This home was perfect for opur extended family. The screened in porch was a bonus and we spent all our meals there. Kitchen was great as we cooked alot for family. Loved the area, although the neighbors are quite uptight about anyone accidentally stepping on their part of the beach in this gated community.

We had a great week in Yarmouth and were very impressed with the professionalism and organization of Robert Paul Properties. Any questions were promptly answered and we were able to check in a little earlier than the scheduled time, which is always a plus! The house was clean, welcoming, and provided beach toys, games, etc for entertainment. The master suite was beautiful with an amazing rainfall shower and privacy on the first floor. The property was at the end of the street, which provided a nice area for bike riding. We enjoyed the SeaGull Beach, which had a large parking lot and easy access from the house. I highly recommend both the property and the agency.

This is a wonderful house to vacation at and I highly recommend it for large families. We have stayed at this location twice. The only recommendation for this house would be for a better back yard to socialize in. (suggestion only)To the real estate company, a 9:30am checkout is too early. That is the only reason for my 4-star review for the property management company, other than that I would highly recommend this management company when renting. They are safe and reliable which is why I book through them. Thank you!

Beautiful home, clean!!! We were 2 families traveling together and there was more than enough space for everyone. Beds were comfy and the kids loved the bunk room. We ate at Skallys down the road and they good food and great price on kids meals. If I had to say one bad thing it would be we would’ve loved an open outdoor shower but I suspect it was covered due to security cameras in the back and a clothesline would’ve been nice. Otherwise this home had everything we could ask for and we would definitely consider staying here again.

Compared to the place we rented last year, this one was a palace! We were very happy with the cleanliness and the fact that there was no shortage of paper goods and cleaning supplies (dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, etc.). Although it was just me and my husband, our adult daughter joined us for a few days. The beds were very comfortable, and you can easily sleep 10 people. Also, great location!

We had an amazing time down the cape in July staying at this property. We have a toddler and the house was so kid friendly. We really appreciated the crayons, coloring books, chalk, shovels, pails, bubbles, etc that the owners had available.
The house was extremely spacious and up to date. There were 7 of us in total and space was never an issue. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possible need.
We will definitely consider renting this property again if we vacation again next year!

The home was large, fairly well kept, and centrally located. Just a few items to note: dishwasher and toaster did not work well (very sharp piece broken off the bottom), dining room chairs are falling apart, dining room light flickers on and off. I put the washer through the cleaning cycle, but it still had a foul odor, the dryer does not dry well. There was fish in the oven and grill as well as a bag of potatoes in the island cupboard ( I tossed all). Fish was stored in the fridge leaving a VERY strong fish smell. The check-out policy asked that we sweep/vacuum, but the brooms were not in good working condition and the vacuum did not work.

This property was exactly as described! Very clean and close to everything. This house had everything. Some things are in need of being replaced, mostly the kitchen chairs, but nothing major. One main thing that was a nuisance it not a huge deal was the fire alarm system is very sensitive! Make sure you keep the door to the laundry room closed when you run the dryer or if you take a shower in the master bathroom keep the bedroom door closed…like I said , it’s very sensitive! The house is spacious, clean, and has plenty of supplies! We would definitely stay there again!

This property was exactly as described! Very clean and close to everything. This house had everything. Some things are in need of being replaced, mostly the kitchen chairs, but nothing major. Make sure you keep the door to the laundry room closed when you run the dryer or if you take a shower in the master bathroom keep the bedroom door closed…like I said , it’s very sensitive! The house is spacious, clean, and has plenty of supplies! We would definitely stay there again!

Nice house but poorly setup
Livingroom furniture was insufficient to accommodate more than 4 quests, no gas in BBQ and the kitchen was not well furnished.
