Just returned from a great trip to Moraira. The Villa was in excellent condition and clean. The pool & games area was brilliant for the family. The owner very helpful during our stay and available for any queries. Will definitely return.

We have been to Moraira numerous times, this villa was amazing.
Firstly Robert and Amanda made the booking / correspondence aspect so easy and straight forward. Ahead of arrival we had great correspondence with Robert, he allowed us to check in a little earlier which was appreciated. We were met on arrival by Amanda who guided us around the villa, Robert kept in contact throughout our stay to make sure we were all ok. We’ve never had such great correspondence with villa owners before.
It is Robert and Amanda’s pride and joy, they live locally and take personal care of everything.
The villa is wonderful the photos don’t do it justice. All rooms have air conditioning. The rooms are large and well apportioned. Everything you need is there - for the BBQ fans you’ll be able to use two BBQ’s either a large gas or if you prefer a traditional coals version.
In addition to the large fridge in the kitchen there is a separate one by the BBQ area which is a great touch.
The beds are really comfortable and probably the best we have slept on in Europe.
The pool is large and there’s a great terrace area. Another great thing is the amount of shaded areas which was appreciated.
There’s also a pool table, table tennis table and electronic darts - it kept our teenagers / young adults entertained when they got too hot around the pool.
I would strongly recommend a car as the villa is up some steep hills.
Don’t hesitate to book this villa, you won’t regret it!!!

Our stay at this beautiful villa did not disappoint !
From the moment we booked Rob made everything as easy as possible.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Rob and Amanda accommodated our early arrival seamlessly. The villa was exactly as the photos and description with stunning views and peaceful location.
The beds were super comfy and linen spotlessly clean.
Nothing was too much trouble with amazing information about what was happening in Moriera during our stay.
There are supermarkets within a 5 minute drive and moriera itself is a very short journey away.
I would not hesitate to return and would highly recommend a stay here.

The house is wonderful, just as it looks in the photos! Perfect for our group of 8 family and friends. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space with a good size pool and many outdoor areas to sunbathe, sit or play games.
Our hosts, Amanda and Rob, were great and very responsive and welcoming. They also stayed up until 1am to meet us at the house after our arrival was delayed!
There are some good restaurants in the area, our favorites with sea view, plus a couple with vegan options such as Artesano for breakfast or brunch and Algas with sea view for sunset cocktails and dinner.
The nearby beaches were great and not too crowded, even in August, with a perfect beach close by at El Portet to learn standup paddle boarding!

Our stay again at this beautiful well appointed and spacious villa was fantastic. Its location is perfect with both beaches within minutes away. There’s actually no reason to leave the villa as ‘everything’ is there to enjoy a great family holiday. There are so many places to sunbathe or escape to should you need a break from the children. We took a lovely walk to the top of the small hill to view even more breathtaking views. This is by far the best villa we’ve stayed in with the owners being constantly available if we needed anything. We’re already planning our return for 2024.

We stayed here as an extended family of 6 adults and two children aged six and nine. We had a fabulous time. The villa was spotlessly clean and well cared for and the gardens are beautiful with stunning views . We loved the pool, as did the children and the outdoor eating areas were well thought out with more than enough space for all of us. The owners are attentive and friendly and were keen to ensure that we had a good stay. A lot of thought has gone into the villa, both indoors and outdoors, and we had everything that we needed for a perfect stay.
The villa is on a steep hill in a residential area that does not have a local shop and therefore a car is essential for shopping and visiting local beaches.

A beautiful spacious villa in a stunning location. We stayed as a group of 9, with 3 children aged between 8 and 11. Everyone had a great stay at the villa. The children loved the swimming pool and spent most of the days in it! There was also a selection of inflatables for the pool there (which we didn’t actually find until the second last day!!) They also had great fun with the table tennis and dart board.
The villa itself is well equipped and spacious with so many areas to escape to if you want some peace. The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very welcome at night as it was very hot when we were there.
It is up a steep hill so we found that a car was definitely a necessity. But the views due to its location were absolutely stunning. And it was just fabulous eating breakfast and looking out over those views.
The owners were so helpful both before and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this beautiful villa for a family holiday in a stunning area of Spain.

