Remove wash bucket on balcony

The apartment is on the 4th floor and the elevator was inoperative for the duration of our stay.

I am very disappointed that we weren’t compensated at all for the mess and inconvenience of our stay. Check-in basically was non existent - I had to wait outside the complex, with my child daughter, until someone came out so that we could go in. Thankfully the security guard let us in. The elevators were broken. For our entire stay. When we got to our room, it was not cleaned. We had to wait for someone to arrive to clean the place. I had to call and text the owner so many times to finally get the room cleaned. There was no notice about how to get the key - that was in the room. No one met us to hand us the key. Again, we had to wait for someone to come out of the complex. Did not get what I paid for. BUT I will say the room was spacious. Nice shower.

Great location. Apartment was clean enough.

Elevator was out of order during stay; quite some stairs to walk up and down to the 4th floor. Corridors are being renovated, but unfortunately no ventilation, which results in a nasty smell. Security is not friendly letting you in, but received instant help from owner by phone.

Location is great and fun as is the building. Studio is comfortable and clean with quite large bathroom.

Kitchenette is ok but needs a bit of updating. Microwave didn't work, only 1 coffee cup, only one big fork..

Picking up the key was easy, instructions with Whatsapp. Don't expect a spacious appartment, it is actually a studio. Like you see on the photos, 1 room (with bed, tv, small sofa and small table), kitchen with washing machine and a big bathroom. Everything was very clean! Location on the Champs Elysées, next to the parking Indigo and close the metro George V. Enough opportunities for breakfast: Starbucks right in front of the entrance of the building, Brioche Dorée and Pomee de pain nearby.
