on the deck soaking in the cool air and sounds of the creek below.

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The cabin was clean, well stocked with supplies and utensils, and comfy. The views from the decks were lovely. We liked the location. It is in a small village, but close to Woodland Park for shopping, laundry, and restaurants. It is also close to many sightseeing venues. A relaxing, quiet, pleasant time.

We visit GMF every summer, but our family cabin a few blocks away was unavailable. This was our first vrbo-type rental so wasn’t sure what to expect. There was an initial miscommunication from the owner that the cabin didn’t sleep 8 (3 of us plus 5 of my daughter’s Girl Scout troop), as listed. With nowhere left to book, and an email that sounded as if our paid res would be cancelled, we were extremely stressed. Once over that blip, however, further communications were pleasant and helpful. The cabin itself is in a great location, and the decks and creek are a treat. There were plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc., and some very basic spices, as well as a grill, which was all very handy! It was great the kids could all sleep downstairs together! Additional seating in the down bedroom area might be handy—hard for young teens to “hang” around the dining table. VERY minor, not a real problem at all. The WiFi, however, was problematic. I inquired about it in advance, b/c we both had a little work that we needed to do over our 12 day stay, and 3 of the girls were supposed attend a virtual info session for school. The internet was so poor, routinely clocking single-digit DOWNload speeds, that even keeping everyone off, work was impossible. In this day and age, we feel reliable internet is critical, since cell service is *very* limited in GMF. We still would’ve stayed, we just would’ve tried to plan better for that in advance had we known. The other chief complaint was the upstairs bed. We are about average-sized, but it was so small and uncomfortable that after the first night, my husband decided to sleep on the sofa for the 10 remaining nights. The downstairs bed just wasn’t an option for us with the 6 teenage girls. There’s room for at least a queen upstairs, though it would be tight. Even with the miscommunication, get a decent bed upstairs and reliable internet (our family cabin had it), and this property definitely rates a 5!

Super nice area. Location was perfect. Close to everything, right at the base of the mountains letting us experience the nature and wildlife. It was very clean. The only thing there was no washing and dryer machines. But overall we had an amazing time.

Nice property, small cold stream in the back, lots of deer, birds, and squirrels seen from the 2 huge decks. Full kitchen, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, and dishwasher! No clothes washer/dryer. Upstairs bedroom is tight, has a double bed, two adults were uncomfortable there. Large bedroom downstairs has a king with a memory foam topper, comfy. Bunk room was great for the kids.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this cabin! Furniture, appliances, and everything else were in great conditions. I will rent this cabin again, and highly recommended this property. Thank you Judy and Bill!

Our family of five loves Green Mountain Falls and it’s close to so many fun activities. The cabin fit all of us very comfortably. It could use some some updates but overall, we had a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay in this cabin. It was adequate size for two families with 2 kids each. While it doesn't have the most up to date amenities, it was very clean. It has that perfect rustic feel for the Green Mountain Falls area.

The cabin is perfectly sized-especially for our family of 5! We had plenty of room to even invite our local friends over for dinner. The morning view is breathtaking and stargazing it a must. The cabin is close to Manitou and Woodland Park, as well as within walking distance of trails and a quaint town. Nature and wildlife abound! We’ll definitely be back! Thanks!

Lovely view with small creek below, peaceful, and good weather July 1-6. Saw several mule deer in the yard. Close to Charis Bible College in Woodland Park where our conference was. Just a few things we reported to the Sutton Team that needed attention: front door required great exertion to open, basement bedroom door doesn't close, and basement tub drains slowly. Toilets, sinks, kitchen counter tops were new. Stove, microwave, refrigerator, TV, up to date. Convenience of having supplies of dishes, silverware, towels, pots/pan, coffee machines, crockpot, spices, etc. We would definitely book this cabin again.

Our family of 8 was very comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay in the cabin. The cabin was very clean, well kept, and had most anything you would need. The peaceful, idyllic setting offered great mountain views. We enjoyed spending family time at the cabin as well as taking advantage of the many things to do nearby.

Cute cabin nestled in the mountains. Our party of 5 had plenty of privacy and space. Beautiful upper and lower level decks. Showers had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Very quiet area, could sleep with windows open and not be disturbed. Location is great, 10-20 min from everything (downtown CO Springs, Manitou Springs, Pike's Peak, etc). Literally the only thing we didn't love about the stay was the quality of the mattresses as they are very thin. Otherwise zero complaints and would absolutely stay again!

Great overall experience. The back decks were wonderful places to enjoy the sound of the creek and view of the mountains. A small, cozy cabin with plenty of room to host a larger group, it held all the necessities to accommate the 7 of us. Other than a slightly leaky ceiling by the back sliding door, there were no issues with the cabin. The neighborhood was friendly, and the cabin is easy walking distance to a local Tavern and shops. With quick driving access to Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods, Woodland Park, and the remaining Pikes Peak area, I would highly recommend this cabin.
