Diese Hütte war meine persönliche Flucht aus dem hektischen modernen Leben. Ich möchte jetzt die Erfahrung mit Ihnen teilen! Nur wenige Augenblicke vom Besten, was der obere Buffalo River zu bieten hat, ist dies der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für all Ihre Abenteuer!
Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat eine unglaubliche Kingsize Tempur Pedic Cloud Matratze. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat Memory Foam-Matratzen in voller Größe auf einem Etagenbett für Erwachsene.
Das Badezimmer verfügt über einen großen Whirlpool für zwei Personen, in dem Sie die Schmerzen einer langen Wanderung ausklingen lassen können. Es gibt ein WC neben dem Hauptschlafzimmer.
Wenn Sie keine Lust haben, sich nach draußen zu wagen, sorgt der intelligente LED-Fernseher mit Soundsystem in Kinoqualität dafür, dass jede Zeit, die Sie in der Wohnung verbringen, eine Flucht ist.
Direkt vor der Küchentür befindet sich ein Gasgrill sowie ein Gasherd und ein Backofen, um das Aufschlagen einer Mahlzeit einfach und lecker zu machen. Sie haben auch eine Feuerstelle im Vorgarten, bringen Sie Ihr Brennholz und genießen Sie die Sterne!

Couples birthday trip. Hiked all day and specifically picked this property for the hot tub amenity. Right when we got to the property at 6pm I check the temperature setting of the hot tub to ensure after dinner it would be the perfect temp for myself, my husband and my friend Angela and her husband. Temperature was lower than a bath around 91 degrees despite it being turned up 4 hours prior. Let down. Went to cook breakfast in the morning and had some bacon on the oven and 45 minutes later the bacon was barely warm. The shower curtain had/ mold mildew all over it and the place smelled like a wet vacant basement. By the time we were going to checkout the next day the smell had subsided with hanging the windows open and cooking several meals. Anyways the outside and location was nice but pretty let down overall unfortunately.

Wonderful cabin! We loved spending our anniversary there. 3 minutes to centerpoint trailhead, lots of great hiking trails there! Good location in the woods not close to the highway so really quiet. Very peaceful stay! There is another cabin about 150 yards or so that you can see from the front yard, nobody was there when we were so that was great! But could have neighbors, so keep that in mind.

Great cabin but a little hard to find. Car and phone apps could not find it. If staying here I suggest looking at the map before arriving. Not much cell service to do research if you can’t find the property. Bed in master didn’t have a sheet, only had a comforter. Top bunk bed didn’t have a sheet either and was dirty. My son and I slept on the bottom bunk since it was the only clean/made up bed. Enjoyed the hot tub and surround sound with movie.

The cabin was perfect! Lots of wood to burn in the outside pit! The place was secluded just how i like it! The surround sound speakers was amazing! Definitely will be back and and back and back..lol

Fly away cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway! The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked, check in and out was super easy, and everything was clean and ready for us! Thanks for a great time.

Awesome accommodations! Actually had 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, while listing said only 1 bathroom…bonus! So close to everything, would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful cabin for a girl’s get away or a family. Loved the location, loved the area, loved the atmosphere of the cabin. Only suggestion would be full curtains or blinds to cover the windows. We enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking. Can’t wait to come back and float the Buffalo, hope the cabin has openings when we decide to come back.

Great property! We come in on the wrong end of 1900. It was a horse trail and we thought we weren’t gonna make it through. We made it after a slippery slope, a creek, and climbing a steep mountain. If we would have came in before dark and read the directions fully we would have been fine. It was a nice place and we had a great stay! Side note: The hot tub would not close.

I love this cabin. It was really clean and extras a plenty. The hot tub malfunctioned upon arrival but the host was amazing about accommodating me. He was responsive and kind. It was so cold so the power grid was blinking all night my last night there. Thank God for the propane powered fire place. I will be back. Thank you Hansen.

We wanted a few days of peace and quiet and that’s exactly what this place is. The host was kind enough to shuffle things around when we were delayed due to car trouble and we so appreciated that!
The space was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals.
We ran into a couple issues during our stay which the host addressed quickly. The fireplace seemed like it had not been used in a while and took many attempts to get going. There was also an issue with the heat in the cabin. I appreciated the fast and easy communication with the host as these problems came up.

