This condo was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot! It was fully stocked with all needed supplies and much more. My family throughly enjoyed hanging out on the screened-in balcony watching the waves roll in. We will definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved this property! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy. Flagler Beach is the quintessential small town on the ocean; we love that it is not touristy. If there is one thing I would have to complain about, it would be the parking. There are no assigned spots for the units, so it's a first come, first serve parking lot. We found ourselves walking a little further than we liked a few times, coming and going from the unit. I'm sure the heat exacerbated the long walks. That being said, we wouldn't let the parking deter us from renting the unit again.

We had a wonderful week in Diane’s beautiful condo overlooking the ocean! Sitting out on the patio in the mornings to watch the sunrise was our favorite part. They were quick to respond with any questions we had as well. We will definitely be returning! 😊

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was perfect. The condo was in excellent condition. The kitchen has been updated as well as the washer/dryer. The beach was never busy while we were there, which was a definite plus to me! It was a short drive to groceries, restaurants, ice cream. Will definitely stay again if we vacation in this area.

We had a wonderful vacation!! The condo was amazing!! It was decorated beautifully and very clean. The pool was relaxing, we spent a lot of time there and met a lot of very nice people. There were plenty of seashells at the beach for the grandkids to collect. We also got to see 3 rocket launches while we were there.

Loved Flagler Beach
This property is exactly as the owner stated, it was perfect for my family of four! My sister and her family were able to stay on the Sam e property allowing us to spend quality time at the pool and beach. We had zero complaints about the unit itself, the pool, or the beach access. Beautiful and relaxing
Property was very clean, beautiful and had everything we needed for some relaxing time away. We really appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella, and linens/ towels/ beach towels available for use. Really enjoyed having almost a private beach and pool as we didn’t see many others around. Thank you Diane for answering emails and questions quickly and timely as we had some concerns about our flight getting in very late and having to check in after hours. You made things very easy.

So great for families, especially with young kiddos
Loved our week here at such a clean and quiet condo. View from balcony of pool and ocean was pretty, we saw huge rainbow our last night! Our kids loved seeing the “wildlife” of lizards, frogs, crabs, and dragonflies on our walks through the complex grounds. Friendly neighbors and
many amenities were provided from cleaning products to beach equipment, everything you could think of needing. First time to the Flagler area and we really liked the location for our family, most of all the super secluded beach!

Lovely condo
This condo is very well maintained and appointed. We very much appreciated the garage with beach chairs and a boogie board. The condo is very quiet and the other guests/residents were friendly at the pool. The condo is close to many restaurants and a grocery store. The beach is lovely. The owners were easy to work with. We highly recommend.

Excellent Vacation
What a great vacation staying at this incredible condo. The condo was super clean, tastefully decorated and well stocked. The “little extras” made this rental 5 star (like lots of storage for our stuff, drawer organizers and hooks for hanging bathroom supplies, super stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cleaning supplies, etc). All the beds/furniture were super comfortable. A wonderful beach home away from home - looking forward to another stay. Thank you!

Great beach trip!
We really enjoyed our week at the South Beach Condo. The unit is very nicely equipped and decorated. The screened balcony was perfect for sipping coffee and watching the sun come up in the morning. We loved the pool area, it was never crowded and the grounds were well-maintained. This area of Flagler Beach is quiet and secluded. We will definitely return.

Everything about this condo was perfect. View overlooking the pool and ocean was breathtaking from inside and out. Condo was very clean and beautifully decorated inside. We had a beautiful week of weather and a view of the pink full moon during our stay. Sunsets were also stunning from the west side. Flagler Beach was a great place to visit and in time we will be regulars in Ormond Beach after this trip. Each time we go by we will be reminded of where it all started. Diane was wonderful and very responsive and informative. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect space for relaxing!
We had to make a last minute change and lucked out finding this place. We are so happy now that our other location cancelled on us last minute. We loved the condo, pool and beach. It was quiet and the other residents were friendly. Everything was so close my kids could catch lizards, use the bathroom by the pool and jump in waves without having to make a big trip back to the condo. The condo itself was very well stocked, this may sound odd but silverware was so abundant that we never ran out between loads of dishes. This condo truly has all you need. Our family of 5 had more than enough space. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location if you want somewhere off the beaten path. Oh and the sunrise every morning from the condo and sunset at night were the best! I hope we get to return again someday.

Amazing Condo & Owners
Five stars from initial reservation to checkout. The condo was absolutely stunning, very clean, and the location was central to everything. I have already recommended this listing to friends and family. The condo has the best stocked kitchen we have ever seen. The owners take pride in their home and you can see it in all the wonderful amenities. The beds are extremely comfortable and the large couch had plenty of room for everyone of our family of 5. The absolute best part was the balcony and view! Just gorgeous! We read our books and took naps with a view of the ocean. We definitely want to come back!!!!

A quiet getaway
The property was as advertised. Very comfortable accommodations, everything we needed was in the kitchen. We were there in the off season which was exactly what we wanted. One day we were the only ones on the beach. Great view of the beach and the pool. Owners were very pleasant to talk with. Definitely want to return here again for another week.

We love South Beach condos. We have stayed here before , but this unit was by far the best! Everything was so clean and the furniture and bed so comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lanai overlooking the pool and ocean . We would definitely stay here again!
