Doni is a very kind and friendly host, we arrived at Ksamil late in the evening because of flight delayed and he waited us till late. He advised us about the best place in Ksamil and helped us to find the best option to go back to Tirana to get the plane. Sea is 2 minutes by walk from the apartment, that is very cozy. We had a very beautiful and relaxing holiday in Oleva Studio's Apartments 😀

It was clean and the room was cleaned everyday. The owner was very nice and helpful. Good locaton. The apartment is 7 min away from the beach.

The Wifi was very bad.

The location is not bad. You are close to both bays (just a 5-10min walk). There are loads of cars coming to the same area as they are coming from remote parts of the city, so we were very happy to have been so close. Staff: they were nice to allow me washing my tshirts free of charge (even though I asked if I need to pay for the electricity or detergent). They are always smiling, which makes the communication good.

- hole in the mosquito net - no soap in the bathroom (we used our own). - AC directly blowing towards the bed. We had to turn it on and off all the time, while sleeping and eventually put more clothes and adjusted the flow direction, but still had a problem. - managers of the property wanted to get into the apartment with a key although we were in. They had a good intention of checking whether everything was alright but no entry should be done without the consent of the person renting the place. We heard keys knocking so we jumped up to open the door. - On the question, whether we can pay for the property at the end of our stay, we got a rude answer "Nobody is stupid here my friend." implying that we would cheat them. A simple reference to booking rules would have been better. I still don't think we should have payed until the last day (owner tends to be more forthcoming when he has yet to get the money), but I payed the money anyway. - I was made to pay the buy course of euro, which made our stay 500+Lek (~5euros) more expensive. On the question why can't we do the middle course, I got the answer that they want to have Euros so that they can sell them when the course is best for them, which is absurd. Why should I care how much an owner will buy or sell a foreign currency. I should be paying in the local currency. Booking, having Euros in Albania set as a currency to the property should not be acceptable.

Great, great guys, owner and manager. They were very friendly, open minded and helpful. Local grocery,, restoraunts, bakery, fish shop and main street is just Outside the apartments. Cleaning and change of towels and bad Sheets every day.

If you are looking for the simple, cozy comforts of your own apartment, this is the place; the family-run hotel has everything you need to relax and enjoy your family-vacation. A kitchenette, family-room, bathroom, and bedroom with balcony(s). The kitchen is stocked with dining/cookware, a mini-oven/stove, and kettle. The sofa is comfortable, and the A/C works well. There are tables and chairs, clothes-cabinets in the bedroom. The rooms are soundproof, and you cannot hear the neighbors. Private-parking is available, and the manager is always there to get your car ready for you. The room is cleaned daily, and very well! The location is excellent, on Ksamil's main-street, and is within walking-distance of all the restaurants and city-beaches. Nothing is more than a 15-minute walk from there, anywhere in town. The brothers (and sister) who operate the place are friendly, very helpful, and provides for your basic, daily needs. We slept a family of 5, all of us were comfortable in our beds! The property itself is clean, and well-kept, and easy-to-find; we will definitely be returning to this hotel, which is inexpensive for families, and exceeded our expectations! Quality and hospitality is the rule, here.

We enjoyed staying in our 2 rooms apartment! Good size rooms, 2 balconies. Also has a rack to dry the beach clothes. A big plus was the parking inside the courtyard. It is 5-7 min walking range of beaches and on one of the main streets, close to several restaurants. Air conditioning working good in master bedroom and a ventilator in the living room. Very welcoming hosts that try to make you feel at home. Have in mind that the majority of the restaurants only accept cash payment.

The lack of shower curtain, but is customary in Albania. A little noisy being in the centre but you are close to everything and compensates. Also after midnight is almost any noise. In Ksamil the air is very humid and hot which makes the use of air conditioning mandatory.

Everything is great, the guys who work there are very positive.

Perfect spot. We had a pleasant stay at Oleva studios apartment. Clean and spacy apartment with all the facilities you may need for a comfortable stay. The location was great - just a few meters from the stunning beach and also close to supermarkets, bus station, atm, bars, restaurants and everything you need. Doni was a lovely host ready to answer any question and doubt. We are absolutely satisfied with what we got for that price and we definitely can recommend the place for a great holiday in Ksamil! Can’t wait to come back next time.
