The home was very cozy and beautiful. The hot tub was nice and hot, also was not too chlorinated. The whole place is very relaxing.
The third room, however, was probably meant to be an office or something else because there is a skylight right above the bed and is the only way to access the backyard. Just designate someone whole likes to wake up by 6am in that room or do not occupy the room at all. Also, when it was windy the whole room creeked since the room is up against a giant Redwood tree.
Other than those main complaints, we had a really relaxing time at this beautiful home.

My family and I loved this house. It was roomy, spacious and a great layout for everyone to enjoy. The location was perfect as we were close to the Main Street and a quick drive to Rio Nido. The house was very clean and had a lot of amenities. Would love to stay here again. The hot tub was a great perk for the kiddos to enjoy. Recommend for a family who's vacationing or large group!

Nice place but poor customer/cleaning service
For the place/location itself, I give a 4-star. But for experience I had with the customer and cleaning service, I have to give a 1 star. We checked in on 12/24 and the first thing we noticed our duvet cover had couple big stain spots which are very obvious. So I contacted the customer service and they told me they would check with their Homecare team about this issue. Louis, a rep from the Homecare team told me that they didn’t have any spare cover to replace so they need to purchase a new one. But since it’s holiday so they won’t be able to get me a new one which I totally understood. So I waited until 12/26 which most retails open and expected he will deliver a new duvet cover to us as soon as he can purchase one (which was what he promised) since we are checking out on 12/27. Eventually, he failed to deliver nor even contacted me that he wasn’t able to get one. There was no follow up or what so ever. We were pissed that he made an empty promise that caused us to wait for him the whole day!! Secondly, there was a leak in the living room. For those who are thinking about booking this property, please think twice and be prepared to deal with situation like this!

Cozy, comfortable, well-stocked
We rented two homes in the area but opted to gather at this property for grilling and board games. We grilled veggies inside and found an abundance of pans (including 3 cast irons) and used the propane grill in the backyard for burgers. Wonderful!

A nice spot
A good experience overall. Close to the river, quiet street. Cabin was comfortable. Not a lot of personal touches, and would have been nice to have additional towels and blankets, But cabin was clean, and everything worked as it should.

I loved the cabin feel, and the well-equipped kitchen with an island made for fun dinners. Town is wonderful, hippie and chill, and there's plenty to explore in the area. As you'd expect from a TurnKey property, management was top notch. Guerneville and surrounds, based out of this lovely "cabin", exceeded my expectations, and I certainly recommend this getaway.

Great location just a couple minute walk from a nice beach with plenty of space to sprawl out and enjoy the sun! The place is actually roomier than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The backyard was great for picnic games and BBQ'ing and we even made friends with the neighbor

Lovely spot
The location is excellent, the place was clean and nicely decorated. The patio and balcony are both very useable. Only complaints were the noisy neighbors during the daytime (and no sound proofing to speak of) and a lack of info. We didn’t even find the neighborhood beach until the second day.

So Close to the River!
The top three things we loved about this property were the super easy and very quick rock to the private beach, the backyard space for barbecuing, and the open feel of the common areas! It was clean, easy, and we were 100% happy with our stay.

A great stay!
Loved the home. Decor perfect, lots of blankets, everything we needed to cook, and clean. Appreciated enough toilet paper and paper towels. Nicely spaced steps up to the rental and parking great eve if we had arrived in two or three cars. We all came in one truck. Loved the fireplace and brought plenty of wood to burn a fire each night. Highly recommend the rental.

Awesome girls getaway!
This house was perfect for our girls weekend. It was a two minute walk to the river. 5 minute drive to town. It was really the perfect location! The cabin feel of the house made it even better! It is in a small neighborhood, so it was slightly noisy at night but other then that, we would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Very comfortable, relaxing home away from home. First class amenities. Hosts very responsive to questions. Secluded backyard surrounded by redwoods, flowers, and pond with grilling and fire pit options. Close to many hikes, wineries, and the friendly town of Guerneville. Will definitely return!

Place was clean, modern - but with a wooden cabin feel, and had all the amenities we wanted. The grill was a great added bonus too, and worked really well!

Wonderful place
The house was very clean & well stocked (a few more washcloths would be nice but was not a big issue). We enjoyed the house and the setting very much & are looking forward to returning sometime. We had trouble unlocking the door when we arrived; the Vacasa employee who answered the phone was very helpful & called the property manager, who came very quickly & resolved the problem. We have no complaints & would go again in a heartbeat

Russian River Getaway
This house was easy to find and close to Armstrong Redwoods and only about 12 miles to the ocean. The house is well stocked with kitchen items, bathroom needs and a "Netflix" TV! The house was not as clean as we believe it should be and I will forward my concerns to the owner. We agreed, we would stay again in the future!
