Location and view is great, if you are lucky to have a river side room.

Rooms are too small. Although the hotel was empty we were given a room with windows looking at the road side instead of river side.

Didn’t have breakfast.

Hadn’t realised I’d be staying in the basement. Found the spiral stairs very difficult as I fell outside the hotel just after arriving and hurt my ankle. Poor path/ road surface outside and it was very dark. The configuration of the hotel ( stairs mainly) was very difficult with a sprained ankle. Also, I didn’t have a kettle initially and the pillows were not good.

The location is very beautiful with the Rheine river right in front of your windows, excellent for the persons seeking some relaxing and peaceful time , away from the noise and city stress The owner is very nice, cooperative and understanding . He is a very good & respectful person

The location is not well served by the public transportation , it's in rural area and fits the persons who have car (with parking availabilty in front of the property) or who don't mind walking to the tram stop

We have spent four nights in this beautiful place. It has been really a surprise to find such delightful accomodation. We are often travelling throught Germany for work but this has been the first time we really feel as at home. The Staff always ready to support us with advises. We also appreciated to have a good breakfast and dinner there.

The proprietors were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The hotel had beautiful decor. My room was comfortable. I felt immediately at home. The dining area and the views of the Rhine were an unexpected extra. The meals exquisite! It's great to spend time in a place that is so well designed, restful and makes one feel so welcomed. It was my first visit- I am already planning when I can visit again. Thank you.

I liked everything.

They charged 20EUR and 250EUR deposit for the dogs which is normal and understandable but then had old dustballs under the bed :) but all in all a very nice place!

The hotel is in a fabulous location. The river being steps away is amazing. Staff were super friendly. And breakfast was awesome! Thanks for the amazing night! I'm recommending this hotel to others!

Size of rooms and facilities within rooms were good, high quality bathrooms. Staff were very welcoming, very good food available within restaurant.

Slight drain smell at room with balcony from waste pipe. No air conditioning on a hot day was difficult.

The location is great. Right next to the Rhine river with easy access to the city centre and we had a room with a balcony to the river where we could enjoy the view of the area. Good brakefast and frienldy staff with attention to details.

The size of the room and bathroom were a bit small but it was not a great problem for us. There was smell from the bathroom as the hotel was closed due to COVID-19 shutdown but the smell went away soon after we opened the windows and the bathroom fan was on.

Not much else nearby but a nice view of the Rhein.
