The condo was immaculately kept and beautifully decorated. The views from the balcony are stunning, we saw dolphins right from our room every day. We would absolutely stay here again in the future! Thank you again Ammey for the most perfect accommodations.

We came in for just a couple days and wanted to be on the beach by Bridge street. This is a prime location with everything we needed to enjoy the beach without buying the extras or packing them. Beautiful condo, comfortable beds, enough room for plenty. The view is unmatched. Our friends came to visit for the day and plan to come back and stay themselves. This truly is a gem.

From the moment you walk through the door, you feel like you're in your own home. The condo's location is located right at the heart of all of the fun and entertainment of Ana Maria Island. The condo has most, if not all, of your necessities, in addition to the best ocean views. The owners are always available to assist in any way they can. If you have any issues, which we did not, Ammey is quick at responding and resolving any problem. We originally were going to stay through Wednesday, but we loved it so much, we extended our stay through Friday. Ammey, thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful condo; we will certainly be back.

We enjoyed our stay at this updated condo right on the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs, towels, and games. The kitchen has everything you need. The views of the gulf are spectacular! It is in a great location where you can easily walk for ice cream, donuts, coffee, empanadas, gelato, lunch or dinner!

My family and I have been staying in this complex for 9 years now. We come every January, usually in unit 2. We opted for unit 5 this time because the bunk beds are SUPER convenient for the kids. Everything was clean and it was very accommodating with beach toys and chairs. HOWEVER, we were told we were not allowed to open any windows or sliding doors due to humidity. The slider in the master actually has the lock broken off so you literally cannot open the door. We were informed after we arrived that if we leave the door or windows open it would actually alert the owners phone. For the price we paid for a weeks stay I was baffled that we were told we weren't allowed to listen to the waves at night or feel the breeze of the ocean at all. Instead there's sound machines in the bedrooms that are supposed to take the place of the actual ocean sounds, I guess? It was laughable that we were turning on a sound machine to the ocean waves setting instead of being able to crack a window and listen to the real thing. Why else would we want a beach front condo? We won't be renting the unit again. Run a dehumidifier and have the the cleaning company regularly treat for any mold problems. I understand the humidity of the area but telling your guests that they are not allowed to open the sliding doors or any windows when it's a beach front property is just ridiculous. It's too bad because otherwise it was perfect for the amount of people we had staying. We will be choosing different condos from here on out in the same complex instead.

Our family had a great stay in Bradenton Beach in this condo!! We stayed from December 31-January 4 and loved it. The condo is very nice, well stocked, and comfortable! Location is great, though it can be a bit noisy since it sits right on the Bridge Street traffic circle. The sports bar across the street has a lively atmosphere that went until 1 a.m. on New Years Eve - though I think that's later than usual. Overall, what a fantastic place to vacation!! Thanks so much!

Everything was wonderful about the stay. Ammey was wonderful to work with and spelled out everything expected of us. Additionally, the property was well situated on the island, walking distance to all the shops and most restaurants.

We had a great time at this property. First time to AMI and am glad we chose the Bradenton Beach area as the weather was a chilly so we had a lot to do around us on those days. The property has everything: cooler, ice packs, Tupperware, Pyrex with lids, all cooking items, beer coozies, a separate small beverage fridge, beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. High chair, pack n play and crib were also provided. The primary bedroom has a closet big enough for the crib and a pocket door that can be closed so you can still be in bedroom if baby is sleeping. The noise at night was a little loud in the bedrooms toward the street but there are sound machines to block it. Also, the windows have blinds and black out shades which were great! The sunsets from the balcony were great and we saw weddings and listened to bagpipers on the beach during one sunset. We had a great time and it was the best stocked rental we have been to.

Condo was just like advertised and beautiful location right on the beach. Manager was quick to resolve small problems. Loved that we could walk to shops and ice cream shops.

Ammey’s apartment is fantastic! Ocean/beachfront with everything needed for your stay. It is local and has a couple of restaurants, bars and shops walking distance. The beds are extremely comfortable and the showers are great! You can smell how clean the apartment is. It comes equipped with towels, toys, beach accessories and kitchen necessities. One thing, check out is before or at 10:00am sharp unless you request a late checkout. Thank you Ammey, already looking forward to our next visit.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo on the beach. It was fully equipped with everything we needed to spend long days on the beach and cook dinner in the evenings without having to take our little ones out to a restaurant, which was a huge plus! Everything was very clean. The beds were comfortable ( My girls loved the bunk beds). There was plenty of house hold items to get us started (laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towels etc…) upon arrival. We were able to have access ti beach towels/toys and chairs as well. The owner was very responsive and easily accessible by phone for anything I needed, without hesitation. It was so nice to be right on the beach with the kids. I hope we can visit again in the future. If it’s available, rent, you won’t be sorry!

