This is a perfect waterfront getaway. Unbelievable views. Great backyard for entertaining. The house is decorated beautifully. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is perfect and completely equipped. Andrea the property manager was the best we ever had. She was so responsive and accommodating. The town is just perfect. You will not regret choosing this house!

Quite getaway.. endless exploring for kids…. Comfy beds… clean and worth every penny! My kids 8, 3 and 8 month old had a blast! Sheets, blankets, towels, kitchen gadgets, soaps, paper products, everything has been meticulously thought of and provided. Outdoor games, kayaks, hammock, grill, outdoor fridge, tiki torches, and so much more!! I didn’t hear my kid say he was bored ONCE!! That says it all. Suggestions… if you have kids bring life jackets and a good pair of strong durable water shoes. At high tide water play is all they wanted. At low tide it was all about discovering and with a lot of hermit crabs, muscles and oysters (yum!) around you want their feet protected with some durable water shoes. I’m always on top of my kids, but at this home it was so easy to let them play on the beach without me needing to be on top of them. Also, if you like fishing bring your rod! High tide is great for fishing and the fish were jumping! Neighbors are quiet and friendly. (Not sure why some other reviews mentioned the barking dog, but we didn’t know they had a dog until days into the trip!) Plenty of near by things to do as well! Great bagels at Deke’s, there is a kid museum in Niantic, a Dave and Busters, Bishops Oarchard was a great spot for ice cream and some local goodies. Also a bunch of great breweries near by. I want to go back!!

Location wonderful! Interior decor very tasteful, updated appliances and all supplies one could possibly need. A few minor details to be remedied, i.e., sliding screen doors out of alignment, confusing TV remote(s), dishes not always clean after running dishwasher, 1 exterior spotlight out. A notebook with information about the area, recommended restaurants, nearest grocery store, etc. would be helpful. Barking dogs next door very annoying.

Every summer we rent a house on the shoreline. This year we rented this beautiful home in Guilford. From booking the stay to walking through the front door everything was smooth and easy. The house was very clean fully stocked with everything you can imagine. They spared no expense. The outdoor area is breathtaking with all the patio furniture and the fire pit made our stay very relaxing. The sunsets 🌅 of course were breathtaking.The location is so convenient minutes from shopping and restaurants. We are definitely looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you Kenny we truly enjoyed our family vacation.

We love coming here for many reasons, and this year hit all the right notes: the constant, always changing beauty of the Sound, the perfect patio for afternoon reading or getting together with friends (love the new outdoor furniture), and the house: we’d stay forever if we could!

This property was great for hosting friends for meals outside right on the Cove, with everything needed to entertain right there — the grill, fridge, hammock, outdoor shower & toilet. Enough parking area for a few cars, which has not been the case in our other Shore rentals. The view is spectacular, seen also from the big open well-equipped kitchen with large windows. The interior is spacious and beautifully decorated. I especially loved watching the shorebirds at low tide. We had a great stay with our adult children and would happily return.

Well located.......quiet in late July and early August. Good shopping nearby.

The house and property are amazing! We spent so much time on the beach and on the water. The house was clean and cozy! Can’t wait to stay there again!

Staying in this beautiful location was a great getaway that was much needed after dealing with the pandemic. The home and property were beautiful and relaxing and we would love to make this a yearly spot to vacation.

This location can’t be beat! Gorgeous views. No expense spared with the amenities in this house. Kayaks outside really make the experience! Owner is very easy to reach if you need anything. Delicious restaurants easily accessible down town. Clamming during low tide (with proper permits) is such a great family activity. Guilford is beautiful and the local residents are lovely. Guilford is one of CT's best kept secrets, and this vacation home is the epitome of it. Breath taking sunrises and sunsets daily, tastefully decorated, fully stocked, and immaculately cleaned beach side home, excellent for entertaining, families, and get togethers. We used this for an extended stay at the end of winter/start of spring and felt we fit right in with the friendly beach neighborhood. Even in the off season months, this house is a gem. Thank you for a memorable stay!!!

We came to Guilford for a five day visit and had the most tremendous experience! Check-in was simple and contact free, the house with sparkling clean, and equipped with everything that you could want or need for a vacation. The views were spectacular, the outdoor space was perfect, the fireplace was the perfect cozy spot to warm up. Great towns nearby, lots of outdoor things to do, plenty of food options, and kind neighbors around the house. We will definitely return and almost don’t want to write a good review because we don’t want the secret to get out! Thank you so much for such a needed escape and lovely experience.

This gem of a property is the perfect vacation. Kenny is a great host, and the house has every amenity a family could ever want. The sunsets alone are worth the trip!

This is an amazing home. This was our third time there and it was perfect. From the sunsets, to clamming, to kayaking and paddle boarding. We relaxed and the kids played all day in the yard and on the beach. We hope to return soon.

Overall it was lovely and peaceful stay. Mother Nature caused a power outage at the end of our trip but the property was great for the time we were there. It was clean and plenty of amenities. Low tide is amazing as you you can walk out really far and go clamming. The town beach is open to the public so keep that in mind if you you want a bit more of a bigger beach feel although it’s it calm LI Sound wave action...meaning zero. Still really nice. We had a great time.

This house has it all! The views and location are amazing and the house has everything anyone could ever need. The property manager is nice and responsive. It's really a great getaway for a small family or couple.. Heaven on earth and great for entertaining.

We loved our second visit to this amazing waterfront home as much as our first, and maybe more. The sunsets, the birds at low tide, dinners on the grill (especially salmon from Star Fish Market), naps in the hammock, and great walks were highlights. Our grandkids are nearby which is the best. The house is perfect: fresh, inviting, light, spacious, and very well built. We hope to be back next year.

Everything you could possibly need and more for a beach vacation. We stayed here for a month and loved every minute. The cottage is so pretty and comfortable. Outside patio is a great area to grill and chill, steps to private beach. The cottage is in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Jason is awesome and available. We already booked for next year!

The house was great and the kayaks made it so much fun!

This was our second time back at this property and once again we had a wonderful stay. Great for young kids to have a easy water access, shells and Seaglass on the beach, cute town restaurants and shops and a larger beach only minutes away. Added bonus is amazing sunsets right in your backyard!

It was our family's first ever beach house and can I just tell you this place is beyond amazing! No words can describe how beautiful the house is and the view was even more spectacular. The pictures do not do this place justice. The owners have everything you could ever need down to lady toiletries. We spent our days exploring the beach with kayaks/paddle board and our evenings sitting on the patio enjoying the sun set and listening to the ocean waves. We DID NOT WANT to leave. If we could give it 10 stars we would! For sure, we will be returning back for future stays. This house was our very own little paradise! Home away from home.

The property was beautiful and exceptionally clean. The grounds have plush manicured grass as well as a large deck. It comes equipped with everything you could possible need. In addition to the regular necessities there is also a Margarita Machine, Fondue set, Quesadilla maker, ice machine and wine frig. More bedding and linens than you could possibly use including beach towels and they are all like new....no stains or fading....nice quality. The fireplace is so cozy after sitting on the deck or beach and catching a chill. Fire pit and gas tiki torches create a warm and relaxing outdoor exxperience. There are kayaks, paddle board, indoor and outdoor games, and I donated a beach ball , boogie board, and beach toss game. I really can't say enough about the place. We had 5 people there spanning 4 generations and all ages were impressed with the cottage and had a wonderful time on the private beach. I highly recommend this property. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions you might have.

If you want to relax then this is the place!
