La gentillesse du personnel, la réactivité, le lieu, le confort de la chambre

La marche qui donne de la chambre à la cuisine, n'est pas très visible, je suis tombé! Il devrait peut-être y avoir un marquage pour une meilleure visibilité.

Great location, 1 min from the beach and lots of tavernas. The cleaning lady came daily. Very friendly staff, we arrived early and they checked us in.

The view from our room was directly above the kitchen and all you could see were nearby buildings. Room is very small

We enjoyed our time at Stelisia Rooms very much and will happily stay here whenever we are back in Chania! - Stella is very kind and helpful. - The location is fantastic: It's located at a beautiful promenade with many restaurants (and mini supermarkets) and we loved Nea Chora Beach which is just a minute away. The walk to the old town takes 10+ minutes and is along a scenic street along the sea. Feels safe at night as well. - We got a sea facing room and loved sitting out on the balcony, watch the sea and people go by on the promenade. - The room was basic but good. It had a fridge, kettle, small hair dryer, TV, AC, and a small laundry stand on the balcony for drying wet beachwear. It was quiet at night.

- The bathroom gets soaked whenever you take a shower since the shower curtain is way too short for the already small shower area. Can be fixed if they would install longer shower curtains. - The requested double bed room turned out to be twin beds pushed together, which was not a problem for us. - Cleaning and change of towels happened on a daily basis but it could be done with a little more attention to detail. There was usually a little bit of hair/dirt left on the floor or in the bathroom. Nothing too bad but can be improved :)

The people were very friendly, we didn't expect maid service but it was nice to have.

The room was tiny and the bathroom even smaller. The hot water in the sink didn't work, even after running the water a while.

The staff are friendly, it has a nice central location. Good coffee and food in the restaurant bellow

Beach 30 m from entrance, loads of restaurants nearby, room was clear, new towels every day, during the 7-night stay changed the bed linen 3 times, nice staff.

Excellent location very close to the beach and a short walk to Chania Old Town. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated and the room which was at the back of the hotel was nicely decorated and was bright and very clean, There was a small balcony. Staff were helpful.

The layout of the bathroom was a little tricky.
