Excellent location. The apartment was brilliant and finished to a very high standard. My son said he could live in the apartment. The hosts were welcoming and made it known they were there if needed. There was nothing to need them for as everything was brilliantly communicated but I was confident if any problems they would be sorted swiftly. Thank you for making our stay in Newquay so enjoyable.

The location was great with everything within walking distance. The apartment was nice and spacious. With an added bonus of parking available.

There was a slight leak in the one bedroom during our first night however Wendy was very helpful with sorting this out.

From the moment I booked this amazing apartment Wendy (our host) couldn't do enough for us, very polite and helpful. As we arrived at meadow view, there was ample parking, very good security on both doors (easy to use instructions for both doors) The apartment itself was huge! Very clean and tidy, spacious dining kitchen dining area and two power sofas to relax on and watch the Tele. The conservatory was spacious but we did not spend time there and the garden was very neat and tidy. The bedrooms once again were to a very high standard, the beds themselves were good quality and very comfortable, with both rooms having enough clothing space for ten people! Both the main bathroom and ensuite were to a high standard with complimentary toiletries (which came in handy as I forgot to pack mine) and towels. Absolute 5 star 🌟 great price and great destination. Don't hesitate to book!

Great apartment in an excellent location for the town and beach. This was our second time staying here, we have stayed in apt 1 and apt 2, both are of an excellent standard and very comfortable.

Repeat visit to this apartment and can highly recommend. Clean, spacious and well maintained. Wonderful garden area and ideal location to town.

I had great time in the apartment, it felt like staying in a 4 star hotel if not 5, Wendy was great, incredible welcoming.

didn’t have the best sleep, but I reckon that was my body getting use to a new bed, with that been said I couldn’t imagine a better apartment / hotel

Everything about the place was amazing. A home from home.

Every thing was brand new, the apartment was super clean and the location was perfect to be just 10-15 minutes walk away fropm the hustle and bustle. We went as a group of lads and it worked perfectly.

The location was perfect close enough to all the facilities including Towan and Fistral beach which meant that we were able to walk to most locations. Newquay was also ideal place to visit Port Isaac and the Eden project. We also tried Coasteering and Surfing during our stay both of which we enjoyed immensely.

We cannot think of anything other than the impossible, that things were cheaper, but we really enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment was perfect for our family of 6. Great location with beaches in every direction. Beautifully decorated, clean & the beds were more comfortable than my own. Wendy was especially helpful & happy to answer all of my questions.

Everything. It was a home away from home. High standard, well designed, clean, my kind of comfy. Also several messages from Wendy, the host, which made it feel very personal.

Location is excellent, a short walk into town and beaches. Apartment is fantastic with everything you could need. We stayed in apartment 2 and it's beautiful. Wendy and Dave were always available if any niggles, it's a real haven and so peaceful.
