This is not a 5 star hotel. It is 3 at most and for the money we paid we were so disappointed. The room was dark and not clean. I ordered a tea to the room and the cup was dirty with previous stains on it and drips on the side. There were mouse/rat droppings outside the door that was not cleaned during our two nights. The room was so average and dusty. The bathroom sink was so small you cannot put any toiletries. At night, the emergency light was bright blue and lit up the entire room, if you are someone who needs a dark room this is not for you. It’s just a strange set up.
The breakfast was shocking, and when I asked for an English breakfast tea bag they brought an earl grey and I kindly stated i asked for an English breakfast. The staff member told me no this is black tea and they don’t have English breakfast and i said to her but yesterday i had it brought to my room and she said oh, you did ? We don’t have it here. She didn’t offer to find me one - it isn’t hard, if i had the day before it means you have tea bags. It is NOT 5 star service at all. We even planned to leave a night early and forfeit the payment. We visited lots of hotels during our trip around Greece and this was the worst one and ruined a portion of our holiday. Save yourself your money and go to a 3 star hotel as you’ll get the same quality.

The restaurant is not appropriated for a five star hotel also if the staff do their best the menu is poor and with fake international offer. The swimming pool it’s open to outside customers ( that is understandable) but create a confusion for the guests

Breakfast is not what we expect from a five star hotel. Pool was open for public on Satur- und Sunday. Even the sun chairs were reserved!?

spacious room with tasteful furniture and furnishings. very classy, quality hotel. helpful and caring reception and dining room staff. excellent orange juice and decent but not outstanding buffet breakfast. nice and modestly priced dinner menu.
hard to find the place with narrow winding roads and alleys to negotiate. uncertain as to what are the local attractions.

Beautiful, well apportioned, clean rooms. Fireplace pre-filled with firewood. Delicious breakfast. Amazing views. We loved this hotel and highly recommend it.
We didn’t find out that the indoor pool is 14 and up until we arrived, so that was a disappointment. Other than that, it was wonderful.

There a very small selection of vegetation options in the restaurant. Limited to a salad and a pizza.
Most things come at an extra charge. The spa needs booked in advance and you are limited to 15minutes which is unusual for a 5star, it also costs extra. I have stayed in much cheaper hotels and better access to spas.

The view from my room was unreal! My partner and I were taken back by how beautiful the property was along with the quality of the room. The staff was super helpful and always friendly. Breakfast was wonderful as well.
There is not much to dislike about this place, but the room service/main dinning hall food options were kinda slim. From the items that me and my partner tried, most of it tasted bland and lacked flavor.

Absolutely everything. This was 5 star from every aspect. The layout of the hotel is gorgeous, very quiet and lovely. The pool area was expansive and very relaxing. Every staff member was friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was fantastic as well. I wish I could of stayed longer to have more time to relax.

Fancy place, nicely decorated, well maintained gardens and public spaces, great breakfast options, courteous staff.
Location is nothing much, on the main road to Mystras. With plenty of available rooms, we asked for a room on the 1st floor instead of the ground floor, they asked for 50EUR. To add to that, management decided to report this as a "no-show" (!), for no reasonable explanation. When I confirmed to Booking via email that I did stay at the hotel, the hotel AGAIN denied that I stayed there! Since the invoice was not given by default upon checkout, I had to request that later and submit the same to Booking (in order to record my stay there and be able to write this review).