Having booked this initially in 2019 for our 2020 holiday it was unfortunately was delayed due to Covid until August 2022.
during the delays Robert could not have been more helpful moving our dates and keeping in contact. after waiting so long to come over to Moraira and stay in this beautiful villa i can finally say it was well worth the wait, I contacted Rob before we arrived as our flight landed at 10 am and we could not check in until 4pm, and he could not have been more helpful he arranged to meet us at the villa early and allowed us to leave our cases and showed us around before dropping us down town and giving us some recommendations on places to eat and drink, he called us later on when the villa was clean and ready for us.
When we got back to the Villa is was spotlessly clean and we were all over the moon this place is amazing it has everything you need or would expect from a luxury villa holiday.
This was one of the best villas we have stayed in and we will definitely be coming back again.

We had an amazing stay at this well appointed villa which had everything we could wish for. The owner’s have put a lot of thought and effort in to making it a holiday to remember.
There are many outdoor places to relax and escape to. The terrace adjacent to the BBQ and outdoor kitchen/bar was a another great place to soak up the sun. The pool table and ping pong table in the games area gave the children endless hours of entertainment. We cannot recommend this villa enough and look forward to coming back soon.

Villa for 10 near Arnesol
Good sized property for two families. Furnished well. Two master bedrooms and three twin bedrooms for children/teenagers. Two en-suites plus two separate bathrooms and a loo by the kitchen. AC was very effective in all of the bedrooms.
Lots of outside space to relax. Pool was lovely and a good size for the villa. It was kept very clean by the pool man.
We loved the bar/bbq (gas and coal)/outside kitchen area which was great fun for drinks and dinner in the evenings.
Robert was there to welcome us to the villa and also available to sort out any issues we had during our stay.
The villa is a 25/35 minute downhill /uphill walk to/from El Portet which the teenagers did with ease in the heat! More of a struggle for their parents!
All together a very reasonably priced, spacious and well maintained villa in a good location near El Portet. Great for two families. We had a fantastic week there in August. Thank you.

Fabulous Villa
This is the nicest Villas we have stayed in. The owners have really taken pride in the property and it has everything you could wish for. It is spacious, clean and an absolute joy.
The ample terraces and views are amazing. The choices of outdoor dining areas are wonderful and the ambient terrace lighting is lovely. The owners were so helpful making our stay even better than we could have wished for. This is more than just a holiday villa, it’s a wonderful home that offers so much more. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous, luxu villa with amazing views. Idyllic!
I cannot praise this villa enough. It has everything you need for a fantastic family holiday and the owners have thought of everything. The BBQ area was amazing and we had so many choices of places to sunbathe. The views are wonderful. The table tennis table was a nice bonus and away from the main terrace so as not to be disturbed if you want to relax and have some peace and quiet. The owners couldn’t have been helpful enough and we are very much looking forward to re-booking for another holiday in the future.
We really enjoyed the picturesque walks to and from the town, with plenty of eateries for everyone's taste, then relaxing at the villa in the sun was superb. The weather just happened to be fantastic too & the swimming pool was very refreshing! We were very impressed.

You must stay in this beautiful Villa!
We have just returned from the most amazing holiday in this stunning property. It was spotlessly clean and the owners had thought of everything you could possibly need or want to feel fully at home, from the minute we arrived. We were two families - 4 adults and 4 teens in total. The layout of the Villa and the many bedrooms and bathrooms allowed everyone their own privacy and the ability to find your own space, both inside and outside if you wanted it. The outside Kitchen/Bar/Barbecue area was a lovely luxury and a great place to spend the evening - the men had serious barbecue envy and wanted to bring it home! The Pool was pristine, with lots of loungers and the perfect size for us all. We did manage to tear ourselves away from 'home' to spend two days at the local beaches, El Portet and L'Ampolla, which were both beautiful. Moraira also has a great selection of bars and restaurants to suit every budget. However, to be honest it seemed a shame to leave the villa at all and we could happily have stayed there for our whole holiday, enjoying the views and facilities on offer. Rob and Amanda the owners were incredibly helpful before and during our stay and very kindly arranged a very late arrival and a welcome pack for us through the fabulous Dianne. We only wished we had booked two weeks and will return as soon as we can. I can't recommend this property highly enough and have already done so to several friends. Thank you for the best holiday.

