We have stayed at this property several times with my sister and brother in law and have loved every minute of it. The house is a picture in a magazine and couldn't be more perfect. Our entire family stayed there Aug 17-21 and no one wanted to leave The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we made the best memories! Thank you so much Barb!!

This home was warmly decorated, beautifully landscaped, and had all the comforts of home.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home quickly, finding everything we needed. Our family particularly enjoyed the screened in porch. The yard was very pretty and inviting as well. The house is at a great location, letting us walk to the beach and into town. We did opt to drive and park at the beach due to all of our family’s beach stuff, but it is walkable. Only downside was hearing neighbors upstairs sometimes which will happen at any shared space. We already booked again for next year!

It was our first time in South Haven and our family was so comfortable and settled right in to this lovely home! The location was perfect-we could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Communication with our Host was easy and helpful!

Within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do during our trip. House is very clean and updated as well. Already looking forward to a return visit next summer.

The property exceeded our expectations. The location was excellent and the property was immaculate with all the comforts of home.

This property has been recently updated so everything is very clean and fresh. The property was spotless, which is especially amazing considering how much sand could come from the beach. It's two blocks walking to the beach, about .25 miles to downtown, walking distance to the huge kid's park, and offers a lot of running options from the doorstep. We had a slight concern with some plumbing and the owner responded in less than 30 minutes and had someone at the location in less than an hour to fix it. It also had nice bonus perks like plenty of toilet paper, salt and pepper, kids toys inside and out, games, extra linens, and basic toiletries - things that sometimes get forgotten. We would stay again in a heart beat and encourage others to do so. As a note, there are two other apartments above you so you can hear some shuffling and there is a common backyard space so keep in mind if you like to be social.

Great location and very nice property.

This was our second stay at this location for an annual week in South Haven. The location is great with the beach and town just a short walk away. The backyard is a lovely space to eat or sit and relax.

We stayed mid June for 5 nights and had a fantastic time. Our 5, 3 and 1 year old enjoyed playing with the toys and our favorite spot was the screened in porch where we ate all of our meals. We also enjoyed sitting in the beautiful backyard with the kids and after the kids went to bed each night. The house is charming yet up to date in the kitchen and bathrooms. Barb was great to work with and very responsive to questions. The location was perfect. About 2 blocks to the beach, maybe 5 blocks to downtown and 5 blocks to kids corner. After arriving, we never got back in the car. For us it couldn’t have been a better location.

This was our second time staying at the property and the location is just the best. It’s so nice to be close to the beach and town. Barb has so many thoughtful touches for children, which always makes traveling easier. We enjoyed eating our dinners in the screened in porch and playing in the back yard.

This is our third time renting from Barb and we had another great stay! We had a small plumbing issue and she was prompt in getting it fixed.

Our family had a great experience here. It was a wonderful location for us and close to downtown area as well as public beaches. The apartment was family friendly and we had plenty of space.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a nice size for our family of five. It was very clean and the owner opened up the laundry room for me once I asked! Perfect location!!! We loved walking to all the shops and restaurants. We also loved watching the sunset every night!!!

This is our second time staying at this lovely cottage. The decor and comfort are outstanding. Barb is great at communicating promptly. It is situated in the ultimate location--you can walk downtown or walk to the beach. We look forward to staying here again in the not-to-distant future.

Was a perfect stay, short 2 block walk to pristine beach. Room very comfortable and cozy. Very clean and well supplied with hospitality items. Slept well too.