We just returned from a wonderful stay at the condo. The condo had all the amenities to cook and to enjoy the beach. We loved looking at the ocean from our bedroom and sitting out on the patio as well. The only complaint is the traffic noise that can be heard from the road dircetly behind the condo. It was convient to be near all the shops and restuarnts, but the traffic noise was loud, especially in the bedroom closest to the road. But, being right on the beach was wonderful! Would definately recommend!

We were a party of 4 adults so the two king beds and beachfront is the main reason picking this condo. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and we had a gorgeous oceanfront view! Everything you need for start up was in the condo upon arrival. Let me say I did read a review that there’s to many rules, that is false! There’s a water to wash off with by the parking garage so the sand isn’t brought into the condo. I treat someone’s condo as if it’s mine and there will be no issues. We brought our own beach chairs and coolers but there is chairs there and I seen a hand held cooler. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shopping. beach set up for our friends anniversary and they also decorated for my anniversary. Great service! 4. We used Pelagic Color Fishing Comapny for deep sea fishing and it was fabulous! We done a private 6 hr catch and release and we caught a lot of cobia, amber jack and red snapper.

Condo is exactly as advertised. Very well stocked (more than we anticipated) and Aimee is a 5-star host. She was responsive, helpful and did as she promised. Check-in process was easy and hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again. Had a blast being closer to shops and dining yet condo was still relatively quiet.

I can't say how wonderful this place was! Ammey was fantastic to deal with, we had an issue and she rectified it with an above and beyond solution. The condo was comfortable, clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable, views were phenomenal. Location was perfect, laundry room I wanted to steal!! If you are staying here, only bring 2-3 outfits! Can't wait to stay here again!!!

The good: 1. Great location. 2. Quiet, not overly crowded 3. Overall the room was nice 4. Had issue with not getting beach equipment, owner did take care of it (it did take a couple of days) The bad: 1. The room wasn't overly clean by no means 2. Rules everywhere felt like a child. Made a big deal about not opening windows and when we looked you couldn't even get to them as they were covered in plastic. 3. Outside ceiling fan and light did not work. 4. Pool is a total joke. I have seen bigger and nicer bathtubs. 5. Beach chairs are in really bad shape. It looks like the owner doesn't ever visit the place or I am sure some of this would be fixed. 6. Elevator looks and sounds dangerous last inspection was over 2 years ago. Over heard maintenance man saying it is in need of repairs and nothing ever gets done. 7. Ocean was the worst I have ever seen. If you round up there might have been a six inch wave one time while we were there. Otherwise it looked like a really calm lake. Dead fish everywhere as the red tide was coming in.

it is in a excellent location very convenient to everything. The house is spacious and clean. We enjoyed it very much.

We loved our stay here. We were pleasantly surprised by the roominess of the condo, especially the living room. The windows are huge and provide wonderful views of the ocean. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and it was pretty hot and humid (It's to be expected. It's August in Florida), but we often had a little breeze or brought the fan out and the views made it well worth it, day or night. We really loved the fact that we were so close to everything. We could walk to restaurants, bars, the liquor store and Circle K very easily and we loved hearing the live music. We actually wished they would have played longer than 10pm. The house is very quiet and we couldn't hear the music at all from inside. We had Publix deliver our groceries most of the time and we didn't really even need our rental car. The beach was perfect and right outside. The pool seemed much smaller than the pictures indicated but usually we were the only ones in it. It was actually really nice that it is covered. We went in the pool during the short afternoon rainstorms, and it stayed nice and cool when we needed a break from the sun. This place was amazing! We're already talking about when we can go back. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our 2nd stay in Ammey's condo on Anna Maria Island. We love the location right on the beach especially the master bedroom looking out over the ocean. It is very well stocked with everything you might need and very close to restaurants.

The condo is beautiful, comfortable, spacious and has absolutely everything there that you could possibly need! The view is awesome and it is so easy to get down to the beach. The area is great, an easy walk to get to shops and restaurants but it isn't too crowded at the same time. It's really just perfect! Thank you Ammey for a wonderful vacation with our kids who are 19-23 and they loved it as well.
