Very clean apartment and done to a high spec. Claudia was always very responsive and helpful!

The shower didn't get hot. There is no wardrobe storage in the room.

Amazing place. Really quiet and comfortable. Super comfy bed and generally a great base for Polignano a Mare.

Air con was a bit temperamental but overall nothing negative to say!

The room was really nice. The location is great, just minutes walking to the city center and beach. We arrived late but the staff was always in touch to see if we needed any help. The hotel has no parking but we found a spot to park right around the corner.

We should have stayed more :)

The studio was clean, comfortable and stylish. the bathroom was spacious and the shower pressure good. It was a short walk into town. The owner was very helpful with recommendations and was always available.

The electricity sensor made a noise through the night and at times woke us up. You can hear a lot of the neighbours upstairs - it did quiet down by 11pm but if you’re an early sleeper, this may be a problem.

We loved the location. It was a very short walk from the main part of town and beach in a quiet neighbourhood. We were also in constant contact with Claudia via WhatsApp who was amazing at checking in on us and making sure that we had everything that we needed. She gave us some advice on restaurants, activities and tours which really helped. We were looked after very well and were very comfortable at our little studio apartment.

Maybe two pillow options. One harder, one softer. However this was fine and just personal preference. 😊 Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

The hotel was excellent, comfortable and super clean.7-8 mins you can reach the centre. The host was always available and very helpful.

Good location, in a quite area with free public parking. 10 minutes walk from the main area. The room is beautiful with modern decoration. Clean and comfortable. There is a good espresso machine and a few kitchenware, microwave and minibar.

There is a movment sensor to save electricity that had shut down the electricity while we were in the room and in the middle of the night when we were sleeping. It made an annoying noise

Very stylish and nice apartments in Polignano. We came in a group of 8 adults and rented 4 separate apartments - 132, 133, 134, and 135. Each apartment is very nicely furnished and the beds were all very comfortable. All apartments look brand new. The owner Christian doesn’t speak any English but he was super helpful using Google translate to communicate with us and answer all our requests quickly. They also own 3 very popular restaurants in Polignano - Pescaria, Tomarito, and Pescheria Lo Scoglio (which is next to the apartment). We had tried both Pescaria and Lo Scoglio for dinner and both had the best seafood we’ve ever tried in Italy! Also as a guest staying at Dimora Labbate, we got 10% discount from the bill. If anyone visiting Polignano, this is the apartment to stay and you must eat at Pescheria Lo Scoglio. Our best seafood dinner ever! There are also many free parking spots behind the apartment building and there is a huge free public parking lot next to the train station which is only a 7 mins walk to the apartment if you can’t find parking during peak season.

Location was an easy walk to the old town and all the sights of Polignano e Mare. Room was spacious and very clean. Liked having the fridge and mini kitchen. Bathroom had a lovely shower.

It was very hot during our stay (30C+) and even with the shutters down all day and the air conditioning on it was nearly 30C in the room all night. Made it very difficult to sleep. Even a fan would have helped a bit. Could have done with an iron and ironing board as well.

Nice modern room with a great bed. The bathroom was fab with a lovely shower/big mirror. Convenient location to the old town of Polignano and the train station. The check in process was simple and Christian was very welcoming and friendly.

The only small problem was the walls seem to be thin as we could hear the TV every night/morning playing in the room next to us. We had to turn on the aircon fan during the night to drown out the noise.

The apartment was equiped with eveything you need and very good quality and modern one. Equipement and fernitures are very modern and fresh new. Big advantage is a nice balkony. The owner was very friendly and reacting very quickly when anything needed.

The only one inconvenience was that sleeping room was not separate space but just fence off by openwork boards, which did not make intimacy.
