The house is very comfortable, and the location is great. We visited the Paso Market Walk right across the street many times, and the square is just a half mile walk. It's perfect for 4-5 adults or four adults and two children.

Just love the charm of this house and its sweet patio. Our party of 4 stayed for two nights and loved the house and its location. A quick walk to town and all the restaurants it has to offer, but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the square that sipping wine on the patio is exceptionally peaceful. I highly recommend staying here and hope to return next year for another stay.

What a gorgeous historic home to spend our long awaited weekend in. Everything was as advertised and we were offered early check in if we wished. The home has been so artistically decorated and it was a joy to sit at the kitchen table and watch the hummingbirds zoom by. And the beds were the most comfortable I've had at a VRBO, and that is so important to my husband and myself! We will be back.

Our stay was enjoyable. The home is very charming. There was only two issues of note. The first was the parking. Street parking only so space not guaranteed (had to park a 1/2 block away a few times). The second was the exposed nail on the hardwood floor. I stepped on it causing some pain, but no skin broken (lucky for me). This really could have been bad.

The home was amazing, great place to stay very comfortable and clean, only thing that was a little frustrating was the parking . no actual place to park. had to park in other locations to find parking. other than that it was a great place to stay.

First, I must commend the property owner. She was very responsive when asked a texted question and has maintained a historically classic home to create a very comfortable residence to occupy while staying in Paso.
The home is well appointed, and the kitchen has all the utensils that anyone would need to prepare meals at home. The house is about seven blocks from the town square if you like to walk. Though Via Caravaggio is just around the corner from the house on Spring and makes a great pizza to bring in!
Beds were kings and were comfortable and there is one small on-suite bath in one bedroom and the guest bath will be used by the second bedroom. The environmental system (heat and A/C) works great but is quite loud at night.
The house has two comfortable patios, one on the side of the house with a BBQ, and one in front of the house. If you are seeking a comfy house in Paso Robles, you cannot go wrong by reserving the Jany Historic Home in Paso Robles!

The Jany home is a beautiful classic home that has all the amenities and is walking distance to all restaurants and wine tasting rooms. There are two full bedrooms and two full baths along with one tiny bedroom with a day bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of area to sit down and eat. The house has a nice game room too with slot of games. We really enjoyed the home and used it to the fullest given the high temp recently. We will definitely come again. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

i was a little nervous about the "on street parking" but as it turned out the owners are very accommodating with parking cones and we found plenty of spaces for our 3 cars. the owners gave us good recommendations for places to eat within walking distance, and we had plenty of room for 6 people. The sisters slept on the trundle bed and the other 2 bedrooms were very roomy. Plenty of room to cook , dine and enjoy board games. Easy access to San Luis Obispo for graduation ceremonies

Enjoyed counting on the clocks is this nicely decorated historic house. Location was walking distance to town square and fun shopping and eight across the street from the best coffee in town. We would stay again.

The Jany Home Downtown was build in 1920 and in many ways it reminded me of my grandmother's house (which was built in 1907). It had a parlor for games, a formal dining room, and lots of old clocks and radios (those fascinated my grandchildren). But the house was throughly modern where it needed to be - the kitchen, bathrooms, the heating system and sunny breakfast nook were all excellently updated. The house was clean and convenient. The host was on top of everything and a pleasure to work with.

The house worked well for our group. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. We had plenty of room to prepare our group meals and to play games. The internet worked very well for us. Our host made sure we had parking places when we got to the house. We would happily stay in this home again.

The house was well-appointed and charming. More than enough room for 3 adults and 2 rat terriers. The location is excellent with easy access to downtown, wineries and Sensorio. Paso Walk is just a half block away. We enjoyed Finca Mexican Restaurant and a quick lunch at the wine bar. In Bloom restaurant and bar (at Paso Walk) had amazing craft cocktails. If your headed to Paso - you can't go wrong with the Jany Home.

Great weekend in Paso Robles. The house was in convenient location- could walk to restaurants downtown. House was well stocked with kitchen supplies, blankets, board games, washer, iron ....We were three couples in town for a wedding. Spacious and comfortable common areas within the house so we could visit with each other, much better than being in a hotel. The house is over 100 years old so it does have quirks, but the charm and comfort out weigh the negatives by far.

Perfect location and wonderfully charming home. This house has so much character and is classic in age. The older details combined with modern updates kept us intrigued. Games, multiple separate spaces and a lovely outdoor area to sit (the dog loved it) were all accommodating. A very walkable neighborhood. I’m thinking the lovely restaurant at the corner is fairly new and has added some noise with customers parking nearby and early morning trash pick ups banging the dumpsters could be a hiccup for some, but the good so outweighs the bad here.

Our group of friends loved this property. So grateful for the Architectural character and warm cosy feel of this large home. One block from the new Marketplace with a food court and music in the evenings. We frequented the coffee and bakery in the morning and the sandwich shop in the evening. We also brought food home to sit out on the sunny patio at the house. Favorite things about the house are the quiet neighborhood and walking distance to town square. We will stay here again!

We had a great time and Jany house. There were five of us and not once did we feel like we were on top of each other. There were plenty of spaces to spread out if that's what we had desired. Comfortable furniture, plenty of cooking items, and such an easy walk downtown. Not to mention right across the street from a bakery! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Jany Home is a MUST
We had a wonderful experience from check in to check out and everything in between. The communication with the owner was impeccable and her customer service was beyond measure. We found the home charming, very well appointed and fit our every need. Above all the location was PERFECT! I'm not sure you can find a better location in Paso. We absolutely loved the coffee shop and bakery next door and the close distance to grocery shopping and a short walk in to the downtown square. Give Jany a go, you won't regret it and we'll definitely make this our primary stay option during our next visit to Paso. Thank you from your SoCal visitors! Cheers!

Grad Weekend
Had a nice stay at Jany Home over Cal Poly's graduation weekend. It was a very hot so the air conditioning was much appreciated. Location was great and we walked to breakfast each morning. House was set up well for 5 adults and 2 dogs.
