Unsere Wohnung liegt zentral in Mammoth Lakes. Mit Annehmlichkeiten wie Lebensmittelgeschäften, Restaurants, Brauerei, Spirituosengeschäft, Kegelbahn alle zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Zugang zum Skigebiet ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich neben dem schönen Mammoth Creek Park. Aus den Fenstern des Wohnzimmers und der Küche genießen Sie eine herrliche Aussicht auf den Park und die Sherwin Mountains. Die Wohnung verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss sowie die große helle aktualisierte Küche mit vielen Sitzgelegenheiten für alle. Ein großes, komfortables Wohnzimmer, das ebenfalls renoviert wurde. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer im Obergeschoss. Alle Queen-Betten haben neue Memory Foam-Matratzen. Alle Zimmer in der Wohnung wurden kürzlich aktualisiert. Es gibt einen 56 "Fernseher im Wohnzimmer. Drei Schlafzimmer haben auch Fernseher. Das 4. Schlafzimmer (Schlafraum) hat nur Internet-TV. Während Sie im Wohnzimmer sitzen, genießen Sie einen herrlichen Blick auf den Mammoth Creek Park und die Sherwin Mountains. Eine Bushaltestelle Mammoth Lake Transit befindet sich an der Ecke Meadow Lane / Minarett. In der Nähe der Wohnung. Nach einem langen Tag Ihrer Lieblingsbeschäftigung können Sie im Sommer im Whirlpool oder im Pool baden. Der Mammoth Creek Park bietet einen wunderschönen Bach, einen großen neuen Spielplatz, Wanderwege und manchmal ein oder zwei Rehe, die Sie möglicherweise auch vom Wohnzimmer- oder Küchenfenster aus sehen. Should be easier to understand how to use TVs. TV in upstairs bedroom was practically on the ceiling.

Great house that was very clean. We took the shuttle to the gondola and enjoyed having easy access to mountain.

This condo was great. Very elegant, well appointed with everything we needed including a bunk room for 5 seventeen year old boys. One thing not in description is the 1st floor bathroom is EN SUITE with a jack and jill set-up so you can have privacy but also other guests can use the bathroom as a powder room. Worked out super well. Beds are very, very comfie. Kitchen has all you need plus more. Very close to a shuttle stop and the skiing slopes - 3 minutes to a dropoff. Close to groceries. Extra blankets, extra heaters, warm, lovely fireplace. We were very happy with our stay. Owners good communication, too.

This condo was perfect for our two young families. More than enough beds, towels, toiletries. Kitchen was stocked with pans, glasses, plates. It felt like staying at someone’s personal vacation home. Ron and Carol were super helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions. Great value!

This apartment has a great location for proximity to skiing Mammoth mountain. Additionally, Ron and Carol are great hosts; they are quick to respond and the home is well equipped. Thank you for letting us stay!

Perfect condo for our group of 6 adults and 4 toddlers. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The only bummer was the new thunder dome being built which ruins the view, but that can’t be blamed on Ron. Overall a great place!

Well Stocked Cozy Condo
We enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated and equipped condo. My kids really enjoyed having their own room with bunk beds and their own TV. The kitchen had everything we needed and the entire condo was well taken care of.

Awesome stay
The place was perfect! It was stocked with everything we needed... Towels, extra blankets and pillows, a big shovel, full kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and the bunk bed room was so fun for the kids! Bunk beds usually make me nervous, but these were the best I've seen - super safe and sturdy. Location is great...a hill in the backyard for sledding, hot tub fairly close, and a close drive to town and the mountains. We were even able to check in early on a holiday weekend. Communication was great and the check in and check out processes were easy. Thanks for a great stay!

Thankful for hospitality
We got there in the middle of the snow storm😀 and we are so thankful that we were allowed to check in earlier to keep ourselves warm.
The house and location was perfect, the kids were able to enjoy snow play in the park behind it for Christmas morning when the sun finally came out! 😁
It's close to Vons as well which made everything easier.
There was an emergency on the day we were checking out, yet even after check out, they were still kind enough to help us figure things out and we did not feel "alone" in the midst of crisis.
We are truly grateful!!

