We love this property and location. Perfect, affordable cottage in Clear Lake.

We stayed over the 4th of July and it was the perfect location for downtown activities and a few blocks to the lake to watch the fireworks. The farmers market on Saturdays is also just a few steps away. Will definitely stay again

The house was very nice. Smelled good and was clean. The location to downtown was perfect and the amenities like games, toys and bikes were a nice touch. I will definitely rent again in the future.

My wife and two kids really enjoyed staying here. It was cozy and very comfortable.

From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated to fun and whimsical decor and amenities. There was literature available about the area, as well as toys for my 6-year-old grandson, games and bikes for the teens, and a fire pit and gazebo, where the adults could relax. I wish there were more stars to give - our stay was truly a 10!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was very clean and cute and even had extras that were nice for our stay like games and garage access to store our bikes. I also like how close it was to the downtown area and the bike trails. The property managers were incredibly helpful with any issues that we had. I would definitely stay here again. WOW!! What a fun little spot to get away with friends! We attended a concert at the Surf which was an easy walk. Loved that convenience. We used the grill and had a fabulous dinner. It was just perfect! Now looking forward to bringing our family this summer for a fun and relaxing weekend. 10/10 recommend!

We were in town for a concert at The Surf and this house was the best location for us to walk right over. The beds and furniture were super comfortable and the bedding smelled so clean. It’s decorated so cute and felt very welcoming! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating as well. We will for sure stay here again.

Best house/value in Clear Lake!

We had a girls weekend and stayed here! It was so clean and cute! We had plenty of room to spread out and have places to sleep. It was a perfect location to walk up to Harvest Fest. We already have plans to come again!

This was our second stay at 3rd and Surf. We enjoy the layout of the home and find it truly meets our needs for a relaxing girls weekend. The rental is easy walking distance to town or a walk by the lake. The yard and gazebo were both wonderful places to sit and take in the beautiful sunny weekend with life-long friends and family. We will definitely stay another time.

We were there on one of the hottest days of the year but getting on/in the water made all difference. We felt right at home in the well stocked kitchen and having the grill available was great.

Great property. Had more to offer than we took advantage of. If you are doing an event at the Surf like we were its a perfect location, can walk easily to it. Quiet neighborhood and great beds.

My husband and my sister stayed at this great rental home at the end of July. It is clean, well appointed with enough space to spread out. We loved the proximity to the Surf Ballroom, the lake and the park/stores. We walked to everything, including the Saturday outdoor market near the Surf ballroom. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed. Liked having a garage to park our car in. In the garage were beach chairs, inflatables, pool noodles, a stroller, bikes to ride and plenty of firewood for the outdoor firepit. We will definitely rebook for another stay in Clear Lake.

This VRBO deserves more than 5 stars! No matter what your age, this property covers your needs. Everything about this stay was perfect! It's like being at home, but better. They have everything you need including beach fun items, games, complete kitchen, extra comfy beds, excellent towels/sheets, outdoor covered patio area, garage, bikes. Location is excellent and right by the beach. Great communication with owner! If you have the opportunity to stay here, do it! Thank you for the most wonderful visit!
