Wifi was a little spotty and they should of let us know that breakfast was NOT included in the room rate. It is always better practice if customers know upfront.

Property and rooms need a little TLC...big name for the condition and location of the property.

Breakfast was great. Nice selection on the menu. The hours are great. Wait staff were very friendly and made us feel at home.

Everything went well. Maybe a few other selections on the dinner menu.

We enjoyed the location but that is about it.

I sent multiple complaints via Booking and the Hilton app and no one ever responded. Our in-room phone wasn't working and the location of our room made it difficult to simply walk to the front desk to continuously follow up regarding concerns. We weren't allowed to check in after 5 pm local time because our room wasn't ready. She said she would call when it was, but didn't. We went back to the front desk to get 2 additional pillows but none were ever delivered. Upon entering the bathroom, we noticed a large black pubic hair left in the toilet, the kleenex box was empty, the shampoo bottle was empty, the body wash bottle was not only empty but also had a large hole in the top of it. There were no hangers to hang our clothes either. Again, we couldn't call for assistance because the phone didn't work. We messaged the property through the app but no response was ever received. The bed had crumbs under the sheets. Our friends bed didn't even have a blanket on it, just a sheet and topper. The 2 pillows were finally delivered the next day but without any notice or correspondence. They also replaced the body wash bottle but the pump was broken and we couldn't use it anyway. The shampoo was never filled or replaced. They threw our pillows on the bed, hung a couple hangers, and put the box of kleenex on the counter but didn't even think to make the bed or replace the kleenex box in the holder. We had coffee for one day but not for the second. When they delivered the addtional/missing items, I would have expected them to refill a simple offering but no, decaf was our only option on day two along with used cups and no cream, sugar, etc. I've stayed at multiple Hilton's and I'm astonished how bad this property was!! I will never stay here and will be sure to advise friends and family of our experiences.

The pool was nice

We checked in and only had one room. We had booked two. I have contacted booking.com twice to verify refunded for the second room. I have asked the hotel to call booking.com to address this issue.

Location and layout.

This place did not have the level of service, cleanliness, amenities expected with the Hilton name. In the room, carpet had debris, refrigerator was not working, room service was not provided. Re room service, I phoned desk and was told that they could not provide it because I did not sign up in advance. Breakfast was not included with the price of room and when sitting for the breakfast it was expensive and of poor quality for a Hilton. At check out at 5AM, we tried to turn in keys and lobby door was locked, no one on site. This was not a Hilton experience which we paid for. More like an economy hotel experience.

Close to other businesses and easy to find. Handicap access was good in the bathroom.

Traffic outside our room was very noisy. There was dog food on the floor and bathroom floor was dirty. When I told the front desk about these issues the only response was to ask for my room number.
