The property sits on the lake on a massive compound that includes a grill, fire pit, and dock. Our group was welcomed by the neighbor's 2 sweet pups, Bleu and Raspberry (don't worry if you're not a dog lover they're usually minding their own). The location is perfect to hop between Seneca and Cayuga wineries and cideries also not far from stores. We will most certainly be back! Thank you for hosting us!!!

We have stayed at this property several times now and ot does not disappoint. Additionally the owner is very responsive to all inquires. Will likely stay again in the future.

The property manager was really nice and helpful. Everything in the house was very clean. I went with a bachelorette party of 10 people. Everyone had somewhere to sleep comfortably. This home is right on the water and perfect for swimming, bonfires, and stargazing.

We all have a great time reconnecting at this beautiful setting along Seneca Lake. The house was very accommodating for all 9 of us and was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very relaxing and fun!

We had a wonderful family vacation on the east side shore of this beautiful Finger Lake. There were nine of us from 8 to 75 and we had a wonderful time. The house had a long and wide backyard that fell into the lake. The house was well stocked with dishes and kitchen utensils; there was a fireplace outside right on the lake with plenty of firewood; the next door hosts were friendly and hospitable. Pretty hard to beat.

The house was beautiful. We were greeted as soon as we pulled into the driveway. The kids really enjoyed swimming in the lake and s’mores every night. Great experience.

Plenty of room for my and my friend's family. Newly updated deck. Clean Bathroom. The Kitchen has everything to stay for a week. Covered outdoor patio with outdoor dining set and BBQ grill. Gorgeous River view.

Great week @ the lake. Enough room for 10 of us, 3 couples & 4 kids. The property manager, Tom & his family, were great too. The dock kept 3 teenagers busy fishing when they weren't in the lake or kayaking. Planning for next summer now.

The property was exactly what we wanted - right on the lake! There was plenty of room for 6 adults and our dogs. The property manager was right next door and were very friendly and were always available if needed. They have two beautiful, friendly dogs as well who came to say hello each day! The only somewhat negative - and this is a small one - is that the carpet in the livingroom really needs to be replaced. Like I said - that is a small negative as everything else was great. This property is very close to grocery stores etc. along with many wineries and breweries.

Perfect location to spend a pandemic-safe Girls Getaway! House is lovely, with a view that can't be beat. Thanks to Tom and Kristina for their hospitality.

The outside space was wonderful. Great waterfront location and beautiful sunsets. Fire pit was very enjoyable. Outdoor dining space was nice and front yard space allowed us to enjoy lawn games. Owner was very accommodating with allowing us to use water equipment. Read many remarks about carpets being in need of replacement. We expected the carpets to be worn, but we didn’t expect how truly stained and dirty they actually were. Sofa was also very stained and we had to cover it with a sheet. Oven was covered in burnt food. Toaster and refrigerator were similarly dirty. Outdoor space made it worthwhile, but we were disappointed by the house itself.

Perfect for our annual family vacation. Private sleeping rooms were much appreciated by the growing up teens. Enclosed porch was great for sitting on breezy days. Easy access for our kayaks: no stairs to get to the lake. Best of all, we couldn't have asked for a nicer caretaker!

Had a great time. A very nice Cottage except I recommend replacing the carpet in the living room. The Hosts were great people and I would stay there again!

Everything about this property was great! The house accommodated our group of 9 adults comfortably. We loved having breakfast and sipping coffee on the patio over the garage, being able to eat our dinner outside everyday under the covered patio and roasting marshmallows by the firepit at night! The property is right on the lake and they have dock you can swim off, kayaks and floats to use in the lake. The best thing about the property is the stunning sunsets you can watch from the dock. There is a lot to do around the area too. There are a lot wineries and breweries/distillery in the area. Also a lot of hiking trails in the area, including my favorite, Watkins Glen, or you can just sit back and relax and enjoy the views. Katrina's house is clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need for your stay. Tom, who oversees the property and his wife make sure your stay is pleasant. Any questions you have or anything you need, they are always around to help you and their dogs are always there to greet you. I loved everything about this property. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

Our family (grandparents, 2 couples & children-10 total) had a wonderful stay at the lake house! We loved the brand new dock, kayaks being available for our use, & floats/life jackets in the boathouse! Everything was well stocked & the linens were nice & fresh. Location is perfect! We loved Zugibe vineyards right up the street. Easy boat rental service with Roys as recommended by owners. The house still needs some renovations, carpet replacement, etc but overall our experience was really lovely! Tom & Karen were great hosts & there for anything you need while also providing privacy as we dined outside all week! Thank you!

Roomy lake house with all the amenities we were looking for in a vacation getaway. Quiet and comfortable property just steps away from lake Seneca; close to wineries, breweries and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was the perfect size for our group of 10. We were visiting Seneca Lake for a Christmas wine trail event. The house had all the amenities we needed, a nice living area for everyone to be together, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to be comfortable. It was a convenient location to everywhere we wanted to go, too!

This house was perfect for a siblings getaway! Although it was a bit chilly to spend much time outside, being right on the lake was absolutely amazing. The house was well stocked with everything you need and Tom (property manager) is right next door if you need anything - including some puppy time with Raspberry and Blueberry! Great location to the northern wineries, Wegmans and Geneva. A little bit of a drive to the southern end where there are larger pockets of wineries, but it's a great way to explore and view the lake! Highly recommend this house and hope to stay there again!

Brought 10 of us together for a family wedding at Ventosa. Beautiful spot on the lake, great dock and fire pit.

Our family group was in the Geneva area for my eldest son's wedding. We found the property very adequate for our group. I wished that we had more time to enjoy the property and the lake. The manager was very accessible by texting for any questions we had. Would like to return.

Property owner was extremely responsive as was the caretaker. Home was very welcoming and is in a great location. Would definately recommend this home.
