Everything there to cater for our family and stay. All kitchen appliances Coffee, sugar, tea and milk was there to make sure we had a drink upon arrival Plenty of towels, laundry facilities, car park space Clean and comfortable beds Shower room/toilet was immaculate Plenty loo roll

Alot of dust under bed settee and pile of hair behind drawers in livingroom area. No extra bin bags provided for rubbish. but luckily broughtmy own. Laundry facilities were there but I couldn't use them due to a selfish guest setting there washing on for long cycles. Every time I went in to use them someone had cycle on for 4 hours and there drying on for 2 hours . I tried returning and when I went to check drying was still in machine and had stopped. I didn't want to touch or remove someones belongings, washing machine was still going. On returning aittle later once again there was a fresh load in the machine and yup cycle again for the full 4 hours and dryer was on again yup 2 hours. Would have loved to get my 1 load of whites done for returning back home to save me time Didn't let it spoil our stay 🌟

Good location.

1. There was a lot of noise next to our apartment (on the right side of our apartment facing the building). The noise persisted until like 1am which basically disturbed our sleeps for the whole night. It was like a party noise with lots of people screaming and laughing out loud without considering people next to the them. Would suggest to remind the neighbour about noise. 2. When the building entrance door was closed by someone else, our flat would hear very loud noise with the whole flat shaking given our proxmity with the entrance door. It is quite unbearable. 3. We thought there are two rooms in the apartment given that it’s the family suite but ending up we were quite disappointed this is just a big room with two big beds inside without two separate rooms. I think we got confused by the photos listed in this apartment which would have different types of rooms. 4. It’s difficult to locate the rear garage parking. 5. Would be helpful to show some instructions in how to turn on/off the radiator. The customer service hotline was helpful to provide the instruction upon our calling but it should have been indicated upfront such that we know how to operate by our own.

Yet another fantastic stay! different apartment but just as comfortable, fantastic view, well equipped and clean. Quiet location but easy access to shops eateries, trams and buses. parking to front and rear of property.

Great Location

It was difficult to find the way to the flat which is located on the basement. A direction board would be helpful.

Everything are spotless in this apartment just feel.like at home. Also local pub & restaurants.

This was a great place to stay for work. It was close to the sea front, and the place had plenty of parking with 2 at the front, 1 at the back, and a small carpark at the back. The room was a nice size, good heating system, good wifi, kitchen kitted out and decent amount of space. I didn't have a hairdryer in the room, but the staff were very responsive and left one outside the next day.

The doors outside make a lot of noise if not closed carefully, I would recommend installing soft door close systems. Not difficult to do, cost effective but everyone will appreciate it. The only other thing was the bed, the springs in the bed were sticking out quite a bit resulting in not the best sleep. I did manage to find a spot that worked but not the best.

The price the amenities the central heating was incredible the shower was powerful the beds were so comfy I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely be using this Accommadation again

The WiFi was abit slow and also you have the Netflix app but no account on there you should get a Netflix account for that building as guests can no longer sign in with their own anymore

Very clean, situated in the quieter end of Blackpool, Big Tvs, comfortable beds, everything you need, we have stayed 4 times now and we have never had a problem. Just over road from the tram stop.

The location of this property is brilliant, right next to the sea. The apartment was very clean & looked after perfect with a two year old as there was plenty of room.

A little more storage in the bathroom but apart from that everything was great.

Being on Queens Promenade the property was very easy to find. There's parking for two cars at the front so really convenient. The centre of Bispham is only 5 minutes walk featuring decent array of takeaways, restaurant/cafes and a decent sized Sainsbury's. Bispham Tram stop is also very close, if you want to go to Central Blackpool. No keys.....meaning that you can't get locked out or loose them! The Apartment was a lovely size, well presented, well equipped and was really quiet; bearing in mind this did face a busy road with a sea view with a stiff breeze from the off-shore and on this occasion we had our friends staying in the Apartment directly below us whom played loud music (in their room) but was completely inaudible from our Apartment. If we attend the Retro Gaming Expo at the Norbreck next year, this place will definitely be one of the first places to check availability for!

Not sure how this could be any better, it was a good location, decent size and the admin of booking, paying and the deposit easy. I'm nit-picking here but the bottom tray of the dishwasher (told you it was well equipped) was missing some castors so we had to be careful when pulling the tray out and back again to ensure the whole thing didn't tip over and damage the crockery!

With it being an apartment we made our own breakfasts. Location was excellent and esy to reach.

The carpeting could be cleaner including in the foyer. The lounge/kitchen was a bit tight to move around in. not much room between the wall and the sofa bed so it made it difficult.

The only thing that bothered me during our stay was when we booked through booking.com, it did not mention the security deposit. It would be great if it is mentioned in the booking form. Also, in the information file, it was a number of occasions mentioned that the deposit will be deducted which surely made us always extra stressed about maintaining them which surely killed our holiday mood. We were too scared to use anything in the kitchen, toilet and in the room 😅. I also have a 4years toddler with ASD and special needs and we were so worried that we will end up having noise complaints or if she breaks anything accidentally we will end up losing deposit. 😓 Also, it will be great if a fan is provided during summer.

Internet was Choppy, and cut off allot, latency was very good, but connection was very bad at times. But this could be due to the absence of the ISP Infrastructure or maybe the transceiver towers might be down. Except for the internet problems everything else was top notch.

Firstly, you MUST give your credit card number over the phone to someone so they can take £200 as deposit. Apart from the fact that I don’t consider safe calling a random person and give my card details over the phone, they let you know this 2 days before your arrival. I was at that moment in a very rural location and had to find a place with better signal just to make that call, otherwise they won’t give you the code for the property, cancel your reservation without a refund. So all this inconvenience should be stated much more clear on the booking process. Be aware. Secondly, the property wasn’t super clean. Lots of mold and dirt in the bathroom. For what they charge (and take as deposit!) the standards should be higher.
