1) Quite close to the beach (20 min walk). Also close to the nearest railway station Sopot Wyscigi (10 min walk). 2) Clean rooms and friendly staff. 3) The room had access to a small garden which was very nice.

1) Extremely small rooms. I am sorry but the pictures of the property posted on the booking.com are very misleading. They make you feel like rooms are spacious and large. When we entered the property, we were shocked by the small size of the rooms (and the price charged for them). The rooms are so small that you cannot fully open the doors to the garden. I am attaching a picture to confirm this. I traveled with my family (4 people in total), so we had absolutely no space to move around the rooms. So make sure to check the rooms' size before you book. 2) Be aware that the price does not include any room service (cleaning, changing bed linens, etc.). 3) Since rooms are so small, there are very few options to put your stuff. Fore example, we had to put clothes and laptops on the floor because there was no space for a table. See attached picture. 4) During our stay, there was construction work in the house across the street for two days between 10-11am. A short period, but still annoying.

The location is perfect just a short waking distance to the beach. Comfortable bed and sofa. Attentive and helpful host.

They were some facility things that could be improved. Like hangers in the bathroom for towels ( nowhere to put 4 towels), more glasses, a big fry pan ( we only had a small one), some hangers and shelf in the living room to put away your things. Also some cleaning stuff like vacuum cleaner or broom. After a day at the beach there were a lot of sand in the apartment but we couldn’t clean the floor.

Perfect location very close to the sea side. Space for free parking close to the building.

They did not clean the kitchen stuff and dishes at all. Even wash-cleaning machine was dirty (with pieces of meals). The apartment need to be renovated- dirty walls and floor. The manager was not ready to solve the issue and just send me his apologies via sms.