Cabin is close to trails for liking. Great hot tub and fire pit. Owner had leaves removed from fire pit, porch and drive upon our arrival which was a perk! Thank you! Comfortable beds but pillows are very worn, sad and flat. Nice leather sofa but also a bit worn. Overall, good stay in the Buffalo.

Perfect fall getaway. Cozy cabin with fantastic views all around. Host is super responsive and helpful. Quiet and secluded with excellent trails all around the area. Easy drive from the main roads as well. 5 stars

It’s worth coming here. We enjoyed our stay very much. We would come back. Loved the hot tub. The description said that it had a jacuzzi, but it didn’t. Overall it was a wonderful stay with near by hikes that are amazing.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the beautiful Fly Away Cabin with 4 teens. Proximity to the river and swimming options were abundant even in summer you can find a good hike if you just walk the river a little. The cabin was perfect and had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay again...thank you Hansen!

Solitude!
This property was just as lovely in the pictures as it was in person. The beds were super comfortable (even the bunk beds!). The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and other staples. The location was perfect if you want to be alone. We could walk the dogs down the road without fear of them getting hit by cars. They also enjoyed all the running around space. The hot tub was a nice perk because it was cold and rainy the entire time we were there (which is my favorite!). I would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

Great getaway
We had a great time for the week staying at this location which was centralized to get to other areas we wanted to see.
The Buffalo Outdoor Center was great and the ladies were very helpful!!
You will not be disappointed with this property as we enjoyed the hot tub nightly and everything it has to offer.
A family of deer even made an appearance one morning and a white tailed rabbit was roaming about at night.

Nice cabin in the woods
This is a nice cabin in the woods. Only issue was the shower water didn't get super warm. My daughter got annoyed by that. Hot tub was nice. Beds were comfortable. Nice fire pit in the back.

Fly Away was Amazing!
This property was beautiful and well maintained. Hot tub was great and the drive was scenic! WiFi worked great and tons of dishes to made the stay homey! Close by several hiking trails (several not pet friendly unfortunately)! Already planning to come back in the spring/summer to explore the river!

Perfect Winter Mini-moon
We had our mini-honeymoon here. It snowed BIG on the way. But the landscape and cabin were beautiful covered in snow. Our favorite part was the hot tub. It was so lovely!! We would recommend to anyone who wants an escape into the Ozarks.

Perfect cozy getaway
This cabin was the perfect place to forget real life for a few days. The beds and couches were so comfortable and the hot tub was amazing! Great trails nearby for hiking and lots of privacy!

This was the perfect cabin getaway. Clean, private and everything you need. The comfortable beds and furniture made for easy relaxation and the front porch swing and hot tub were an added bonus. Host was very responsive. Thank you for a great getaway!!

Amazing stay! Secluded! Great hot tub! Very comfortable bed! Great fire pit! Plenty to watch on tv if you wish. The jacuzzi/ shower was little different but nice hot showers. Our pet got to stay which we were very grateful! Checking in and out very easy, owner was very quick to respond to text and emails.We would definitely stay again loved this little slice of Heaven!

Perfect Honeymoon Location
We were looking for a secluded property to be alone for our honeymoon. We found it with Fly Away Cabin! Every detail was fabulous down to the toilet paper! No cheap shortcuts!!! Can’t want to visit again.

Beautiful setting and nice hot tub!
My husband and I celebrated our 25th anniversary with a 4 night fall stay. We had never been to the area but will certainly return! The cabin is just as described and very nice. We hiked the Lost Valley, Goat’s Bluff and Hawksbill Crag trails . Loved all 3 but I wouldn’t bring small children on the Goat trail off Centerpoint which is right down the road. It’s very steep at the end! And you must go to the Low Gap Cafe! Sensational dinner.

Beautiful Cabin
The cabin is beautiful and secluded. The drive to get there had a beautiful view and it was only a fifteen minute drive to get to some of the major hiking places, such as Hawksbill Crag and Eden Falls. The cabin has an amazing sound system, a record player we thoroughly enjoyed, and a hot tub on the porch. Only problem we had was connecting to the wifi but we reset the router one night and was able to have wifi for a few hours. We also wished that the bathrooms weren’t connected and there was more than one shower. However, overall it was an amazing time and I would definitely recommend booking this cabin!
