Немає парковки. Речі потрібно нести до готелю від найближчої громадської парковки (безкоштовне паркування 15хв). 3-5хв потрібно йти від парковки, що є безкоштовною.

Easy check in and check out, central located and a good quality restaurant downstairs.

Unfortunately the AC was not working properly so it was quite warm in the room.

Easy to locate after a long day of travel. Communication was excellent and check-in efficient. The room itself was fully updated, modern, clean and very comfortable. Loved this place!

Nice room in a perfect location. Good breakfast, staff nice and helping. Loved the dinner had at theit bar also, super recommended!

Maybe to add a tiny fridge?

Google maps doesn’t know where it is, the hotel isn’t clearly marked, and because the instructions for getting in weren’t sent in English, we had a hard time finding the entrance. We were also very confused about how to enter and a nice man at the associated restaurant downstairs had to explain it to us

It was lovely, clean, nice staff, nice atmosphere, nice restaurant/bar on the bottom floor.

WONDERFUL! but NOT ROOM #6. Our room was VERY small, which is fine. But it gave on to a window level street and although the window could be opened, the shutters really couldn't be, and the slats were fixed. Consequently the room was very dark and very stuffy making use of the air conditioner essential. And due to our overuse the unit leaked. That said, I saw several of the other rooms during cleaning, they were light, bright and lovely. I highly recommend the place, but NOT ROOM #6.

The room was airless and smelt damp. Whilst there was a window it opened onto an enclosed covered space. No natural light.

The member of staff who greeted us was very pleasant and helpful. He tried to sort out our problem, but ultimately we weren't too happy with the solution. This wasn't his fault though. The breakfast in the bar downstairs was nice.

I had requested a twin room three months before , when booking. This had been acknowledged, but when we arrived, we were allocated a double room, which was no good for us ( although it was a very nice room) - as the manager claimed to have not had the request. The member of staff who dealt with us was understanding and gave us another room ( the only twin available), but it was much smaller, basic, and much less well equipped (no dressing table, no soap, cramped, and hot). But we had to pay the full amount of 130 euros, which we felt was hugely overpriced for the room. ( and the money was taken three days before we even arrived, which was also very annoying). Noisy room too - lots of shouting etc in the street below, in the early hours of the morning. Not the best sleep.

Lovely town and a great base for those exploring the coastline between Bilbao and San Sebastián. 20 mins from San Sebastián, but Orio itself is charming with a lovely beach and lots of great places to eat out. We used it as a stop over on our way from Bilbao to the Pyrenees, but actually could have stayed longer. Really enjoyed our stay!
