Beautiful outdoor deck space to watch the lake and sky change constantly. Easy fishing from the docks. Comfortable and clean inside with everything you need. Great outdoor activities within reasonable driving distance. Adam is a great and attentive host.

We enjoyed our stay at Adam's cottage. The cottage sits right by, if not over. the lake. The sunrise with a cup of coffee was particularly enjoyable. The cottage provided everything we needed for our stay. We found the cottage convenient to Auburn, Skaneateles and Seneca Falls. My only caution is that the drive and the steps are steep.

The house had plenty of room, enough bedrooms and bathrooms that everyone had their own space, but also a “great room” that overlooks the lake where we could all gather to eat or play a game. The kitchen had a big fridge and was well stocked. And outside, was even better, the deck, grill, propane fireplace table and docks completed our needs. The location is near nature highlights, towns, cities, breweries, and wineries. Adam was easy to schedule with, didn’t hover, but was close enough to support our stay.

Great for sitting on the deck in the sun, or in the evening around the propane fire pit! Jump in the water anytime, or kayak. The fishing was unbelievable for those who love it right off the dock. We had fabulous weather the entire week.

The best part of this property is that it is literally on the water. Nothing beats waking up to the sound of the lake. Adam was highly attentive and responsive, he even shared some great tips about the lake. Having the kayaks there was an added bonus. We loved our week!!!

Clean and cozy on the inside. Breezy and calming on the outside. We spent hours on the deck over the water just chilling with friends and family. Adam is a great host. Highly communicative and attentive.

We enjoyed our stay at Adam's house over the first weekend in October. Great location, very comfortable stay, well stocked house with everything we needed. Easy and efficient communication with the host, friendly neighbors. Easy drive to Fillmore Glen park for hiking, Auburn for shopping groceries, Cayuga wineries for entertainment. We had great time! Look forward to staying there again.

The view from the deck was absolutely beautiful. The sunrise and moon risings were amazing. The house itself was very clean and offered all the essentials. Only thing recommended is to have a better marker to locate the house. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the area.

Our family had a really great, relaxing vacation. The house had plenty of room and beautiful views of Owasco. We really enjoyed the kayaks and fishing during the day and ping-pong tournaments at night. Auburn is 20 minutes away and had plenty of good restaurants and we found a lot to do within a short drive away. Awesome waterfall trail at Fillmore Glen State Park, around 15 minutes from the house. Adam was very responsive to any questions. We loved our vacation and the entire region!

We loved staying at the cottage on Owasco Lake. Adam and his neighbors were very friendly and helpful...cottage had everything we needed and was super comfortable. Our stay was very relaxing...we can't thank Adam enough!

We had a wonderful time at the cottage on Lake Owasco. We rented a pontoon boat for 3 days, used the kayaks provided at the cottage, and visited wineries. There is great swimming off the dock, and we spent a lot of time on the wrap around deck. Adam was the most responsive host we’ve had during a rental. This cottage was a perfect size for a family of 4.

Nice place and good host

Adam made the check-in process easy. Communication with him was good with immediate responses. The water in front of the property is really clear and the kids enjoyed snorkling and kayaking everyday. The large wrap-around deck is awesome. I would highly recommend and we will try to go back again in the future.

This property was an excellent place for a lake retreat/get away. The house is located directly on the lake with easy access for kayaking and swimming. The deck on the lake side of the house was amazing and great for lounging and enjoying the views. We had a great time as a family spending a lot of time swimming and kayaking. The water at Lake Owasco is amazingly clear. We all enjoyed our stay here.

House is right on the water. Beautiful sunrises and moon on the water at night. Fell asleep with the sound of the water lapping at the shore. Kayaks were great and beautiful deck to just watch the boats go by

Great location right on the water. Beautiful view. Kayaks, outdoor fire table, full-size grill were nice added touches. Host Adam was responsive to any questions we had. Thanks for a great weekend!

The place was great, very clean and accommodating. The beds were very comfortable. Everything you would need is there. We did not know you needed to bring your own drinking water, but grocery stores were close by and Adam kindly left us a case of water. FYI there are 20 steps down to get to the camp if you have impaired mobility. Overall a great experience, would stay again. Highly recommend renting a pontoon boat from the marina also.

We loved everything about this property! It was clean and had lots of space. Beds were super comfortable. Huge deck, right on the water and easy access to parking. Swimming and fishing were fantastic. Large sectional couch and large flat screen for movie nights. Because it’s down by the water, it was also very quiet. Great and quick communication with owner. One of our best vacations!

The cottage is the perfect place for a family to enjoy swimming, boating and fun in the sun. The 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths worked so well for our family of 7. The neighbors were so nice and so friendly. The owner, Adam, has made and continues to make improvements to the property to give his renters the best possible summer experience!

We had a lovely time at Adam's cabin. The pictures online don't do the place justice. First: A lot of the furniture has been updated since the pictures were taken. Big screen TV, comfy couch and a few different dining tables to chose from. There was a ping pong table and a bunch of board games. Bedding and towels were new. There was a new BBQ and a gas powered fire pit on the wrap around deck. The deck itself is great. Wonderful 180 degree views. The best thing about the location - it was very quiet. The lake was quiet, the road was quiet and we barely saw the neighbors, who were nice. In COVID times, this was a big bonus. The lake temperature was great early July. We went swimming daily. One note: it is a lake - with a rocky bottom. No one cut their feet or anything, but aqua shoes might not be a bad thing to pack. All-in-all, a great stay. Would go back.

Very quiet and relaxing

The house is comfortable and Adam is a very good host. We loved being on the lake. It was a bit cold to swim but we enjoyed kayaking and my son used a wetsuit to enjoy the water. The downtown area of Auburn is quite nice and convenient to get to. Overall we had a good time in the third week of June.