Perfect cozy condo for a big group
Our group of two families of 5 had a wonderful stay in this tastefully decorated, sparkling clean condo! The younger kids LOVED the bunk room. And the other three rooms with queen beds were perfect for the older kids and adults. Beds were all super comfy, with extra pillows and blankets in the closets. Modern bathrooms had good water pressure, plenty of hot water for everyone, and more than enough soft, fluffy towels.
I also appreciated the multitude of hooks by the front door and in every room. Sounds silly, but those really helped us keep everyone’s gear organized and up off of the floor.
The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, and gadgets for all your cooking needs. Even had the basics like olive oil, salt & pepper, etc.
The condo is not huge, but is laid out perfectly for ten people to be comfortable. Plenty of seating in the living room and a nice big table with bench seats in the kitchen. We loved the fireplace, which gave the place such a nice cozy mountain vibe. Also enjoyed the easy WiFi & TV/streaming service access.
A note on the construction… yes, there is construction happening right behind the condo. NO, it did not bother us one bit! The windows and slider door are good quality and blocked out basically all of the construction noise.
We absolutely loved our stay here! Ron was a very gracious host, providing detailed instructions and always quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again!

Cozy Mammoth Gem!
Our family enjoyed our summertime stay and loved the decor! The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The bunk room was a hit for the kids, bedrooms were comfy and cozy for the adults. Loved that we could walk to the hiking paths, restaurants, and Hayden Cabin. Will enjoy it even more once the construction is complete :) Thanks Ron & Carol!

Mammoth Lakes stay
Our overall experience was great and the condo was comfortable except for the excessive heat that made it difficult to cool the place.
Also not enough toilet paper was left for eight peoples use.

Construction downfall
The condo was wonderful. Very clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Unfortunately, we were woken up at 5:30 am by the construction directly behind the unit. Thursday and Friday mornings were rough but the weekends, without construction, was very nice.

Great condo, terrible timing, poor communication
Our trip to Mammoth unfortunately coincided with exceptionally horrible air quality (air quality levels were beyond hazardous for days) from a long burning wild fire. The condo is just as advertised, very comfortable and spacious, clean and has everything you need. Cute decorations. My daughter loved it, especially the room with bunk beds. Sadly we were only able to stay one night. My one ding on the property is communication with Ron was slow to non-existent once the topic turned to air quality in Mammoth. So be warned, if you're worried about what might happen in an emergency or late breaking situation, you may not be able to count on communication with the property owner.

Weekend fishing
Great location was able to walk to town. Place was very clean and well equipped. Had a nice view of the sherwin creek area and mountains. We will be happy to stay here again.

Great weekend in Mammoth
We had a large group, and this condo was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the rooms were clean. Its located in a nice area and close to shopping and a park.

Clean, updated unit. Tight Kitchen. Good Overall
Good unit overall, nicely updated. Kitchen is a bit tight and needs some folding chairs so everyone has a place to sit. Light on towels and a few minor amenities in kitchen (wine glasses, etc.) Overall a good experience.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay - Cabin was clean, spacious, and upgraded throughout. - Loved Our Stay!
We had such a fabulous stay here for our Mammoth trip and will definitely stay again!
Space - we had a group of ten adults and we were all very comfortable here with plenty of room. We had a mix of couples and singles and the bed layout is absolutely perfect for this, or if your couples with children. The beds were brand new and so very comfortable as well with temper-pedic mattresses and nice linens, we slept very comfortably here.
The living room has a very large couch where one person could very comfortably sleep if they needed or wanted to. We watched movies and lounged and it felt like home.
The kitchen is completely remodeled with everything you need.
The patio is small but has beautiful Mountain View’s where you can walk out and have your morning coffee.
Heat worked great and so did the hot water. We were nervous at first as Ron mentions to space out your showers for the water heater, this is pretty common in mammoth, but we never had an issue at all!
There was plenty of parking for our cars as well.
Location - It took us about 15 minutes to get to Mill lodge to ski/snowboard. But we rode everyday and that wasn’t really an issue for us. The condo is about a 3 minute drive from Vons Grocery and The Village where you’ll find the good restaurants and other things to do.
Ron is a wonderful host and was available for all of our questions and so very accommodating.
The pictures really don’t do this cabin justice.
