everything good

No free breakfast, this is an AirBNB vibe... I loved the view from our "apartment", I loved the inside of the apartment as well, everything looked clean and the AC worked so good throughout the day and night. The beds were comfortable and the kids loved the bunk beds. There was WIFI available and smart TVS in each room. There was a washer/dryer/fridge/microwave/stovetop/ironing board/iron.

I didn't like that when we arrived our host was not there to let us in. After traveling all day, we just wanted to relax on a bed, but we had to wait for about an hour for our host to arrive and let us in. We had our three small children with us so that made the experience a little worse, being that we were all tired and still had to wait outside in the heat. Security said it was because they couldn't find our booking on their end. I also didn't like that there were little sugar ants on the tables and counters. I bought some snacks and they got infested overnight so I had to waste all the food, then the next day I had to store and hide everything in the fridge.

Privacy and security of the location

They wanted to charge me for parking in the wrong spot but I didn't take a vehicle

Right across the street from the ocean, perfect location, the security staff was amazing!

Besides the owner of the unit we were in, I didn’t like the shower, the water doesn’t stay hot long enough and it’s a glass door shower so all the water seeps into a puddle onto the floor, not very safe!

It has WiFi though the booking.com says they don't have it. FtLocation is wonderful. It is right in front of the beach. Staff was kind. The room was really really spacious than I expected and clean!

I had no problem throughout all the processes from booking to the checkout. But one thing is that this is not a hotel but an apartment so there is no reception floor or table installed in the building so you just get to talk to the receptionist though the WhatsApp and have to meet up her/him to get the room keys.
