The location was awesome, the balcony and the view was definitely the best part about the whole apartment and Jose was super nice and helpful and just an all.around pleasure to talk with.

Every now and then there would be a sewage smell in the lobby, the elevators, and even the bathrooms. In one of the showers, the water would sometimes leak by the toilet. There were also no trash liners for the small trash cans in the bathroom.

The view!! The property comfortably fit our group of six. There was a washing machine as well. It was very clean and Yolonda was outstanding. Very secure location.

There was nothing really not to like. Great location in Rota. Could walk to all Rota. No car required.

The apartment is located in a very good location. It is in my favorite part of Rota. To be an ocean front apartment, the value was great.

Had to wait and call several times to obtain the keys.

This place was wonderful! We were also able to add an extra day with no problem! We are also military and the company was able to give us a receipt to turn in to the finance office on base to get reimbursed for our stay! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything to prepare meals and wash clothes!! Plenty of room and an €8-10 euro taxi drive from navel base! The tv is excellent if you are wanting to hook up a game console. We brought our Nintendo switch and was able to hook it up no problem! Excellent views of Cadiz and the beach! Highly recommend!

The view is even better than what is shown in the photos. It is one of the few apartments I saw that shows both a view of the ocean as well as a panorama of the beach and the city building tops as well. Also, I was met upon my arrival with keys and a tour of the apartment. Proprietors were always easy to contact, and they responded promptly. They even brought me soap to do my laundry. Kitchen is convenient. Everything is brand new. Ten minute walk to center of Rota. Great Cuban restaurant 2 minutes away.

Small things: teeny tiny soap provided. No oven in kitchen (only a microwave and stovetop). Garbage not taken out when weekly cleaning was done. Otherwise, everything perfect.