Superb luxury villa !
We have been travelling to Moraira on and off for 20 years and this villa was by far the cleanest and most well equipped villa we have stayed in. There has been some serious attention to detail which made the villa more homely and less like a holiday let. Communication from the owner Robert was also high end, from the booking process right through to ensuring our arrival was seamless and that everything was to our satisfaction. We will have no hesitation in booking this property again, in fact we are already checking dates for 2019 !

A stunning villa that we keep coming back to.
This is the third year in a row that we have stayed here as it is absolutely perfect. It's slightly up in the hills so you get a lovely breeze, but still only a 5 minute drive to the beach/shops. We have 5 children who all want their own space and this villa suits them all. The BBQ/bar area was perfect for evenings and the pool was the main attraction during the day. All the bedrooms have a/c which is a huge bonus. To be honest, we rarely went out to the local restaurants, as all of us were more than happy to chill out in the villa, but when we did, the food was excellent and parking was easy. One of the main reasons we keep returning to this villa (year 4 already booked!) is Rob and Amanda, the owners. Our youngest gets air sick and they organise an early room for her to be available, so that she can recover, right down to water and mouthwash - nothing is too much trouble. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough, it has been a privilege to stay there. Thank you Rob and Amanda - can't wait for next year.

A stunning, spacious villa.
This was the second year we have been back to this villa and it never fails to impress. So much so, that we have booked it for a third year running for 2018. We have 2 adults and 5 children in our family, but the villa is so spacious and well laid out, that everyone is able to have their own space. The pool is gorgeous and the bar/BBQ area is a favourite of everyones. There is nothing I could criticise about this villa, but the icing on the cake has to be the kindness and flexibility of the owners, Amanda and Rob. They go that extra mile to ensure that your stay is totally perfect. I can't tell you much about Moraira town (although it is stunning), because the villa provided all we needed, so we very rarely went out!! The only down side is that the week went too quickly.

Amazing Villa
Lovely!
We had a fantastic family holiday and the Villa was just perfect for us. During our stay we decided to call the owners and book it again for the following year.
The villa has everything you need, amazing views,privacy and ample indoor and outdoor space. The pool and BBQ area were incredible and we can't wait to spend another great holiday here in 2017.

Simply Stunning
The villa sits near to the top of the hillside in a very quiet cul-de-sac, with spectacular views.
A couple of minutes in the car brings you into the centre of Moraira with numerous shops and restaurants.
The villa itself is a mix of modern, and traditional Spanish, it is light, very spacious and comfortable. The villa is well equipped with everything you could need.
The villa was spotlessly clean and is well cared for.
The pool and outdoor areas are all kept immaculate.
Robert and Amanda were brilliant from the moment we made our first enquiry through to our arrival and departure. They genuinely want your stay to be perfect and are available at anytime should you require it.
We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

FANTASTIC VILLA
If your looking for a large villa in el-portet Moraira look no further, this villa is simply fantastic we stayed there the last week of June and it was lovely everything about the villa is quality the rooms the bathrooms are stunning the kitchen and utilities all top quality the outdoor kitchen is beautiful and there is so much space even if you have full occupancy you never feel like your on top of each other. The pool is lovely and the table tennis table is an added bonus.
The villa sits near the top of a very quiet cul de sac and the views from the villa are stunning it's only a few minutes into Moraira centre and all the amenities you could wish for are there.
Nothing is too much trouble for Amanda & Rob the owners so I would strongly recommend you book this Villa and enjoy it as we did.

great family holiday location and villa
We were met by the owners who could not do enough for our family. Their local knowledge ensured we had a great break with our 3 children, The bar area around the pool was great for relaxing once the kids were in bed. Very well done holiday let, we had everything we needed for a great family holiday.

