Super close to Maria Alm for the purpose of attending the Hochkönigmann its ok. Breakfast has a lot variety and good quality. Pet friendly!!

The shelfs and other items where super dusty. Lots of dead flies on the window benches. The cleaniness of the whole room could have been better for the price. I don’t mind simplistic rooms as long as they are clean

Very kind and helpful staff. We very appreciated tips for local trips from the personnel at reception. Standard size double room with balcony. Nice breakfast buffet and great dinner from a selection of Czech cuisine, Czech beer.

Insufficiently equipped bathroom; my wife was missing, for example, a hair dryer.

Good location. Friendly service. Another bonus is the mountain tram.

Everything with Booking, questions or something like that were vers good and uncomplicated.

Two days we had to take a shower with Cold water, because there was no warm water.
