The breakfast buffet was lovely - a wide range of options, with the choice of hot meals to order. The room was really quiet - we were opposite the lift and I was concerned that we would hear it but I didn't notice it. The location on a pedestrian street within walking distance of everywhere was great.

We tried to book a massage but due to our other commitments we were only free on Monday, which is their day off. our loss!

En general, todo aunque resaltaría las vistas desde la habitación que eran espectaculares. Además el hotel es muy confortable, limpio, personal muy atento y pendientes de los huéspedes y se encuentra muy bien ubicado, cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas de la ciudad. Repetiría seguro.

PortoBay Flores is the perfect hotel in Porto! The location could not be better, on a pedestrian street, in the center of the city, near public transport, with many restaurants and more, plus the hotel restaurant and bar are both fantastic. The building is right out of Architectural Digest, and the staff are warm and welcoming to their guests, and efficient in every way. I stayed four nights, and loved everything about the hotel.

El personal en general fue muy amable, sin embargo es un hotel que no repetiría, debido a que el acceso con equipajes es muy complicado, el parking mas cercano esta como a unos 300 metros, al momento de la llegada al hotel nos asignaron una persona muy amable para que nos ayudara con los equipajes, sin embargo no cuentan con los medios necesarios para transportar los equipajes, en mi caso mi familia y yo tuvimos que cargar gran parte de los equipajes desde el parking hasta el hotel, ya que la persona no cuenta con un medio para trasladar los equipajes, por lo que debe llevar solo lo que pueda cargar manualmente, para solucionar esto deberían contar con algún tipo de vehículo pequeño tipo carro de Golf, para trasladar tanto a los huéspedes como los equipajes hasta el parking, en nuestro caso la salida fue mucho mas complicada debido a que no tenían personal a las 7:30 am que nos pudiese ayudar a con los equipajes y para hacerlo mas difícil, esa mañana estaba lloviendo lo cual convirtió nuestra salida del hotel en un momento muy desagradable, pienso que tienen un excelente hotel pero deberían cuidar mucho esos detalles los cuales hacen la diferencia en hoteles de esta categoría.

Staff, location, overall friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Breakfast was incredible, again staff were amazing and explained everything perfectly and catered to any need. The staff really made our holiday. Will definitely be back.

Great location, beautiful interior and exterior space. Well appointed room had a walk out to private patio and courtyard.

Front desk staff were professional but brisk - we were the only ones checking in at the time so it wasn’t busy. As the first impression and introduction to a reputed 5-star brand, some warmth and smiles would go a long way. The buffet breakfast didn’t have any variation during our time there.

There were just a few problems during breakfast on the second day, the coffee we ordered didn’t arrive, the wrong drink arrived, nothing too bad.

Very friendly and helpful staff - everyone of the staff members went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

We purchased 2-day tickets from reception for the Yellow Hop-on-hop-off bus tour; these tickets turned out to be a bad purchase because the audio system on the bus was not functioning. We raised this as an issue with Mafalda and she was great. She notified the tour company of our concerns and secured a full 48 Euro refund for the tickets we purchased.