Exceptional!
We stayed at this villa with our children. It was by far the best equipped, cleanest and well presented villa we have stayed in.
The amazing barbecue terrace was fantastic with the added bonus of a seated bar area.
The children loved the sunny pool and table tennis.
The booking process and owners were a pleasure to deal with.
We don't usually stay at the same Villa twice but would not hesitate to stay here again.

Brilliant!
We were so happy that we were fortunate enough to choose this particular villa.
It had everything our family could possibly ask for. It was clean, modern and fully equipped with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The inside is a lovely mix of contemporary and traditional spanish, bright and airy. The owners have really taken everything into consideration for guests to have their perfect stay.
The beach and town were just a couple of minutes away by car and the elevated position of the villa commands some fantastic views. We spent a lot of time around the BBQ area where we could all sit at the bar and watch the chef do his thing. Very sociable indeed.
The children loved the sunny pool area and their own private table tennis area away from the adults.
We highly recommend this villa and thank the owners very much for their hospitality and efficient service. It made a big difference.

Highly recommended
The villa is stunning, set in a quiet area, really well presented, immaculately clean and tidy and very well equipped.
Rob and Amanda were a pleasure to deal with, from our initial enquiry to check out on our last day, they were very helpful and informative with some great local restaurant recommendations and event information.
The grounds are attractive and well cared for. It’s very clear that they are very proud of their achievements with this property.
There were 2 families in our party and there was plenty of room to enjoy our own space. We certainly made use of the outside space, from breakfast in the morning on one of the choices of terraces to soaking up the sun by the pool. The garden is very sunny with optional shady areas if preferred. The pool is great, and the BBQ’s are amazing.
The kids could not stay away from the table tennis table and swimming pool which gave us plenty of time to relax in our own area but still being able to keep an eye on them. Very cleverly designed!
We will without doubt be choosing this villa again.

Wonderful in every way!
Thank you Robert and Amanda for making everything so easy. The villa is superb. Beautifully appointed and set out perfectly for all our families needs. With a party ranging from 9 years old to 78 years old, it was wonderful on every level. Close to Moraira and El Portet, you will truly find this villa hard to beat. Can't recommend this highly enough.

1st Class Villa
We had a wonderful stay with our two sons and another family of four, and were absolutely thrilled with the villa. I have already been recommending it to others. It was an excellent base for our trip to Moraira and is located in a quiet and peaceful area with stunning views. By car, we were only minutes from the town centre where there are hundreds of restaurants and bars as well as great shopping and beautiful scenery. We were also ideally located to take day trips to Valencia, Alicante, Guadalest and the wonderful chocolate factory in Villajoyosa.
The villa itself was of an exceptionally high standard and was spotlessly clean. It was fully equipped and felt luxurious. Rob and Amanda were a joy to deal with from the very first communication and went out of their way to answer our many questions and make us feel very welcome. It was by far the nicest holiday home we have ever stayed in.
Outside there is a very good-sized pool and extensive patio area with good quality garden furniture. We were very taken with the delightful barbeque area and fantastic outside bar, and had great fun re-enacting scenes from the movie, ‘Cocktail’. The beautiful grounds were fantastic for the children to explore and play in, and as there are many terraces, it is easy to find your own quiet spot. We spent many an evening outside lazing on the terrace, or ending an evening out with a nightcap gazing at the stars.
Inside, it was really spacious, light and well-presented and the perfect place to relax. We really couldn’t have asked for more.

Excellent holidays in this place dedicated to the peace! This villa allows to welcome 2 tribes with children, with wide spaces of relaxation, but also with possibilities of isolating itself to devote to the reading! The inside is great clean), fitted out well, très classe ! Rob's welcome is completed, he is always available and offers good advises, good addresses(places) besides being very nice, a beautiful address to be Recommended. A spécial 5/5 for the Bbq place to bénéficit from delighted night-club!

Wonderful stay.
Beautiful, spotlessly clean villa and pool. Fantastic outdoor space and BBQ. Lovely and peaceful. Rob and Amanda were fantastic, we had a lovely warm welcome and they could not have been more helpful, not only with this property, but with passing on details of another, excellent apartment where we stayed for a week prior to arriving here.
