This was our second time to stay and we loved it even more. Its a cozy welcoming place where we are able to walk to restaurants and stores. The locked gate and personal parking space make it a safe area with no worries. We will be back!

I was very pleased that when we arrived we encountered a very cozy and comfortable place .The unit itself has lots of amenities and extras. We slept in a very comfortable and clean bed. My daughter (11) was very happy of having her own little area to sleep. Kitchen has all the supplies that we need in order to cook. we were looking for something very authentic for a little Havana and this is just the right place. Comfortable and basic, nothing fancy. some little touches in need but not to worry. Slept well and would definitely recommend this as the price is worth all.

This was an excellent place to stay for a quick trip to the Miami area. Host was super helpful and very communicative! Quiet neighborhood and the kitchen and bathroom is stocked with everything you need. Extra blankets and pillows were awesome! Don't waste one more minute thinking about it and book this spot today!

This property is only a short drive from the airport and served well for a brief stay in Miami. The area is quiet but easily accessible with off street parking provided. Accommodations were adequate and issues were addressed promptly. It is only a very brief walk from lots of shops and restaurants along Calle Oche in Little Havanna. Enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a quick weekend getaway in Little Havana last weekend. I wanted us to stay in a quaint Spanish-type property, and Alberto's property certainly fit the bill and definitely did not disappoint. It is located in a very nice, quiet, safe neighborhood, two blocks from the main drag of Calle Ocho which was perfect for us...literally a three/ four minute walk. The house itself is super clean, very comfortable, and had every home-away-from-home amenity that you might need. We particularly appreciated this since we arrived in on a flight and were ride-sharing (ie. no car). There was bottled water in the refrigerator, condiments, coffee, tea, creamer, dish soap, hand soap, shower gel, toilet paper, sunscreen - items one often has to bring when staying in a Vrbo. Alberto was also very helpful in recommending local restaurants. We had a great weekend, albeit short, and we would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to return to Miami.

My family and I took a vacation exploring Florida. We based our Miami visit from this cute tiny home. The owners were very responsive and the place was clean and tidy. (A bit cold but we soon came to find out that apparently everyone in Florida keeps their homes under 70 F degrees as all the other VRBOs we're like this... 😂). We were going to have something delivery and the owners were okay with it. Loved the fact they saved the driveway for us. No hassles with parking (though if you have more than one car you may have issues). Two beds (one for two people, and then a single) with a pull out couch for two people). Owners gave some great food places to go to. What we loved the most about this place was it's location. Being in Little Havana was like being in a foreign place... Little to no corporate America influence (i.e. no Wal-Mart's, Targets, big chain grocery stores). We also loved the fact that two streets up had a street full of restaurants and shops... For each of our nights here, we just walked to find dinner. One of the nights had a little festival (which was a pleasant surprise as we had no clue and stumbled across it by accident when walking for food). Highly recommend this place for location and great housing. Just a word for those who are more posh... This guest home is older so there are quaint characteristics to the home (like crack flooring and narrow kitchen) - go somewhere else if you want spacious rooms and emaculate brand new like aesthetics. Don't book here and then give this great place a bad review. We loved our stay.

Location is excellent for touring and catching a cruise. Nice being in a separate building from the main house. Owner quick to respond to questions.

The location was convenient to all the amazing sights and flavors of Little Havana. We appreciate rentals that welcome dogs!

Had to have surgery and live 2 hrs away ... this place was perfect for my husband (2 miles to the hospital) and fur baby (fenced yard to play).

My husband and I had a great long weekend celebrating our anniversary. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and owner was helpful and welcoming. The home was in a great location, within walking distance to Calle 8 with lots of restaurants and great live music.

We had such a great experience from beginning to end. Alberto and his family are excellent hosts. I told him what we were interested in and he immediately sent me a list of places to dine and have coffee. Both were big hits! We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in Little Havana and loved relaxing in the backyard. He has truly created a very relaxing oasis and we loved the lights. It was also so nice to be able to do laundry at the end of the hot Miami days. I definitely recommend Alberto’s place. You will not regret it!

The guest house was perfect for me and my friends. Great location in quiet safe neighborhood that was only 15min uber to South beach and other popular locations. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and even emailed a list of the best locsl restaurants. Property offers washer and dreyer which was perfect for our sweaty clothes after sight seeing. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

At first we had a stormy morning soon we landed and hard time navigating in finding the location but Alberto was patiently redirected us until we find the place and let us checked in early as well. Soon we opened the door, we felt at home already! Our exhaustion was faded away. Everything was perfect and cozy. The host sent us recommendations for local food and everything we’re great! He’s very responsive on all our questions. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks so much!!!!

The little guest house is perfect location for small family vacation. Very clean, quite and safe, you can walking around to explored the area. Highly recommend to stay if you in Miami and definitely will book again when we visit next time.

Alberto's cozy guest house was perfect for our family of 4. The place was clean and had all the amenities needed for our 3 night stay. We enjoyed walking to Calle Ocho and driving a short way to the beach. The backyard is nice for the kids to get their wiggles out. My son kicked a nerf ball onto the roof of the guest house and Alberto went out of his way to get it for him. We would recommend this location to others wanting to stay in Little Havana and would stay again if in the area.

Nice, quiet apt in a very quiet neighborhood near all the fun of Little Havana. The host was available if I needed anything. Host was also very accommodating and had no problem letting me stay until a 3 pm checkout. I would definitely stay again!

Super clean, great location, secure, and an off street parking spot! The owner was quick to answer any questions and offered suggestions on dining! We enjoyed our very comfortable stay at Coral Way and loved how easy it was to walk to Calle Ocho!
